I went in today. My nails were a mess. They were done some other place last week. Fantasy Nail really fixed and made my nails look so good. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.. I love my nails now..

After once giving a five star review, I now wish I could give a zero star review. I’ve been going there for a year. Howie was my nail technician until he unfortunately resigned. I then tried Fiona, which has no attention to detail and then i figured i would try Nina. After making an appointment for myself and my daughter, when we arrived at the nail salon, we then proceeded to wait roughly two hours for Nina to start my nails, and my daughter waited even longer. This was supposed to be a special event, it was my daughter’s second time ever getting her nails done. After my daughter choose her color and design, she ended up with black, white and silver nails when she requested a dark purple, silver and white nail set. I also got a gel, nail polish, toenail change, and half of my toenails were not even completely covered, when i requested that they fix them I was instantly given attitude. We ended up spending 4 1/2 hours there paid and still tipped, I was than told my expectations are too high. When I’m being charged 90$ and 150$ for a full set and a fill, I expect to get what I pay for at least the correct color. Unfortunately, Nina is the only one with the half a skill set. It’s very unfortunate because I enjoyed going to that nail salon and I’ve also recommended it to several other customers. I’ve been in the tip industry for over 20 years and I tip based upon service, I was not content with the service I received that day and still tipped. Although they didn’t feel like I tipped according to what they think they deserved. You will then be denied services and when they don’t give you what you ask for or even the right color, you’ll be told that your expectations are too high. I don’t suggest anyone going there unless you want rushed work, a different color than you request and half painted toenails. It’s unfortunate that Howie left and that Nina is the only one in there with any form of skill.

I was looking for a new nail salon because I was tired of showing a picture of what I want and me not getting similar to what I ask for. Well I’ll let the pictures tell for themselves. 1st pic is what I wanted 2nd pic is what got. Nina did my nails. Absolutely love them!!! Definitely recommend. This place is amazing. Everyone is so sweet and I showed Fiona a picture of what I wanted and they look even better than the picture!! Definitely come here, the designs they do are amazing and they shape your nails perfectly.

Absolutely love my nails from Fantasy Nails by Nina! Her work is amazing and I couldn’t recommend this nail salon more. This was my first time at Fantasy Nails, and I will be coming back!

Had a Great Experience! Thanks Fiona for making a Guy feel comfortable in an Awkward setting.. She did an Amazing job on my nails (Yes, I Said My nails 😁) that I got done for Halloween. She made me feel welcome and it wasn’t weird at all! Thank you for being progressive, the conversation was great and the outcome was more than I expected! Here’s some pics for the community!

I went to Fantasy Nails in a pinch because I needed my nails done last minute before my honeymoon in Greece. Not only did they schedule me in the same day I called, but provided amazing service and gave me the best Gel X manicure I have ever had with the most gorgeous, detailed nail art. It was even BETTER than the reference picture I showed them. I couldn’t stop looking at my nails the whole honeymoon <333

NINA is awesome she does the best job I started going here religiously every 2 weeks and she always takes my inspo pics and does my nails exactly like the picture I show her. The shaping, detailing, & painting skills are like nowhere else in Morgantown. Never going anywhere else :)

Nina did a FABULOUS job!!! I got a full set of gel X. I came in last minute and she was able to squeeze me in and went above and beyond! I’ve been places that completely rush the process because of it being late but she took me in, took her time, and even stayed late. It was much appreciated, and I’m super OCD when it comes to my nails but I literally have no complaints. Thanks again, I love them!!!

Fantasy nails did a great job at fitting me in even though I hadn’t scheduled an appointment and they were very kind and helpful when it came to deciding how I wanted to do my nails! Definitely my favorite nail place in Morgantown!!

I have been going to Fantasy Nails for about 4 years now, and I am never disappointed! They always get me in and out in a timely manner while doing exactly what I was ask of them. Not only do I love my nails/toes every time I go, I love to see them, we’ve formed quite the bond over the years. Definitely recommend them to anyone that asks!
