I wanted to share my experience at the salon, as there were several areas where I believe they could improve. My best friend and I attended for two separate massage packages— I chose the basic package while she selected a different one. Unfortunately, we felt that we weren’t warmly greeted, and there were no clear instructions provided by the staff, which left us feeling a bit uncertain about what to do. I eventually had to ask for guidance before we could get started. During the massages, I found the pressure to be quite heavy-handed and not to my liking, which made the experience less enjoyable. Additionally, at the end of the session, I was charged for a package that I didn’t choose. My friend pointed this out, but we felt dismissed by the staff, which was quite frustrating. I also noticed that my friend’s massage therapist was not as professional as we had hoped, even asking if she would be getting a tip after her treatment. Given the overall experience, I think there are significant improvements needed in service quality and communication. I personally won’t be returning, and I would encourage others to consider this if they are looking for a more professional and pleasant massage experience.

BEST! Called and asked if they had walkin, yes they do, me and my husband showed up 30mins later and met Mia and Lucas were waiting with a couples room. Did the super combo and then asked for an extra 30mins. They were so nice and friendly.

My husband and I went for a couples massage, we got Mia and Tom. Tom was my masseuse and he did a WONDERFUL job, he worked out my knots without me having to say a word. We both feel great, it was an awesome experience! We will definitely be back!!

We love this place, any chance we have to get away and pamper ourselves, we come to Feetness and get the super combo. The price is reasonable, and the experience is so relaxing. I would highly recommend this place. The most recent time we came, the guy who did my massage had just smoked a cigarette before and so his hands smelled like smoke. But that has been my only negative.

I had knots that I never knew existed! Thanks to Tom they are on their way to going away! If you’ve never had a reflexology massage I highly suggest seeing Tom here at Feetness Reflexology! It was very relaxing (after knot release) and peaceful.

My neck and upper back were in excruciating pain coming in. Alla (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) took amazing care of me. I typically use men as massage therapists but she changed my mind today. She was very strong and worked out knots in my neck and shoulders. This was by far the best massage I’ve ever had!

Sean gave me the BEST MASSAGE I've ever had in my entire life! I am a massage connoisseur and I can tell you this is the only place I will get my massage from this point forward! Excellent prices, customer service and very clean and serene. Can't wait to go again!!!
