Hands down a 5 ⭐️ experIence!! Marbel is awesome; I ran late because I left the hair at home (Tuesday was acting like Monday) and she was still gracious when I arrived. Nice music playing and a calm environment. My soul needed that! Gentle, fast hands…I was out in 5.5 hours for a full set of (maybe) micros. Not sure what to call them besides gorgeous. I’m not much of a picture taker but I love the full look as well as being able to go casual with a ponytail. I’m already planning my next “summer’s almost here” visit back to Fast Braiding!

Called in advance to see if they do French braids. She stated yes they do. Went in and again stated that I wanted french braids. When she finished I had regular cornrows. They do not know the difference between a french braid and a cornrow. Horrible experience and this is after bringing my own hair. I DO NOT recommend one go to them. Warning persons in advance.

My experience was phenomenal. The salon was super clean and the Stylist was very respectful. I was so satisfied with the outcome of my braids because she did a fabulous job on my hair. I recommend this salon to everyone lady out there .This is my salon now moving forward. I got more than what I expected. Please go and see it for yourself and you will not regret your visit .

This person set my hair up I ask for jumbo style and the result was terrible the burnt my ends instead of dipping them I have uneven ends I recommend other not to consider this place or less you willing to be set up.

Ms. Marbel has done my knotless braids three times over the past year. My braids have always looked amazing and she does an awesome job! Her braids are very gentle on my scalp, never too tight, and they last a long time. I've been to a lot of braid shops in the DMV over the years, but this one is by FAR the BEST.

I had such high hopes based on the reviews I read prior to making my appointment. I was impressed with how quickly I was in and out, about 4.5 hours. I got my hair done on 12/9/22 and today is 1/3/23 and every braid in the back row except one has fallen out, the most recent this morning. The price was fair, $200 for knotless plus $20 tip, and this is one of the worst Hairbraiding jobs I’ve ever had. I started to make a complaint but I didn’t see the point of going back, especially now that they have continued to come out. My hair is long enough in the back to braid however, if in a professional opinion it was not why wouldn’t that have been said prior to doing my hair as you start in the back? But I digress, I’ve wasted money on less, lesson learned.

I just moved to the Laurel area and was looking for someone to do my knotless Twist . I’m glad I found Mary on line . She is very nice and pleasant I love my hair . She did a wonderful job . She doesn’t braid tight at all . I will be returning .

Mabel did a WONDERFUL job doing my passion twist over my locs. My hair looks neat and beautiful. She’s very professional and sweet. She has great communication and she did my hair in a sufficient amount of time. I was in and out in less than 4 hours. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to patronize her business. Mabel is the absolute BEST!! I was so nervous about getting 2 feed ends but it has now become my GO to hairstyle in fact my favorite actually. Mabel is patient she actually cares about your hair and the healthiness of it 😁. I HIGHLY recommend her!!

My daughter asked for waist length Knotless Braids but was charged $200 for uneven back length that only a few barely wisps her waist. Like really! Y’all know when teens want to be in style you can’t skimp on hair. 1/19/21- So update-after expressing our disapproval she offered to repair my daughter’s hair on another day but we declined. My daughter does not do drama. I thanked her anyways for the offer to make it right.

This was the first time I've had such a relaxing braiding experience. The place was roomie... Very tidy and the staff was so personable. The overall energy of the place is seriously calming. As far as my braids go... I L❤️VE them... Got knotless braids and they're so neat and lightweight... UNBELIEVABLE!!! I say give them a try!
