Great massage, Rachel is very good. As stated in many reviews, it isn’t the most upscale place and there are language barriers. But the price reflects this, and the massage itself, which is why we’re here, is great.

I love coming here! They always give the best and most relaxing massages. I got a head to toe foot massage with Tim this last time and I felt very relaxed during and after the massage. I will be coming here more on a regular basis!

Today was my second visit - splurged on a full hour - combo foot and body. Alicia asked me how the pressure was several times - it was perfect. Some of the hot stones seemed kind of lukewarm but might just be because the ac was working overtime on a hot summer day and cooled em off fast. I like this place. I’ll be back soon

Clean and professional massage place. They always give you exactly as much time as you paid for (or slightly more). Massage therapists are generally great; the full body massage is mostly kneeding with and without oil, followed by some hot stones and a wipe off with a clean towel.

I’ve been a few times and had a normal experience, but this last time the pressure was just way too hard. It left me hurting more than when I walked in. And both of my arms are pretty noticeably bruised. Also I just wanted to relax, but the masseuse would not stop talking through most of the massage. I dozed off for a moment in the silence and sure enough I was woken up by pointless chatter. See the photos added of a bruised arm. The pressure was excessive, even after asking for much softer pressure to be applied.

The reviews on google & ClassPass are deceiving. Communication skills of the 2 men there on this slow Friday are bad. They didn’t ask any questions about my preference (focus points, spots not to touch, female or male). None of that was asked. The sheets in the room were torn with holes & bleached spots. The sign was in the room which I don’t understand why any professional establishment would even have that up. This makes me think that they DO offer this service upon request. A man came in after I was under the sheet and immediately began the massage with no introduction. He touched my bottom the first time to which I told him to immediately stop and not to touch that area. He then does it again. He doused my entire back & neck with an excess amount of oil & his nails too long. I tell him to stop and leave the room about 5 minutes into the message and I gather my belongings and leave.

Would give -1000 stars if possible. This place is full of freaky frogs. They are extremely unprofessional. Typically when you go to get a massage you fill out a basic questionnaire regarding your needs and comfort levels…not here ! They don’t even ask you if you want a male or female masseuse. In addition, they have weird, raggedy signs up stating that sexual services are not allowed…uhh professional establishments don’t have to do that. They completely violated my friend by touching her inappropriately and not respecting boundaries after she expressed them repeatedly. We will be reporting them elsewhere, but definitely beware. Will also be reaching out to class pass to make sure they remove them from their site asap.

I had a 60 minutes deep tissue massage. It was amazing. The masseuse, Allen was very nice and friendly. This place is very clean and ambiance is very peaceful. Definitely recommend. 10/10.

I knew I made a bad decision from the moment I walked in. The lobby smelled so musty, crusty and disgusting of strong body odor. I was about to ask if they had masks but from the way it smelled I knew better than to ask as I knew they wouldn’t have any. So I started shallow breathing to avoid getting sick. The guy at the front desk, whom I later learned is the owner’s brother was the absolute worst. Important to note they didn’t have me sign NO WAIVER. Rude and unprofessional. He walked me to my room and didn’t say a word to me. Just walked me in, shut the door, and left. He didn’t say “hey your therapist will be with you in a moment, please undress from head to toe and go under covers” or any type of instruction! Could have offered me a water or if I have any questions. The room itself was reminiscent of a basic 2 star motel room on a deserted highway. The vent on the ceiling was covered in dust and there was a hole in the ceiling. The sheets were so old and tattered, literally with holes all along the seam. I’m deciding what to do, I can’t ask for a refund because I did ClassPass for this service so I was just going to stick it out. My therapist came in and she saw some oil on the floor and came back to mop it up. All the while I’m just concerned that she touched a mop and was about to touch me. I didn’t see any hand sanitizer in the room or hallway but some Jergens lotion and a bottle that said ‘Body Soap’ that they filled up with body oil. So when I was already undressed on the bed, she came in and said there was a male client that was requesting a woman and because she was the only female masseuse in the building she had to ditch me to take the client and that a guy was going to take me! Though my appointment was first! So they deprioritized me, I’m almost certain because I’m a black woman and paired me with a guy who was just dressed in regular clothes. No scrubs or anything that he would be recognized as an employee. He didn’t speak English so when I asked him if he washed his hands, he had to go grab the front desk guy to translate. He got started and it didn’t feel like he knew what he was doing. Of course didn’t ask me if I had any problem areas. When I told him to stop, he kept going. He didn’t understand until I had to assert him to leave. They asked if I wanted to come back tomorrow, I refused to ever come back there again so I said I’ll wait for the female to be done. He told me it would be a 30 min wait it was more like 45min. The massage was ok. However it wasn’t the deep tissue massage I came in for, I had to ask for more pressure a couple times. I also didn’t appreciate not being asked if I wanted my forehead massaged. I didn’t want anyone to put their hands on my face. The highlight was the hot stones she used for a moment and the hot towel to wipe the oil off my body. But even then I don’t think anything was sanitary. When she was done she asked if I wanted tea or water. I asked for water. I went to the front to wait for her and was waiting for a couple minutes actually. I expected her to already be at the front waiting for me with water when I got dressed. I asked the rude front desk guy who was kicked back with his feet up with no shoes, where she was. When he got up to look for my masseuse he walked in front of me and I saw he had his hand dug into his pants! Like he’s scratching his butt! I was shocked. Meanwhile she was busy packing up her stuff to leave right after me instead of finishing my service. Then asked me for a tip. Please do not go here. Save your money. NOT a word I’m sharing is a lie, exaggeration by any means. I truly wish from the bottom of my heart this was an imaginary experience I was witnessing but unfortunately it was my reality. Unfortunately I didn’t take ANY photos as I didn’t find it to be worth it. My original plans were to do a social media review but I would have been too embarrassed to post that I even came here. If I could give negative stars I would.

I'm a longtime customer with at least 20-25 visits under my belt. I will never go back. I had an hour foot massage today. Four things went wrong: 1. The masseuse answered and talked on his phone while giving the massage 2. The masseuse was coughing the entire time and had to get up twice to try and take care of this cough 3. The masseuse did not wear a mask and should not have been permitted to work 4. The overall massage (technique) was terrible 5. I gave the woman my feedback about the points above and she still charged me for the entire service. Unreal. The entire experience was unacceptable. Any business that actually cared about their reputation and customers would have comped that entire service and begged for forgiveness.

Alicia gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had, will absolutely be going back! She checked in multiple times and made sure to communicate, something I appreciate a lot! I signed up through class pass with extra credits I had but will be going back regularly.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I wasted $60 for a 60 minute "massage" yesterday. I would call the store, but something tells me I am not the first to be part of their scam. The masseuse started the massage by pulling the sheet down to my feet, so my entire backside was exposed. He left the sheet at my feet during the entire massage, leaving me cold and exposed. He was polite and asked if I was alright likely 10-15 times during the massage. He left half-way through the massage for several moments, leaving me exposed and dripping in oil. His stokes were powerful, so I asked him to lighten up and after I asked him, he simply gave up on the remainder of the massage. My arms and shoulders were not touched. My thighs, legs and feet were not touched. However, my rear end received 45 minutes of the massage. I left the massage feeling like I just got ripped off. I will be reporting them to the GA Massage Board, as well. I'm not even sure what I paid for, but it wasn't a massage. Avoid this place...

I just did the 60 minutes reflexology foot massage with Joe (he spelled it for me so I could pronounce it 😊), and it was phenomenal. It was mostly feet and legs up to the pressure points in the knees, but ended with brief massage of head, neck, and arms, so dress accordingly. Highly, highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back.
