The second time I have called for an appointment and able to have haircut same day with Pat ! Cold outside,Pat was kind enough to dry my hair to protect me. Wonderful hair cut, with a bit of new style. I love it!

Went yesterday to get my hair done was so confidence my stylist could do it she reassured me the beginning of the process was great but went it came to the purple it was barely color it was semi permanent conditioner my hair was splotchy and most of it wasn’t even purple I went and bought my own color and fixed it I spent 120 dollars for crappy hair I want a refund

The hours listed on the website have been wrong for some time. Call ahead for hours. I've had to go elsewhere, 3x now, because they weren't open. Too bad, I miss seeing my regular person, she always knew what I needed and never failed me.

I got the worst haircut here. I had to go back to get it fixed and they did what they could but unfortunately it will be a while before my hair grows out. They had good customer service but I got charged $32.99 for a cut, left with wet hair and it was pretty bad. I should have only been charged $17.99 for a cut. My hair is short, I shouldn't have been charged extra. I don't know what happened and the charges weren't explained to me.

Love Priscilla BUT the phone is ALWAYS busy. It is SO hard to get ahold of anyone. With gas prices the way they are I want to know if my stylist is working before I drive all the way over there.

Absolutely wonderful. Having never found a decent hairstylist in San Antonio, I have gone from one to another with resulting hair style nothing like I wanted. In desperation I looked up the nearest one to me and found Fantastic Sams. A lady called Ruba ( I hope I remember that correctly) fitted me in immediately. I am retired, my hair was long grey and course, so I had decided to cut it off as short as possible. I can honestly say as a cutter she has superb technique. My old grey hair I left on the floor and now have a stylish easy to manage cut that I love. Thank you Ruba. Cannot recommend this lady enough. And the price is so reasonable I could not believe it. 💐

I had Miss Sonia for shampoo, haircut, and style. It was my first time going there and I was so HAPPY with what Miss Sonia did. She did exactly what I wanted and she was extremely sweet and personable. She definitely knows what she's doing and is phenomenal at it!!!! Thank you😊💜

To be frank this is the first time ever I was satisfied after having a haircut. I generally go to Supercuts or sport clips. For some reason I'm lucky enough to find this place.

Wonderful service! Very helpful and accommodating. (We were walk-ins on a Saturday). Reba took her time knowing this was a special event (prom). All of the staff chatted with customers and helped them feel like friends and cared for. My daughter's hair looked beautiful and lasted despite the heat! Thank you for adding to an unforgettable night! Highly recommend!
