I am very happy with my services from Lynnette. She did a great job taking care of my roots and blowing my hair out. I was able to get both services done right before Thanksgiving so I was extremely lucky. She’s also a very nice person, easy to talk to. I highly recommend Lynnette and plan to make an appointment with her again!

I was dissatisfied with the service. The stylist barely inquired about my preferences, and the appointment felt rushed. The hair wash was rough and lacked any sense of relaxation. I had scheduled an appointment online with Lynette, but Haneen ended up attending to me, even though Lynette was available and could have assisted me. I overheard them discussing who would take my appointment, and it seemed Haneen had another client scheduled during my appointment, which she attended to for a few minutes.

I went in to get my hair "fixed" after a horrible experience at another hair salon. Lynette took a good look then took her jacket off and got to work. She did a wonderful job getting my hair back to shape, I will go back even though it's a 25 min drive from my home, thank you Fantastic Sam's.

The appt was for my mom. She loved Lynette, she felt like she was getting the royal treatment. She cut colored n styled her hair beautifully. Mom would definitely go back and ask for her.

I'm not someone who normally is into writing reviews. However, there is always exceptions to the rule. Yesterday, one of teenage sons wanted a haircut and with great trepidation we decided to try Fantastic Sams in North Scottsdale by the 101 Fwy. For most of my son's life he has always been dissatisfied with each haircut he had received for any of number of reasons. His disappoints were easily shown with the sad expression on his face. For the first time my son came away with such a smile on his face thanks to Soyba a hairstylist at Fantastic Sams. He had such a pride in the outcome we could not stop talking about it for a few hours. As a parent you always love these types of moments. Thank you Soyba for your talent. C
