I stopped into the Faye Francis salon this afternoon as a walk-in with my son, who needed a touch up hair cut to fix a bad hair cut he received from a different barber the day before. Faye was very empathetic, accommodating and helped my son feel and look much better. All the stylist were very kind and friendly and gave us a great deal. We will definitely be back!

I am so irritated at this I could spit. If you are a styling salon that takes walk in customers and takes appointments...there is no way you should make a customer that has an appointment wait and take the walk in first. NEVER....and.....never will I go back. This was a Facebook memory that came up from a few years ago. I never went back!

A family member went to the salon last week and was very upset. Once in the chair (and not at a point where she could get up and leave) the stylist expressed her personal, political and religious beliefs the entire time. This included - "anyone who got the COVID vaccine needs to get on their knees and ask God for forgiveness."

Can't actually say how well the place cuts hair because I didn't stay long enough. One of the stylists wasn't wearing a mask while cutting someone's hair so I left.

Can always get an appointment within a few days. Very accommodating for my elderly mothers needs. She always looks beautiful after either of the ‘Terry’s’ cut and style her hair. Highly recommend for all ages.

Been going to Faye Francis for years for my hair and my mother and brother do as well. They do men and walk ins. They are not as expensive as some other places. They are next door to Subway in the plaza.

So my mom, brother, and I went to get our hair styled for an event and I let them know ahead of time I wanted my hair cut. Like every other hair salon does I assumed they would be washing my hair before they cut and styled it. I asked the woman if she was going to wash it and she rolled her eyes at me and said she didn't have time for that because she had another appointment soon. Every hair stylist looked like they had a stick up their ass. They were also RUDE to my brother. Told him not to swivel in the chair (which he was barely moving in). The worst experience I have ever had. TERRIBLE customer service. I will never go there again and I would give them zero stars if I could.

Great Hair Stylists! They don't cost you an arm and a leg. They cut and style hair great! Ever since I moved to the area, I've been trying to find a place that would cut my hair well and like my old place. It usually takes a couple visits to multiple places, but they cut it great and exactly like I asked the first time! I've found the place I'm getting my hair cut for a LONG time! My stylists name was Tanya, but I'm sure all the other stylists are great too!
