Vivian is the best. We are living in Northern Virginia and I haven’t been able to find a consistent shop for pedicure while living there. We still have a home here in Phoenix. So my wife and I stopped by today it was just me the wife and Vivian. I just said to him Vivian did a great job on our pedicures and took some painful ingrown toenail out of service. Feeling great thank you Vivian. 😄

I have been going to Vivian for years. She is the BEST. Vivian is efficient, quick, professional and incredibly talented. I have acrylic nails and I am asked all the time if they are natural because they are so beautiful. I can’t say enough great things about Fashion Nails, except once you are treated by her, you will go NO where else. She is the BEST.

The staff and skill are okay but the cleanliness is awful! I don’t think they sterilize their tools well and they use the same rag for everything. No liner in the pedicure basins. My mother in law and I actually got an infected toenail the next day after our service. Go somewhere else!

1st time trying this salon. Vivian was nice enough, but she did a total rush job once one of her favorite regulars walked in. It’s the next day w/my mani and the area next to the cuticle is already lifting, even my toenail polish looks slapped on. I wanna cry

This is the ONLY salon I will ever go to. Sixteen years and counting. Very dependable and reliable business. The quality of work, cleanliness, personable staff is second to no one. ❤️ The prices are above reasonable. I am continuously impressed by the latest trends and technology the staff uses.

I made an appointment with Vivian, when I got there at my appointment time, she was working on another client. Another nail tech offered to do my manicure. She did a terrible job. While trimming my cuticles she went too deep and two of my fingers were bleeding. The polish job was not very professional. I had to show her spot she missed. I’ve been to this salon before and was very satisfied with my manicure from Vivian. But I will not return as a result of my recent service.

I went here for the first time today and loved it. They graciously took me for a pedicure when they were close to closing, and they were very attentive. The lady could tell I was hot, and brought a fan from the back for me without me asking. Great pedicure, and they really tried to address me by name throughout. I really liked it, and will be coming back.

Awful experience. The tech sliced my toe and spent more time burning it with whatever to stop the endless bleeding than she did actually giving me a pedicure. Painful experience on would should have been a relaxing day with my daughter. Even before and after that, she kept trying to give us a design when we had declined several times. She had actually tried to sneak it in after the declines. I will never go back.

While visiting AZ, I scheduled an appointment with Vivian for a pedicure. What a treat! She was very professional and did a fantastic job! She painted flowers on my toes that made all my friends jealous. Very artistic. The sugar massage and hot stone treatment was so relaxing. She thoroughly cleaned foot tub and instruments. I definitely will be back.

I’ve been coming to this Nail Salon since I moved to Ahwatukee in 2009 and I now I live in East Gilbert and still make the drive down! I just love Vivian and Christina! Both girls take extra special attention and care with me and my family! My daughter, son, and husband all come here! I’ve brought my friends in when they visit from WI and we’ve all thoroughly enjoyed all services we’ve had done! I also get eyebrow waxing along with pedicures and manicures!

I love Fashion Nails. They have great staff and take good care of their clients. The store is kept tidy and they have a decent selection of nail products -- or you can bring your own favorite color. I always come out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The massage chairs and hot stones/towels are greatly appreciated. Appointments are not required, but recommended during peak hours. Pricing is very competitive and fair.
