My stylist was Kamel and she was the best stylist I’ve been to so far she communicated she was kind and she was excited about my ideas and helped me figure out the cut I wanted i really enjoyed this experience and will be returning to color my hair soon

Honestly the experience was overall pretty good. The lady cutting my hair was really nice and listened to everything I had to say. And the environment is very clean.

Was there on Thursday for haircut. Very disappointed, chop here and chop there - lousy Hair style. Noticeable the she had no State License on workstation as she should have. Won't return and find a better one with experience.

Haven't gotten a professional haircut since the pandemic, wife has been cutting my hair ever since but today it was time for a professional to cut my hair. Had a great experience, friendly customer service and definitely coming back. I recommend Travis to cut your hair.

I took my son in for his 2:15 appt and the hair dresser said she couldn't do his hair because it wasn't brushed out enough. I brushed his less than shoulder length hair for a hr before the appt so that it was well over brushed. I don't want to go back because I thought hair dressers' brush people's RIGHT?

Melinda did an excellent job cutting my husband's hair and my hair. Excellent service from wash to cut to styling. 10/10 recommend!

Not a bad haircut but the wait is awful. Why force us to make appointments if it's still a 45 minute wait. And not just one time but each time.

What a great place to get your haircut was asked if I wanted a wash and cut, and got much more! Great conversations, the girls are very sweet. And when I got home I called back to ask about getting it cut shorter, got apt, and love my new cut!

Had 2 appointments and left after waiting 20mins past my appointment time without a haircut. Worst FS i have ever visited. Appointments are useless at this Yucaipa location, go anywhere else.

I have had so many bad experiences with my hair. I have never loved my hair so much!! My husband loves it as well. Angelica was amazing! We went over what I didn’t like and showed her some pictures that I liked and she worked her magic and I have never been happier! I’m so great full for her. My hair was all the way to my lower back and she cut it just below my shoulder and added highlights. She was so kind and kept asking me if I was ok. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to stuff like that. Thank you so much Angelica!!!

My sister had her hair done at your salon, Angelica did an awesome job, however the receptionist was very unprofessional!!!! When my sister called and made her appointment, asked for cut, color and highlights, which was taken by the receptionist. The receptionist should have blocked enough time for the appointment. The receptionist took it upon herself to reprimand Angelica for not blocking the appropriate amount of time. Since when in a professional business, does the low man on the totem pole do the reprimand? Also this was done in front of all the customers in your shop. The owner/manager should have handled this and not in front of customers!!!! You all should be ashamed of yourselves!!!! I can assure you that we will not be coming back to your business!!!!! Shoutout to Angelica for her composure!!!! Anytime you have a problem with an employee, it should be taken care of in private!!!! Such an unprofessional business!!!!!

Went to Meggan at Fantastic Sam's in Yucaipa. I explained how I wanted it. I left with the perfect cut. It's bouncy and the length is exactly like I wanted it.

Amy is AMAZING!!! Went in for a color correction on a self-dye job gone bad. She got me pretty close to what I was going for, and advised on a great hair mask that is working wonders to get my blonde locks back to a healthy texture. Definitely recommend this Fantastic Sam's.
