Aileen took her time correcting my years of built up box coloring, did a base coloring and then highlights, and shaping my hair,,, very professional,,, i had been homebound for a year due serious back surgery,, I walked out of the salon with beautiful 😍 hair. Thanks Aileen

Maria did a great job and also explained on my options for up keep. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of is that I spent almost 300 with tip and it was going to be an extra 35 to blow dry. I was in a hurry so I had to skip but kind of crazy but my hair turned out great and I’ll be back for Maria.

Employee ruined my hair because she didn't listen and thought she knew better. The one thing I said NOT to do was use clippers and that longer was best for my hair texture. And yet she decided to do it anyway. When prompted about why, she said "but it looks good. You like it right?" NO. I WOULD HAVE LIKED WHAT I ASKED FOR. It'll be April before my hair even looks like me again. I've had some minor bad experiences here before this, but I'm admittedly extremely upset and will never attend another FS again. (Transparency: she told me I didn't have to pay for the haircut. I would not have paid for this either way.) Edit: it has been pointed out to me she took out a chunk of facial hair too, so now I'm shaving as well. My entire appearance is now foreign to me. So, thanks.

Mike was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was so patient and kind in answering all my questions on my wavy/curly hair and teaching me techniques to better care for it. I also appreciated that I wasn’t there for 45(+) minutes! My hair is thick and was more than halfway down my back, so for me a 20-25min cut and wash is record time. Overall Mike was quick, efficient, gave me the haircut that I needed AND an added bonus of a cash course in wavy/curly hair care and tips!
