I have an asymmetrical cut, more than half my hair is shaved. I went in to get the shaved part shaved back down... had maybe 1/4" hair to shave off, just follow the obvious lines. 1. The person who cut my hair said they were done, I was like you didn't even get the edge, she was like I can't and so I pulled my ponytail ugh and she was like "oh". She didn't do a good job. She never even tried to do a good job. 2. I get home to take my pony tail out and chunks of my long hair come out. $30 for a bad 10 min hair cut that's so basic.

I've been going to Fantastic Sam's for 10 plus years. Everyone is so nice and welcoming, and another plus is the Salon is very clean. Juliet does a wonderful job coloring/cutting my hair as well as doing my yearly Keratin treatment, which I highly recommend if you have frizzy hair.

I've been here three times just to get a trim, but each time, the price increased by $5. Most recently, I was charged $45 for a 15-minute medium-length trim *without* a blow dry or styling. After I got home, I realized the trim ended up a little choppy which isn't ideal for the $55 spent. Interesting that they removed the sign that listed their prices. I feel like transparency is part of why people choose Fantastic Sam's in the first place. Unfortunately, I'll have to find another salon for basic haircuts.

Affordable but not great. The lady spent less than 10 minutes on the loveless haircut but see for yourself. 28$

Employees were nice and polite but did a poor job with my haircut. The lady I saw literally spent four minutes cutting my hair. I had to ask for her to make the 'cut' less choppy and to even it out to be straight. She did it, but it didn't seem like she was happy to spend more than seven minutes cutting my waist length hair.

I typically go to a private hair stylist, but it’s been hard to get in with her lately and I was DESPERATELY in need of my hair done. I was nervous to go to a chain like this, but Lusine did a wonderful job with my cut and color.

I usually get a good haircut here, not always. Not that crazy about the revolving door of stylists. Also can't pick a stylist you want to see. So you can't always get the same haircut. Seriously not very crazy about that.

Just a trim but nothing special and 15 minutes. Left looking like I had straw for hair all dry fuzzy. No product for hair needs. Will get my husband to trim instead.

The women here do NOT know how to properly cut hair. They won't shampoo your hair unless you ask for it, even though it's included in their price. They completely cut up my neck and didn't even bother to tell me or offer any kind of treatment for it. NEVER coming back here again.

I love Janet. She is fast and accurate. I'm an actress and the hairdresser on the set of a show I did remarked 2ce on what a great haircut I had! When I told her where I got it, she couldn't believe me! Proof that the price doesn't always mean a good job! I'm a JR. Aka a Janet Returner. Maybe you should be as well. (She also gives great male haircuts..... she did a friend of mine.)

I was going threw many salons but found this salon and had a hairdresser named Janet and it was the best service I had in so long she really made my day complimenting me the minute I walked into the door boosting my confidence making me prepared for my haircut I thanked her and I go there often now I love this salon.I also only use Janet to do my hair she’s amazing lol I 10/10 recommend.

WOW. This is my new GO-TO hair cut place. I recently had to find a new hair dresser that could just do a simple trim/cut on straight hair with maybe shampoo & conditioner - apparently it's really hard to find someone to do the most simple job... I HAVE FOUND THE PLACE. The ladies here are SO NICE AND KIND. Very welcoming, the store is very clean and nice. Sofie did my hair today and she was the BEST!!!!! She will be my go-to girl when she is available. Everyone is very friendly. My haircut is the best haircut I have gotten in a long long time. She did exactly as I asked and did some nice touch ups to make my hair look literally perfect. I walked out of there feeling like a brand new woman!!!!!!!!!!!! This is how you should feel after getting a haircut, confident. So thank you so much to the ladies and sofie at this location. I will be back and recommending this place to all of my friends. Price is also RIGHT!! They won't try to overcharge you or scam you. Really great business.

I love this fantastic sam's Sophie is the kindest and the most professional hairdresser that I have ever met. She really knows how to cut curly hair and she is the 1st stylist to cut my hair the way I want it and she always leaves the perfect length for me. She has been my hairdresser for 7 years before I went to Albuquerque. Even I visit California I don't want anyone but Sophie to cut my hair. She really knows what she's doing especially with curly hair you don't find many hairdressers who are skilled in working with curly hair. Sophie is exceptional outstanding the best and she does beautiful colors too!
