Online couples deep tissue says $250, went in person to buy gift card for parents was told its $280, made the appointment earlier this week now the price is $310. Disorganized WITH no communication within staff.

Not great for groups larger than 2 people. I came here over the holidays with my sisters and while everyone was very nice and helpful, they completely lost my sister’s 90 minute massage appointment that she had been looking forward to for weeks. This happened despite having a confirmation email and calling the spa the morning of our appointment and confirming our relatively large booking. They comp’ed her facial but it was still very disappointing. I won’t be back. Their gym was also kind of dirty.

Do yourself a favor and ask for Lisa for a massage. Might be the best I've ever had. If you can handle deep tissue, you will definitely feel much better afterwards!! I have been in pain for weeks until now, thanks to her.

We recently went to Feathers Spa for our 15th anniversary evening getaway. The atmosphere was super relaxing. The champagne while we were waiting for our massages was a nice touch and the massage itself was just what my wife and I needed to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!

I loved the Feather's Spa at The Peabody. I highly recommend it if you want a massage or other service they offer. The lady at the front was very helpful. She shows you to the locker room so you can change into provided towel, bathrobe, and slides. You can put your stuff in a coded locker you create code for so you know your stuff is safe. The waiting area has comfy chairs to sit or if you want to go in the included wet/dry sauna before come earlier than appointment time to do that. The massage therapist was very friendly prior to the massage listening to my concerns. She was then able to address my problem areas and I felt much better in my head, neck, and back after. In addition, with the massage they give you access to the other amenities. They provide bottled water, champagne, and Mimosas included. They also allow you to use the wet sauna, dry sauna, pool, and Jacuzzi spa. I was able to have a very relaxing afternoon before and after my massage utilizing the amenities that were all included. I was also able to take a full shower with provided body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, & towels. So I left smelling great with washed and dried hair. In addition, your parking is included if you valet or self park at the hotel. It was an amazing relaxing day and totally worth the price. I highly recommend checking it out. They also provide couples massages, and saw some couples enjoying the amenities together.

I WANT so badly to give this spa a 5 star review. Everyone is friendly, the amenities are great, but THREE times in a row my services were incorrect or delayed by HOURS. I am local to Memphis and love contributing to local businesses but I am unsure how many times I can justify this happening. Very disappointed and my mother's day treat to myself was ruined.

Amazing! Debra did my massage and it was heavenly. I dabbled in the sauna and pool and jacuzzi and truly utilized the mimosas! Y’all I’m going back very soon. I love that place. I should literally do some staycations here

The first thing I want others to read is the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating we give our therapists, Ishmael and Breanna!! Ishmael was my therapist and Breanna took care of my mom. I highly recommend asking for either by name. This spa has perfected the art of the spa experience. My mom and I start every vacation with a visit to the spa where we are staying and this is the absolute best spa we have experienced! We were delayed while driving and called to give them a heads up. We were fully prepared to hear that we would have to reschedule. We were so excited to hear the spa was able to accommodate us by moving our reservation. At arrival we were given a private space to change and directed to a quiet room to relax. We were offered champagne, tea, and water. The beverage selection was offered again after our service. Every moment with this spa was top notch and worth every single penny.

If I could rate them higher than a 5, I would. I'm local and try to make it in every quarter for a facial. Last week, I combined a massage, a facial, and the new Vichy shower. My experience is never short of amazing. This is truly my favorite place in Memphis. The atmosphere is top-notch, and the service is always phenomenal. Of course, the complimentary mimosas are a fantastic addition. I spent the whole day there and ordered lunch between services. I always request Daeva for my facial. She is so educated and has given me so many tips to improve my skincare over the years, and it has made a world of difference. This is the best spa in Memphis. I highly recommend booking a service.

Arranged a massage for my wife during our stay at the peabody. She was very pleased with the facility and massage. She said the staff was very professional and well trained. I would recommend this spa if staying or traveling through the area.

Great all-around experience! Went for my wife’s birthday and really liked how the sauna and steam room were co-ed (could use them together). Staff was super nice and our massages were ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

I had the worst facial in my entire life. It was my birthday and the woman left me alone for a good 15 minutes with the steam on and then it started to beep really loud when it shut off and she still didn’t come back in. The massage on my shoulders actually was painful and she almost burned my face with a hot towel. I didn’t want to ruin my vibe so I ended up just relaxing in the spa with my mom because it was my birthday and they gave us free champagne afterwards. But I did end up emailing the manager to let her know about my experience the next day and I still have not heard anything back. I’m a local Memphian and I love the Peabody Hotel, but the spa treatment I received was a 0. I would expect better from the South’s Grandest Hotel. Plus it was $150, not including tip … TOTAL WASTE OF $$$$

I wanted to keep this gem to myself but decided to not be selfish. In a day and age where good customer service and a great experience are both hard to come by, Feathers Spa rose to the occasion and delivered an unexpected phenomenal experience. Thanks, Feathers Spa! I will be back very soon.

My husband and I drove 6 hours to celebrate our anniversary at the Peabody. We had a 90 minute couples massage booked for 4:15. At 2:30 the spa canceled us due to the weather. We explained our trip and the distance we traveled. Not only did they send up complimentary champagne and cheese board, they rescheduled us for a complimentary service first thing the next morning! Deborah and Lisa gave us an AMAZING treatment, one of the best massages we’ve had! We will definitely be back. Thank you, Feathers Spa, for the unbeatable customer service and the perfect start to our day.

They really put the aah in my spa day. I went to be pampered, and I got what I came for. The massage was very good. The facial was not what I'm accustomed to, but thorough. I left feeling very relaxed. The champagne also helped.

My sister and I each had a signature facial and relaxation massage and it was wonderful! We felt completely comfortable and relaxed. Our skin was soft and glowing when we left. We felt amazing at the end of our services. I highly recommend. We will definitely be returning as often as possible.
