This lady charged me 160 for braids for my daughter her hair wasn't anything like pic. I got home she box braids in back of her hair and braided to the scalp in the front of her hair. She cannot even style her hair. A mess. I would like a some of my money back

I did a mid back box braids. She was able to schedule me a couple days prior and and totally understanding when I wanted to bring in my own hair. I’ve never have someone be so quick and efficient. This was my second time coming and I am really satisfied with her work and will be going again in the future. Thank you so much!!!

I got medium knotless. My braids get too thin too fast, she didn’t add in hair after my natural hair stopped so the ends are really thin. My parts are not neat. She only braided my hair down halfway and i had to finish the rest because she said “I usually just dip it” The whole process felt rushed. I really hate my hair I will not be returning or recommending this salon to anyone.

I recently had my braids done at this salon, and I'm thrilled with the results. The service was fast, the braiders were time-conscious, and the braids turned out perfect. The salon maintains a clean environment, and the customer service was exceptional. I'll definitely be referring anyone in need of braids to this salon. Highly recommended!

I would have loved to given her five stars based off my first and last encounter coming to her salon, but unfortunately that is not the case today. I called in this past week to see if she had any openings for me to get my hair done this weekend or sometime next week before my maternity shoot/ birthday. She told me she would be able to take me in on Sunday (today) at 2 pm. So like any other person I proceeded to finish with my appointments for everything else to be taken care of. Friday evening she texted asking if I could come in at 6 AM Saturday morning, and I told her I could not as I had another appointment set for 10 am. I said to her if I am done by 1 I would call her to see if it was ok for me to come in, she replied back with me to come in at 12. I cannot control the pace, or volume another company gets or will have the day of, so I told her if I’m done by then I would call her or let her know. So as it’s approaching 12 I let her know it would still be another 30-60 minutes before I was done. She replied almost an hour later saying if I couldn’t be there by 1 we would stick with our original schedule, which was Sunday (today) at 2 pm. I replied and told her ok, but wanted to know how long it would take because I have another event to go to in Denver by 7 pm. She ensured me that I wouldn’t not be able to make it to the event by 7. So I just sucked it up and cancelled another event to ensure that I was able to be in at 2 and get my style done for my maternity shoot/birthday. Now here we are the day of, now that I have spent money on hair she told me to buy and canceling plans and trying to rush to make it to her, she texts me this morning with a simple “Sorry, won’t make it.” I’ve never had this much confusion or frustration when dealing with a professional stylist. And again not to mention a cancellation literally two days before a major event for myself and my family.

Please go here! After years and f going to a hair braider in Missouri, I tried on salon, twice and it was not a good thing; my hair was thinned in the top😩. Then, I found Favor!!! Amazing and she’s braiding in a pattern which helps me hair remain protected as well as grow, despite the fact that it takes her more time. As long as I’m in Colorado, this is my spot!

Amazing service and customer service....did an amazing job on my very short hair. Didn't even think it was possible to get such thick long braids added to my existing hair, but I guess magic does exist ✨️. Took her time to make sure the braids look perfect and flawless. I am obsessed. Thank you for making me look this fabulous.

To Makayla I’ve been going to favor since her first day of opening I love her she is clean, on time, gentle while braiding, friendly, and does 100 percent better work than most African shops in the Springs! And she pregnant and on her feet! It sounds to me that you are tender headed, not patient, and ungrateful cuz I’ve been going almost 2 years and I book in advance not the same day. Plus you need to oil them when you get home to prevent the bumps. You just need a little education before you leave a temper tantrum review
