Went here to get my hair braided and it ended up being my biggest regret. First, the seat was too low to see out of any mirrors until after it was done (so I had no room to make any comments before hand). Secondly, not only did my head go through hell while getting it done, the hairstyle came out completely different than what I asked for. Furthermore, after it was done I noticed that my head started breaking out (as if I was having an allergic reaction) and after taking the style completely out, these was a lot of breakage.

Do not go to this shop they do you hair any type of way. I showed a picture how i wanted my hair and what i got looked nothing like what i asked for. I wasn’t full at all, big parts and big braids in the middle of my head. My parts was all different sizes. I do not recommend any one going to them. They refused to fixed their mistakes and offer a refund. Please do not do business with them.

Senageles braids . Braids are HORRIBLE. THEY ARE HUGE. They are all different sizes. My hair is long and the braider ella was pulling my hair out of a rubber band literally tearing my hair that was air drying . I paid for a wash and she only washed the front of my hair. Did not blow dry it. So it air dryed and because it is natural it started tangling up. She put it in a ponytail and was pulling hair from the ponytail to braid. Literally tearing my hair it was a very painful I asked if we could stop so I could go purchase detangler she did not want to stop to allow me to go purchase detangler she said she would comb it out which she was not holding my hair to comb it out she just started combing it like Sealy on the color purple. she constantly pulled my hair the entire time the braids look like a 10-year-old did him they are lumpy they're not neat they're all different sizes I paid extra money for longer length she only added length to a few of them when I contacted her about the different sizes of the braids and the length that was not added she started giving me all these excuses about I have a lot of hair and they make them bigger in the inside and I said well I didn't expect that that's a shortcut and I didn't shortcut you your money basically she gave a bunch of different excuses as to why she didn't add hair to some of them and why my braids were really big on the inside and after $250 I expected all my braids to be neat and I understand they're not going to be perfect but somewhat of the same size anyway she did not add the length to them when I contacted her about it she told me she would send me back $20 overall bad experience don't go I pay her extra money to wash my hair she only washed the front I will never go back ever again and I would recommend that you do not go and let them braid your hair at all.

My hair looked good but I was overcharged. I was charged $230 for some braids that werent even waist length like I asked, will not return for braids again

Never get your hair done here. They part your hair big in the back and in the middle. I gave them a picture of what I wanted of some kinky twist. The lady made them so short I couldn't get them in a pony tail. I had to go back for them to add extra hair. It is not worth it. Please don't go here if you want full and lengthy braids. It will not be worth it at all.

Senegalese started falling out 2 days later! Please don't waste your money ill never go there again! I had 2 people on my head and they were on the phone most of the time! I wouldn't recommend them to my dog!

Very, very disappointed. I made an appointment for my Granddaughter's hair to be braided 4 days in advance. I called the day before and confirmed the appointment. When my Daughter and Granddaughter arrived at the scheduled time; 45 minutes and 2 braids later, my daughter was informed that no one was available to complete the braiding. My daughter was informed that no one was aware of the appointment. My daughter was referred to another beauty salon where my Granddaughter's hair was done beautifully. What was to take 2 hours; ended up consuming 4.5 hours; which really impacted the family tight schedule.

Bah did SUCH a good job! It's not super tight, yet very neat. There's no added extension & she only braids your hair(I added the phony pony), so if you want your hair braided I'd recommend her!

Worse experience ever they have no A/C, they kept switching people to do my hair, they cut my hair, burned me with the water pan that they use to heat the water. They told me 4 hours that turned into 7 hours, four different people braided my hair. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WOULD BEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO MY WORSE EMENY

Worst hair salon in the area. Went to get a TOUCH UP on my braids and the person doing my hair took almost 4 hours, talked and played around and still didn't do as good of a job.The people that work in the hair salon are rough and show no sympathy. They sit in the chair and don't move and when they start doing the front of your hair they like for you to hold your head back the whole time, expecting you to not be tired after holding it for so long. Would recommend going to Dema African braiding they move fast and braid very good.

They are not clean, unprofessional, rude, no time management at all. They act as if they were doing hair at home! And, they have roaches crawling around the front door!
