Excellent experience here today! I needed a beard trim, and attempted to go to another location, but there wasn't anything there! So, without an appointment, I showed up here, and after a 5 minute wait, Alex got me in and made my beard look great!!! Thank you Alex, I will be back!!!

Not sooo much a pleasant experience. Susana came across a bit strong and not easy to work with which made visit a bit uncomfortable. She seams knowledgeable and confident in her work but I felt a negative vibe with her when i was telling her what I wanted, I felt like she was too much focused on what she can't do vrs what she can. I didn't see any hair swap color samples just had to just take her word for it that she cant work with what I came in for. So in a nutshell I didn't walk out satisfied... I didn't get what I came in for I had to settle for what I did get and accept the cant's and wont's. Ty

Taylor did a wonderful job with my short haircut. She is professional and pleasant to talk to. I needed to clean up my overdue hair mess, did not need anything fancy. She knew what haircut would work for my face frame. I usually pay $100 or more for my haircuts, and she is exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

Alexandra listened to my concerns and looked at the photos I shared with her. She explained what she would have to do in order to get the style I wanted and also suggested conditioning that she knew my hair needed and recommended a great color specialist for my next visit. I really glad I made this appointment at this location and look forward to coming back.

Came in for a trim and had an awful experience. The stylist - I think her name was Deborah - pulled my hair while washing and talked my ear off. I think everyone working there was high on something. I asked for layers and she hacked off half of my face frame. It was crazy!!! I have never seen a professional hairstylist be so bad at their job and think that what they're doing is good. She did a blunt cut on the layers and not a point cut, so my hair is now ruined! I wanted to scream. Nobody working there could figure out how to work the cash register either, so Im not sure how this place even stays open for business. I’ve definitely learned my lesson and will never return to Fantastic Sams for a trim! Terrible all around!

Deborah did an incredible job. I have very thick hair and most stylists are scared to do what I ask. She took her time and gave me a version of the example I showed her that fit me very well. I really went out of my comfort zone with the haircut I requested and she executed it perfectly!

Great Stylists! Great customer service! Truly felt welcoming and friendly and patient even with all my quirks. My hair is so cute now! I got a shaggy layered cut with short bangs and a shampoo wash is included.

Mrs Debbie was very nice, but I think she should spend more time on making sure to listen in what the customer wants instead of telling them her whole life story, I just wanted a simple long layers hair cut and she cut way to much, not happy, I did not get what I wanted, but I gave her $20.00 tip because it’s Christmas, but I definitely wouldn’t come back to her😒 Sorry it’s just my honest opinion
