UPDATE: Shame on the business commenting on my review posing as a customer, when it clearly says you’re the owner of the business. That is deceitful. I would not lie about my experience. I hope you take extensive cleaning measures and clean up the salon for the sake of your customers. No one can discredit my review because it is 100% true. Original review: I had been going here since 2022. It was great until recently. It’s become so dirty and unsanitary. Just go inside and look around. There are scuffed/dirty walls and floor. What REALLY concerned me is the in each of the nail techs rolling carts there are tons of nail chippings from all their previous clients. Like they don’t clean anything! Seems so unsanitary. I had an older gentleman (maybe 70’s?) recently do my toes and he was bleeding from his finger, licked it and continued to work without a bandaid. I got out of there as quick as I can. I won’t return. It’s gone down so badly and it’s sad they don’t care to be sanitary. It’s concerning.

I have been going here for a few months now. I started coming because it was close to my son’s tutor but now I drive out to come here to get my nails and my toes done. Henry just did my last set and I love them!

Ocean did my fill and they are beautiful! They got me right in (as a walk-in), and it took him a little less than an hour for everything. They have tons of colors and different colors of chrome. I definitely recommend!

I went to get a pedi and a soak off on my toe nails. I kept repeating myself to get a soak off and he kept saying he would do it just for him to end up shaving it so far down it made my real toe nails crack and he tried to add color to cover it after I said I didn’t want any kind of polish.. explains why theirs hardly anywhere going here..I will not be going back now I’m left with my real nails cracked in different places and misshaped.

I have been coming to Fargo Nalis Spa for some time already. They were courteous and went straight to business. But the last few times they worked on my nails pretty quick. When they were working with the drill, they pressed on it too much that it felt like my nail bed was burning. I let them know and asked if they could go easy on it but they didn't like me telling them what to do. The last time I was here I asked for gel color and eyebrows. They used regular polish, the polish at the tip of my nails was coming off the next day. When the lady was doing my eyebrows I let her know that I felt the wax running low on my eyelid and it felt too hot. She said that that is how it's supposed to be. I get home feeling my eyelids burning but I thought it's normal since I just got them done. The next day I still felt it burn and as I looked in the mirror I saw a burn go from side to side on the low part of both of my eyelids. For more than a week I was not able to wear make-up so it wont get irritated and my eyelids would heal. Lately these people are not caring for their customers. When you are money hungry you don't care for the people who come in. They have their place open because of customers who want to come out of there satisfied with their service but they dont care and do a sloppy job and move on to the next customer as long as money flows in. Will not be going in there anymore, I will not risk it anymore with them.

I’ve been coming here since 2015 and always had great service but the last 2 times I’ve come in it hasn’t been good. Today was it I won’t be coming back. I asked for a black to white ombré guy said he could do it. First he tried to pop off my nails which did not work also not a good thing to do to a paying customer so bad for your real nails and painful. Then he burned me after deciding soak off was the right way to remove nails. Then he 100% had no clue how to do a white and black ombré had no business even trying but he did anyways had to take it off and say he couldn’t do it. When he did take it off he burned or cut literally every finger. So now I’m up set because I can’t get what I paid for and he hurt my hands I say screw it do a pink and white ombré. He never removed all the black and he continued to burn/cut me. My nails aren’t the same shape I have 1 nail that’s 2 difference shapes 1 side is coffin the other side is straight. Over all a horrible experience and every time I’ve tried to wash my hands today since it burns because I have cuts on every single finger worst part he messed up my nail bed so bad I can’t even go to someone else to get my nails done correctly!

Worst experience ever! Never going here again. The service was completely terrible and overpriced for an okay job. The guy kept hurting my head and seemed annoyed whenever I said something about it. He also didn’t even get the nails right the first two times. I definitely don’t recommend this to anyone!

By far on if the worst experiences that I have ever had. Do not let the lady with the shaved head touch you!!!!! nail techs are eating at their stations and not practicing proper sanitary requirements. The lady with the shaved head stabbed me with one of the tools in my cuticle and said nothing!!! State board needs to visit this place asap!!! There was a lady that did my friends pedicure that did a very good job. That's why I'm giving this place 2 stars.

Came here with my mom and daughter. Sandy did my nails and she did an amazing job!!! I highly recommend this place. It is a little pricey but you really do get what you pay for!

If I could give a zero review I would, I asked For a full set of dip nails.. first off the nail put on my pinky was broken and the lady fought me about putting a new one on, then my thumb nail was not fully glued on and when I said so the lady said it will be fine and refused to put another one on. once it was time to file I asked for square. they changed the people to file and my nails were filed at a complete slant. Once I brought it to their attention I asked for my nails to be removed because they did not look good and was then fought with about still making me pay and stated “it’s not my fault you don’t like them”. So I left with material still all over my finger nails that looked awful and made me pay for the service still. I never had customer service like this. i want to thank a very sweet woman who sat next to me while I had this rough experience in the salon asking the guy doing her nails nicely why I should pay for nails that I was not happy with. She then saw me upset in my car and gave me back the money I lost. So thank you, for being so kind and caring to me .I will not be coming back to Fargo nails, they seem to only care about the money and not making their customers happy.

Muy mal servicio!!! Me cambiaron el precio en pleno proceso de manicure, muy mal el esmaltado cero profesional, mis uñas quedaron horribles, a pesar de que me las tuvieron que volver a pintar 2 veces. Definitivamente cero profesionales.

the pedicure people did absolutely amazing. it felt perfect and i loved their service. the manicure people were a little too aggressive though. they left my nail beds bleeding
