I spent a total of 6 hours with Cynthia and close to $400. I expressed to her I was not happy with the balayage and there was a patch of dye missing in the back. I went back one time for her to fix the front of my hair which looked yellow. Each time I left my hair looked fine until I got home and was able to see all the parts she missed and uneven highlights. She did not fix, or even try to refer me to someone that can fix it. Very unsatisfied and will not be returning.

I made an appointment on the website as that was the only way to do do. I waited past my appointment time and she never showed up. As I was leaving I was told i didn't schedule the appointment correctly as I had no appointment or i was so stupid i went to the wrong place. I attached the screen shot to show I DID INDEED have one. Very rude. Why not just let us go? You have to come out and be insulting as we are getting in the car?!

Cynthia A has been doing my hair for the last 8 years: I would follow her to Alaska if I had to. I’m super picky about who does my hair so from day one, I knew she understood how I was with my hair and she understood how I wanted it done from day one when she was at Ulta. She has been doing my hair since and she is the only one allowed to touch my hair. My oldest daughter gets her hair done too with Cynthia and just loves her personality as do I.

A very nice cute Salon! :) I had a wonderful first experience and my hair turned out exactly like wanted it! I got a partial highlight service and toner etc for a very reasonable price. My stylist Cynthia did a great job I will absolutely be going back! Highly recommend.

I went to this salon for the first time on Wednesday and I was welcomed with such kindness and professionalism! Karolina and her Assistant did a outstanding job on my highlights and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I highly recommend this place!

Karolina is truly amazing at her craft! When I first went in I got a tone and was considering hair extensions. After describing my hair goals, we decided that tape in hair extensions might be exactly what I needed. A few weeks later, Karolina installed my tape ins and wow! I wore them for several months following her move in suggestions and continuing with toners and my natural hair grew so much! I still lack natural volume haha, but my hair is so healthy and long! I highly recommend Karolina for any of your hair needs!

Well...I didn't think anyone could fix my hair from the last salon I went to (my hair was a mixture of blonde/orange and overprocessed) however Cynthia proved she can fix ANYTHING!!! I had Cynthia take the wheel and fix my highlights to turn them into bayalage. Cynthia was very friendly and knowledgeable on how to fix my hair nest. She also did phenomenal on my hair cut. I got my layers back and she framed my face. I'd highly encourage anyone who wants to have their hair from meh to runway to check Cynthia out. You can text Cynthia or book your next hair appointment on the vagaro app. Very easy and the prices are transparent. They have a very nice salon atmosphere as well which has beverages and granola bars. This made my experience very welcoming. I can't wait to go back!! Hair magicians work here! Nestled in between CarMax and the Tucson Mall.
