Very clean and stylish salon. I was rested w a nice. I asked my nail technician to give close detail to my cuticles and she did a great job!

Before the technician started, she didn’t push my cuticles back nor did she do a good job on applying the dip. I tried asking them and they wouldn’t answer my questions at all. It felt like they kept pretending to avoid answering my questions. Coming from an immigrant family, I know how to try to speak in broken English, but they just didn’t want to do what I wanted. My nails started cracked 3 days after. Don’t recommend to anyone, even if you need a last minute thing! Highly disappointed

I’ve been going here for a couple of months now. Every time I have gone, they cut me and my nails hurt for days afterwards. I keep hoping it will get better but it hasn’t.

The bad smell of Acrylic nails in shop made me sick to my stomach!! Methocrylic acid is what I smelled.. They need ventilation, and All of the Vietnamese manicurists in shop would NOT speak English..to me.... Which is what my tech kept saying to me over and over. I won't go back. I asked her not to cuticles she did anyways. I asked her not to use a cheese grater on my calluses, she tried to anyways. I said no is politely as I could. I asked for just a shaping of my nails and polish my toes, and yet I still paid for a full pedicure, $38. I brought my own polish (CND Vinylux) which dries in 15min or less faster than the stuff they offered. I prefer American brand polish or lacquer, CND, OPI, Essie, Orly, DND, but there's is from a Vietnam supply store. I'm giving two stars because I got to sit with my sister and watch Her get a semi-relaxing pedicure on her end. I was freaked out the whole time, they didn't clean any chairs or arm rests, or bowls, they put liners in the tub bowls... Only one rag of a towel was used on my entire pedicure. And their tools were set on the FLOOR on a wooden board next to the pedicure chairs, which I thought was odd when they had a roll-a-bout stand that they could have easily used instead of putting it on the floor. The worst is "not speaking in English and talking to each other in their own language" it is very disrespectful when I asked certain questions they kept saying don't understand no English. And clearly they understood me but didn't want to talk to me. I even TIPPED them at the end $20 too split between the two of them and the lady just nodded and half smiled nothing else was talked about. No license was seen in establishment. I even tried to check in on Facebook and it was not possible, that was very strange. ,

Sarah did an amazing job!! I actually came in for the first time a few weeks ago after getting a full set at another nearby salon, that was horrible, and asked if they could fix the shape and make them so they weren't crooked. Sarah filed them and made them look 10x better, and she wouldn't charge me for it. So I came back to her for a new full set and I absolutely love them. The shop is also super nice and clean, and they have a ton of color options.

Heard great things about this place so gave it a try with a friend.. I just wanted dip but I told the tech I wanted them to be almond shaped, as much of a tip she could make with my natural nail. She then cut down my natural nail all the way and put fake tips on, then was annoyed with me when I asked her to keep cutting them shorter.. I like my nails super short.. I didn’t want false tips to begin with. Then someone else stepped in for her, and he understood the miscommunication but then rushed through my service just to get back to what he was doing. I went Saturday, and I’m still in pain now, it’s Monday… he cut me so bad, so many times with the filing machine. I definitely won’t be back :(

I came for the first time almost 3 weeks ago and Kim did the ombré for my wedding. I loved it!! It was time for a fill and she wasn’t there the second time, so Sarah did them and put a couple cute designs for Halloween!! Great experience both times!! Super clean, everyone is friendly and I’ve got in fast both times. First time I didn’t have an appt, second time I did. Great both times!

This is the cleanest and friendliest spa we have been at . We enjoyed our experience and had a great time . The pedi and mani for both my husband and myself were the best . We will make this our place to go and tell others .

I’ve been here twice now and had an appointment both times I went. The staff are super friendly and took me on time for both appts. I had a basic pedicure my first time and then a manicure with dip for my second time. They really took their time with both and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I’ll be back again for sure!

The first experience was amazing but the last 3 times I’ve been it’s been terrible. I asked for dip and instead they gave me acrylic (when I asked they said it was so I thought maybe it was a different kind?) but still tried to make an appt for me and my 5 year old to come back as I was leaving and they wouldn’t, said they could get us right in. Then I came in with my 5 year old and they were busy but still sat us in the pedicure chairs and gave me cold water and her barely any water that was also cold. Then they started on me while she sat there and tried to take someone else that came in way after her because they were about to leave due to the wait. The last time I went I was just going in to have my 11 year olds acrylics taken off over an hour before close and was turned away (by a customer and then the nail tech) saying they were closed. I loved that they were so close to my house but I won’t be back.

First time trying this place . Will definitely come back! She spent an entire hour doing my pedi, paying attention to detail and spending ample time on each step. Not rushed at all. Also Super friendly and welcoming. And clean!

If I could give zero stars I would. Appt was 1 pm. I arrived on time to be put in a pedi chair with several other people. After waiting approximately 25 min I asked the lady next to me what time her appt was for. She said she was a walk in. 1:45 a nail tech comes over and starts on the lady next to me b/c she was there first. SHE WAS A WALK IN! I HAD AN APPT! 2 hours later, I finally had my crappy pedi with 2 toes bleeding. NEVER EVER AGAIN. You should NEVER take a walk in over someone who took the time to make an appt.

This is the best my acrylic nails have ever looked. The technician took the time to sculpt the nail the way I wanted and provided excellent service. They have a great range of polishes to choose from and a wide range of services. I will definitely be coming back.

Not real impressed. I paid $55 for gel. The nails were trimmed/shaped crooked. And I still have rough skin around the bottom of my heels. They took their time and the service was good. They got me right in. Large variety of colors to pick from. But I expected the end result to look and feel a bit better. I prob won't be back.
