I wanted to get my nails done for my birthday..I attached photos, so you be the judge. This was the only nail salon open after 8pm in the area last night. I knew something was fishy when I walked into Fantasy Beauty Spa, and it was empty on a Friday night. I regret stepping foot into this establishment :(

Went here to get my nails done for prom but my cuticle got destroyed in the process. Since it was my first time getting my nails done i thought it was normal but afterwards i was told by MANY people that no it is not normal to have your cuticle busted up afterwards.

I love this spa .The gentleman working on my toes was very gentle and did a great job painting them . so I did have a lot of questions. I was comfortable the whole time.

The haircut was good, but they initially told me it would cost 55 since I did styling, I agreed to it and while paying she asked for 60 saying that it was some styling she forgot about. They will overcharge even when it says that haircut is just 30$. I would recommend asking for the price before.

Went to get a quick mani/pedi...the quality of the gel polish was trash..all my nails broke three days later and no I don't work with heavy machinery...the staff is pleasant but they skimp on quality polish...should have known something was off when she did the base gel 3 times...

I was at Oakridge and wanted to get the nail dip foam Christmas taken off and my nails just cleaned up and put some clear nail polish, well I know my fault for not asking how much in the first place but 30 dollars for her to dremel my nail mostly, then soak it and to rub in some lotion seems kind of excessive. So learning lesson is always ask how much before you sit down. The woman was really nice though but she seemed in a hurry and I was the only one there

I went in only for gel pedicre, and the lady who did my toes was sooooo sweet and friendly. She did a really good job, i saw a lot of bad review but thought yolo. Might as well kill time before a movie, 10/10 worth it.

This nail place has been the worst experience ever, the service was fine but the actual nail was really bad she made them thick and crooked and to add on they left my natural nails thin and fragile

i just got my nails done today and 3 of my nails already broke after i was promised they wouldn’t break in the first 24hrs. i went in for a refund and they didn’t even refund me directly and the refund still hasn’t gone through. this place is awful and they all have rude attitudes. the nails are also overpriced for such a bad job. the acrylic was not placed thickly enough and i hit my pinky nails against something and it’s all bent now. DO NOT GO HERE!

2/5 because we were able to walk right in and get seen. Unfortunately for $80 I have uneven, bubbled, crooked nails. I also have sensitive cuticles and skin and mentioned it to the lady doing my nails. Tell me why she felt the need to sand my skin?? I have cuts around my cuticles due to this. There is no nail polish on the sides of the nails and the acrylic is set to my skin. I got short round nails and the length in nails vary as well as the shape is not even. The acrylic container she filled to do my nails said soiled as well. So cleanliness was a concern. Also, I got a pedicure done and everything was going great until she got to doing the cuticles. She went very deep to the point it was painful and I said ow and she did it again. I am now worried I will develop an ingrown toe nail due to this. I will update if that happens. Highly disappointed and want to get the nails off but my nails are brittle as is and I do not want to do more damage. Not worth $80.00. Do not recommend.

Charged me $80 for my powder blue nails. One hand was really good and the other A MESS! The nail tech did work late but DID NOT execute my nails properly. She definitely charged me $80 for a $55 job!!! #honestly

False advertisement, on their list of hair cut purchases it says 20 dollars and I ended up paying 50 because I wasn’t a “student “ which was what I was told afterwards. Ridiculous.

First she was so rough she cut me in three places, the nail job was sloppy, and she got nail polish all over me, even my wrist. How do you do that?? Do yourself a favor, there's two other nail places in the mall, go to any other one.

I really didn’t like their price range especially with the results. I paid 60 bucks and came out with bad nails. Ok the lady was trying but if you’re gonna work at a salon you have to know how to do what people ask for. Feedback is never bad so just work on your skills plz

My acrylic gel nail literally broke off as I grabbed my Keys. Waste of money charged me $80 to do both mani and pedi. Not even 24hrs. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
