Everyone is so nice and welcoming!!! I go with Cristina, who does an amazing job with my colors. However, I have been able to see all the stylists, and they all do a great job!!

Turned my hair orange

Wanted to go my natural dirty blonde color, but instead left with orange roots and a muddy green brown on the ends. My hair was grown out half way so it’s not like she didn’t know what color it was. Requested my money back. So I messaged the salon itself with before pictures and after pictures and never got a response. Very unprofessional. This photo was taken the night I got it done so I didn’t even wash it yet. When I did wash it, the water was green. Also the room where they mix all the colors etc was open and a lot of the stylists were in there and the door was open but when she was rinsing my hair out she left me in the bowl and went into the room and shut the door and I could hear laughing and I heard someone say “just take her a copper color” and then continued to laugh. So I figured she was talking about me but then nothing was ever mentioned. Let alone I did not want to be a copper color or even a brown color. My hair is extremely damaged because all of this could of been avoided if she used the correct developer. My hair is dry and breaking now.
