Hacked away at my hair. When I told her nobody ever cut my hair this way she replied everyone has their own techniques. I'm so mad that I didn't get up and leave immediately. My hair is too short and really uneven.

Worse customer service to the hair coloring price she charges is like you in a Hollywood salon. Lot of unprofessional tone while talking suggestions are like she has no experience.

Worst place to get a simple haircut there. Bad customer service, not even greeting when you enter or a thank you when you walk out. Everyone please don't go there. They don't deserve a star at all.

Worst hair cut I have ever seen. It doesn't even deserve a star. She did both hair cuts really fast and ended up making me a hair line I never had. Place is horrible.

This is the best place to get a hair cut in Sacramento. Owner Phong cuts my hair and she always does a great job. With a shampoo and blow dry, she includes a great scalp and neck massage. One of the few places left where they really give great service--and it's less expensive than your typical mall barber shop!
