I've had a number of massages and this was of the best experiences ever! I highly recommend this location of feet retreat. The staff was incredibly friendly and the foot massage was absolutely amazing. I will definitely return!

Long story short I wouldn’t waste your money here and I’d go to other professional spas in the area. I hate leaving negative reviews and I am not one to do so out of pettiness, only unless I am truly disappointed with a service. Please keep in mind I am not a Karen, lol. I booked a reflexology foot massage for this business. Unknown to me this business has two locations, both on Kingston pike. When you Google the name of the business the only one comes up. I arrived on time for my appointment to this location (the wrong location) and the woman working was very kind, however she spoke no English. That wouldn’t have been an issue at all however when I came in for my service and she was confused (rightfully so) she could not understand me or communicate with me to inform me at I was at the wrong location. She kindly proceeded to do my foot massage. At this point I thought I was still at the correct location and just thought the person I booked with was somehow not working. Unfortunately my massage was very disappointing. I have gotten several professional massages and I felt as though she has had no professional training in reflexology or massage. $60 for 30 minutes is not inexpensive. I have received better massages when getting pedicures. The next morning a woman at the other location called me and we had a conversation in which I was initially confused on what she was asking, then once cleared up I informed her how I was unsatisfied with my visit. When I explained why I wasn’t happy and that even though I accidentally went to the wrong location — I still received a service I paid for. She proceeded to get defensive and say the woman who did my service “has many clients and is really popular” and that they “can’t say anything about their technique since they’re independent contractors”. When I stated why I was confused and went to the wrong location on accident she said rudely “did Google not give you the address?” She said she would “see what they could do for me” but I didn’t receive any communication back. Unfortunately I would not waste your time or money at this business and go to a real massage spa instead. At the end of the day the service was subpar in multiple ways.

My gosh! When the gal was done With my foot massage she took the blankets Including the towel she put on my face Proceeded to fold them neatly and set them back in Position for the next customer on the chair Exactly as they were when I arrived! Nice enough people good massage though. Holy cow I better not get sick!

I decided to stop by “feet retreat “ during my lunch break because my muscles were sore and I desperately needed a massage. I'm so glad I did! Sofia worked magic with a 15-minute chair massage; I felt alive again. It’s a great, clean place with professional massage therapists. Highly recommended!

I went to the one near the mall & had a great experience. The man at the desk was helpful & Joanna gave me a great foot massage and chair massage. Pressure was great, lighting was very peaceful and smell was very clean and relaxing too. The music played in the background and everything was calming. Will be back. Annie S.
