I called last minute on a Friday Desiree fit me in for a much needed haircut and blow out. She was very sweet and gentle, but best of all she did an amazing job . She was very knowledgeable about products to repair damaged hair . I definitely recommend her. I plan on scheduling color with her soon . I was bummed about having to cut my hair short because it was so damaged but she made it look so pretty which boosted my confidence about having short hair

OMG, I left there crying, the stylist cut my hair so short no style just buzz cut nothing to what I wanted Came In For a trim was trim blow dry style I got a buzz cut no style no nothing

I’ve had some good haircuts but over the past few times they haven’t listened to what I want and cut it way shorter. The lady I went to didn’t listen to me at all and gave me layers when I specifically said I don’t want them. Cant remember he name but I think I will find a new place to go to.

I went for my noon appointment at Fantastic Sams on Navajo Dr. With only 2 hair stylists in the shop. They weren't busy and I was wondering why I needed the appointment. The elderly woman (didn't get her name) who cut my hair. Asked me what I wanted. I told her a short pixie cut that's layered and cut around the ear. She cut it short but neglected to listen to me. About cutting the hair directly around my ear and left hair length along the top of my ear. She didn't show me how it looked in her mirror like others have done and I'm disappointed. Especially knowing I gave her a tip. But at least my hair is shorter then it was and I'm glad. Especially knowing I didn't have to pay the ridiculous cost of $42 that I was quoted on the phone. When I called this place yesterday. I paid $30 which is still high enough. This woman has a mind of her own and doesn't seem to think my opinion matters. Which is sad for a person of 40 so called years of experience to say. But I'll know better next time by going back to Supercuts.

Unfortunately my experience here was not good. I asked for simple layers, the haircut took maybe 20 minutes on my very thick hair, ended up being choppy and uneven and I had to go somewhere else the next day to get it fixed.

Got my hair done with hazel and it was such a great experience. She’s very gentle with the hair and makes sure you’re comfortable while getting your hair done. I told her what I wanted to do with my hair and she did it exactly how I wanted it. Very friendly and does an amazing job. I was beyond satisfied with my visit.

Hazal!!!!! My hairstylist moved away and I was devastated, and nervous to find another one. And I found my hairstylist❤️HAZEL Hazel is a very knowledgeable communicative and skilled stylist. I have straight hair and a short haircut which can be a delicate situation. She was able to translate my gibberish of what I wanted into the perfect forward styled A-line bob ever! I got a better haircut from Hazel at fantastic Sam’s then I have $100 haircuts at fancy salon’s. The wonderful thing about the reasonable price is that now I can get my haircut more often which really helps with a short haircut. I found out that she has been with the company for nine years so they know what an asset they have. I’m just so glad that I finally found her. -Windi

Had a great experience at Fantastic Sams! Went with my sister and we were on a time crunch. They cut my hair dry and styled it in 15 minutes and it looked just as good as any other haircut I’ve had (usually with a shampoo and wet cut and style).
