I made my deposit and was scheduled for an appointment at 4 p.m. She was working on two other clients when I got there in a 12x10 (5ppl) space with a child. I decided to wait outside in the lobby instead. I had already left 20 minutes earlier, enraged that I planned my day accordingly to receive a text message 2 hours later at 5:55 p.m. stating she was ready for me. I am aware of the challenges that come with running a small business and daycare. However, I paid for a dog sitter & wasted gas, and time. Luckily, I found a less expensive backup. I wish the start time and reservations had been more clearly stated. These new era hair stylists are disrespectful, But good luck with that.

I come in a lot to get my hair braided with Antwanette. She is absolutely amazing with great customer service and outstanding results! I would definitely recommend her to anyone! As for the rest of the building, I am aware that they offer a lot of hair services for all kinds of hair and all types of people. The Salon looks very modern and neat for the area, you should check it out!

Amazing experience everytime. I often get compliments on my hair after seeing Antwanette. I've always been a big fan of natural hair... and my hair feels so much better whenever I visit Antwanette on a regular basis. She trims, does treatments and braids my hair quite often. She also does silk outs and other styles. I highly recommend her for your natural hair needs. Plus, she will educate you on products and items to take care of your hair in between sessions. She is a forever student herself. I would definitely say book early, because her schedule fills up. So, call or text when you can. Especially if you're within reach of Riverside in Jacksonville.
