My mom and I recently visited fa Xiang ge and it was an incredible experience. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the ambiance was calming from the moment we walked in. The scalp cleaning treatment was thorough and left our scalps feeling incredibly refreshed and rejuvenated. We were so relaxed throughout the entire process. It was the perfect way to unwind and bond. We highly recommend fa xian ge for anyone looking to pamper themselves with a top-notch scalp treatment. We can't wait to go back!

My sister and I had an amazing experience here. Kevin did an amazing job on my facial and massage. My hair and skin felt amazing even days later. We will be retuning for sure!! 10/10!!

This was my first time coming here, and it was better than I imagined! I chose the 90 minute signature treatment and had Kevin, who did an AMAZING job. Not only did I get my scalp cleansed and massaged, but I also got a facial! The waterfall part was so nice. I haven't felt so relaxed in a long time, so thank you, Kevin!!😊 Also, I didn't catch the name of the woman there, but she might be the most cheerful, happy person I've ever met. She was so nice over the phone and super welcoming the second I got there. She even gave me tea and dumplings for Chinese New Year! Absolutely delicious! Thank you so much again, and I will for sure be back. Happy New Year to you guys🤗

You know words can't even begin to express my experience here. I went in today looking to be nutured and taken care of. And I got even more than that Jessica did everything so amazingly. From the kindness , to the gentle approach while detangling my hair , from the scalp wash and massage. All the way up until the end. I was lucky and even got to enjoy some dumpling because it was Chinese new year ! :) if you are looking for a place to feel nurtured and loved this place is it. And ofc my scalp and hair has never felt better , my hair is shinning and glossy and my scalp feels so clean. Thank you ladies for providing an awesome experience I will be back. If ur thinking about coming here DO IT.

Such a great experience. They were so accommodating in getting me in randomly today for a slot today, but I recommend making an appointment by phone/online. They were very welcoming with hot Chinese flower tea, snacks, and a relaxing environment. Kevin did a great job and I felt so relaxed during the treatment and my scalp and hair feel so clean with no more build up. Thanks for the great experience and I will be back for sure 😍 highly recommend 🫶

This was a 10/10 experience. The feeling of getting your scalp cleaned to this extent is absolutely magical. Plus the massage hot tea and blow dry made me feel so pampered. Leo was the one who did my hair and he was amazing. They also shared with me at the end of my treatment that all the employees there did 10 years of training in china… then three years of training in LA… and now they are here in Fresno. Run don’t walk this place is fabulous.

My sisters and I went to get the signature spa treatment and we all agreed it was worth every penny. The staff were so friendly, skilled and accommodating. There was a minor scheduling issue due to a computer system glitch but they were so flexible and did everything in their power to find a solution. While we waited for the next slot they treated us to refreshments and even gave us a discount. It was very thoughtful of them even though it wasnt their fault.The customer service here is top notch. The actual spa treatment was effective, relaxing, and innovative. Lucy in particular was fantastic and very sweet. Well be back! Ps: Bring cash for the tip.

10/10 would recommend! I had done their signature treatment and it was AMAZING. The staff was incredibly friendly and Lee was so fantastic to work with for my treatment. My scalp, hair, and everything felt amazing afterwards! This was my first experience with this type of spa and I can say I will for sure be coming back!

Amazing head spa experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The head spa treatment was so relaxing, my mom and I did the Signature treatment which was 90 minutes. My hair is incredibly soft and feels so healthy. I will be going back again!

Decided to treat myself here for my birthday as I’ve never went to a hair spa before. I loved it! I got the luxury treatment. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly. Leo did my treatment and he was amazing. I was so relaxed I actually fell asleep. My hair felt so light and soft afterwards and it’s never been so shiny. My face was the softest it’s ever been as well. I will definitely come back here again. I recommend for you to book that appointment right now! Great place to get a gift card and give it out as a present too:))

Don’t run, walk and schedule here!! Amazing services and great prices. The place is clean, quiet and relaxing. The services are so great and your scalp feels amazing after. I had Lee and she was so kind, made sure I was comfortable and gave me lots of tea to drink!! Will be back. Highly recommend spending the money on the self care if you can. Your scalp deserves it!!

I received The Signature Treatment by Lee and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. She went about and beyond to help me with my needs. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. They keep a very clean and safe environment. They also offer complimentary beverages and candy; their hot tea is the best! I can’t recommend this health spa enough, everyone should experience it. I recommend going in when you have nothing to do afterwards because you’ll just want to take a nap and your body will feel so relaxed. I can’t wait till my next appointment!

My new favorite go to place! The ladies there are so sweet and accommodating. The facials left me with glowing skin and the massages are amazing. The salon itself is very peaceful with nice ambient music playing in the back and it’s very clean and very inviting. Please if you’re on the fence about the place, don’t be. Go for it and treat yourself to this wonderful experience!

Really enjoyed my time here. Wife and I came together—I mainly needed some help with dandruff. They’ll use a camera to take a look at your scalp health (and point out things like dandruff) and then bring you into an adjoining room for the scalp treatment which felt like a mix of scraping the dandruff out and washing my hair with various products to help with whatever scalp condition you have. It’s been a day, and the dandruff has been significantly reduced. Will go back in the future as needed!

Very relaxing experience, would definitely come back for scalp treatment! Spouse and I tried the signature treatment package and our scalp/hair felt clean and refreshed afterward. You take off your top and cover with a towel for the shoulder/neck massage, and that was really nice. My hair felt a little softer afterwards too.

If you’re reading this, you’re lucky enough to have stumbled onto this hidden gem! Lucy treated me like an absolute queen! Not only was the treatment dreamy and relaxing, but she completely refreshed my scalp and got rid of all the dandruff and excess oils. Can’t wait to go back!
