10 minutes after my appointment time stylist had not even arrived at salon. I canceled and left.

Worst hair salon experience of my life. I made an appointment for a blowout. The lady was rude and unprofessional, and very aggressive while washing my hair, she also got water all over my face and my shirt was wet as well. She didn’t fully wash my hair, it was still greasy after washing and she put conditioner on my roots too? While blow drying my hair she was very aggressive, ripping out lots of hair because she was too lazy to fully brush it out. Bad blowout too, it was frizzy and poofy. And she charged me $75 dollars. Don’t come here

It's average. Some of them could use a little work on their people skills. I've been there twice. Unfortunately I got the same lady. Erlinda is rude, she makes little remarks, and can barely cut hair...she needs more training.

I came here for a trim. I have to say they did a pretty nice job. My stylist was very friendly and she did a good job of talking to me during my appointment. Sometimes people are quiet and its just a silent experience. i prefer a friendly one with someone who is talkative. This place is located on State St.

I love to visit the Fantastic Sam's in the shopping center at 3300 State Street in Santa Barbara. "Mimi" (Mee) is my all-time favorite hair stylist. I've never had a bad experience with her. She's cheerful, competent, and knows just how to satisfy her customers. She gives the same careful attention to everyone. My friends always tell me that my hair looks great after Mimi has styled it. I'd give her six stars if I could.

I started going here after my son mentioned he was getting cuts for about $20. I'm a no frills, let's get it cut, person. I love that I can walk in and usually get a cut and shampoo within 30 min. It helps that my hair is fading into the sunset- less to cut. They always ask me what I want and the haircut for me is honestly very relaxing. I do not think about work (kindergarten teacher) and just relax. It's easy to park right out front, too.

Terrible experience! I arrived at my appointment on time, but none of the staff greeted me. I was completely ignored. After I waited 15 minutes or so, I finally interrupted a stylist with her work and informed her of my name and that I had an appointment. They responded that I would be the next customer. After around a half hour after my appointment time, a staff member became free for my haircut. No apologies, etc were ever given, and I was surprised at the low level of service.

I went here before and had a mediocre haircut. Went back because I was in a rush and I thought it wouldn't be as bad as last time. I ended up getting the hair stylist that did my hair the last time, she commented on how bad my last hair was looking, she even gave me a mirror so I could see how uneven my hair was. I didn't want to tell her that she was the person who cut my hair last. The hair cut I got was the worst I've probably ever received. Uneven hair everywhere. She asked if I was happy at the end, I was not, but I didn't want her to touch my hair anymore than she did. What a waste of money. Now I have to go somewhere else to get this fixed up, my hair looks awful.

I went to the one on Cliff and I asked for a haircut on the lateral and back lower sides of my head and the lazy just ran the machine all the way to the top... I look like I have a weird balding spot now. DO NOT GO THERE!

Love what they did with my hair. Lil pricy tho🤨, $25 hair cut $65 blow dry, $25 curl = $120+tax total. Feel gipped🤔. Still tipped 🤷🏽‍♀️
