I always book with Tee, I get a root touch up and haircut and each time it comes out perfect! She’s so sweet and makes sure I am comfortable and that I like my hair! Higher recommend!

I went to this salon for the first time today to get a shag from Alex, and she did such an amazing job! She took the time to figure out what I wanted and talked me through styling my hair with my new cut. Everyone here is so friendly as well. I have never loved my hair more :)

I’ve been coming to this salon for a few years now. I was seeing one stylist consistently until she moved and since then I’ve tried a few other stylists at this salon, and I have never ever had a bad experience here. I love my hair every single time whether it’s color or just a hair cut. I will always come to this salon because I know I’ll be happy with my hair no matter what stylist I’m with.

My partner & I go to Leighan, she’s amazing at what she does. We both used to struggle with anxiety at salons, but Leighan’s talent & energy makes us feel so comfortable. Bonus: the salon is open & relaxing, and everyone who works there has been incredibly friendly. 10/10.

This was my first time at this salon and I had a great experience. From the moment I walked in one of the staff members greeted me and offered me a light refreshment as I waited for my stylist. My stylist, Nicole, was absolutely amazing and so kind. She took her time and listened thoroughly to what I asked for. I loved the way my haircut came out and I will definitely be back for more services in the future.

Alex (Haunted Vanity) is incredible! First she gave me an amazing hair cut, then when I went back for color she completely out did herself! I have curly hair and it’s rare to find someone who knows what to do with it. All of the staff at the salon are so friendly and helpful and the environment makes you feel extremely comfortable!

I’ve always been very particular about who I trust to cut my hair—call it a bit of healthy paranoia! After browsing through favorite salon’s Instagram, I came across a stunning haircut Nicole had done, and I immediately knew I had to book with her. The salon was pleasantly quiet when I arrived, which set a relaxed tone, and meeting Nicole only confirmed my choice. She was attentive, friendly, and truly understood what I was looking for. I’m absolutely thrilled with my haircut and will definitely be coming back to Nicole for future appointments. 🥰🫶🏻

After losing my long hair to craniotomy/ radiation, I messaged the salon to see if anyone would be open to helping me with the regrowth. Mindy quickly responded and worked with me several times as my hair grew in. She was so kind and gentle - it was easy to trust her. Even with a large scar on my scalp, I felt safe and so happy with the shaping we did for the awkward phase. I recently saw Emily for another little shaping and she was also wonderful. I had gone in for a hair consult early july the stylist saw what i wanted to do and saw my hair aswell. We had an appointment set for tomorrow, August 10th. She messaged me today (a day before my appointment) asking if i would like to change what i wanted to do with my hair but i wish to go with what we had set in the beginning and she cancelled my appointment. I am very upset, she had a month to contact me about her worries or to let me know she was not comfortable doing what i wished. School starts August 12th for me i will not be able to find a different stylist before then nor will i have the time too. I never leave bad reviews but this was very frustrating considering i had taken off of work for my appointment.

Favorite is my favorite! Cat has been doing my hair for ages and is incredibly talented. She also cuts and styles my daughter’s (curly) hair. Every visit to Favorite makes me smile. The stylists are all so talented! Good vibes.

Leighan is awesome, I've been seeing her for haircuts for about a year now. She listens and knows just what to do - even when I'm not sure lol. The entire experience is great, from her shampoo to the end result... super relaxing and a great person to chat with. She also recommended Jaimy for color, Jaimy did a beautiful balayage and blended my gray. Love both of them!! The salon is always clean and everyone is super friendly. Couldn't recommend more!

Rachel is extremely genuine, kind, hospitable, and amazing at what they do. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had getting my hair done and I will 100% return. I am neurodivergent and Rachel was so considerate of this throughout the whole experience. Also my hair looks amazing!

Found Hal at this salon and haven't left! Hal never misses, she always knows what I want with my hair and is so flexible to try all kinds of new things with it! She’s so so great to talk to and the salon experience is overall so welcoming and friendly!

I had my first experience at this salon this past month after a really rough week and my stylist, Rachel just made me feel so pampered and calm and bubbly and she absolutely understood the assignment! I’m so happy I have found a favorite stylist and salon here in Florida after two years! Highly recommend!

I have been going to the salon since September, and every time I go here it’s a great experience. I get legit excited to go get my haircut because it’s such a fun place. The staff are all super friendly, and Hal is amazing! Hal always gives rockin haircuts, I’d highly recommend them !

I see Rachel and my kiddos have seen Ty, they are so wonderful! This salon is so welcoming and inclusive and such a safe space for beautify and art to flourish. I always walk out feeling fresh and beautiful as ever. My boys had severe anxiety over haircuts and hair care and Ty was so patient and fun with them and they got over their anxiety’s very quickly. I recommend both for their unique styles and amazing work!

I was so happy to find Favorite after moving to the St Pete/Tamp Area. From their products to the salon vibe everything is thoughtfully curated to fit so many hair type needs. If you’re looking for the best shag haircut and next level color you must see Rachel. They go above and beyond to ensure you feel your best and are such a gem of a human who I love spending time with during each appointment.

I’ve been going to Rachel since Favorite Salon opened its doors. She is always so friendly and always blowing me away with my dream hair when I’m done, with also feeling like I had a great therapy session. Mindy is a fabulous stylist and salon owner and always enhances the salon with amazing organic and clean ingredients hair products, and high quality low aroma professional color, all while she creates a warm,fun, and professional environment. Favorite Salon will always be my favorite ❤️

Rachel is my PERSON! I drive 30 mins to get my hair done by them — they’ve been cutting and dying my hair for years now. Everyone at the salon is so lovely + the vibes are immaculate. I can’t say enough good things about Favorite ❤️

The salon has such a relaxed vibe - all the smells that help you relax as soon as you walk in the door! I have been seeing Rachel for years - love her…she is so amazingly talented and always honing her skills by taking even more trainings to keep up with the most up to date techniques. She has been working with me to grow out my gray - I went from an every 3 week cover up to now an every 12 week blend and proud to say it has now totally grown out. The salon also has the best products - gentle on your hair and free of all the chemicals we want to stay away from. Highly recommend the salon and Rachel♥️

The vibes at Favorite are always on point! The staff is friendly and the salon is so cute. I started seeing Rachel semi-recently and I have loved every experience with them. Rachel asks all the right questions to make sure they understand what I want and my hair has come out looking freaking fabulous every time. 11/10

i have been going to favorite salon for about 2 years now and have never had a bad experience with my time there! i always go to rachel and they are the best person to have blessed me with beautiful hair every time! i know i will always get the best results with them and you unfortunately can’t say that with some hair stylist so im grateful i have someone who i know will take care of my hair and look out for me for the best results!

Edit to add: I have been coming to Favorite for 3 years now and my partner now also gets her hair cut by Rachel. I still have nothing but good things to say about Rachel and everyone at this salon! A true Seminole Heights gem! I had the most wonderful experience with Rachel. If I could give her more stars I would! She was so kind and helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted. I jumped on the shag wagon and left with a gorgeous cut! The salon was very clean and they followed covid-19 guidelines. I love that they use eco-friendly and cruelty free products. 10/10 would recommend!

I wanted to make an appointment (I was a new client). I went in, and NOBODY acknowledged me. I stood there for at least five minutes, waiting for someone to greet me. NOBODY did, so I left. If that's the customer service I got, I don't want to see what they would do to my hair. Their loss is someone else's gain. I found a salon where the staff was friendly and attentive.

Love going to this salon, all the stylists are friendly and welcoming. Hal is so talented, I decided to try something new with my hair (new color and a pop of vibrant purple framing my face) and she nailed it! She took the time to do a good job and made sure that my hair looked the way I had imagined, will definitely continue to trust her with my hair 🥰
