Amazing. I booked a scalp treatment & glass steam hair treat with Adrienne. My hair is so shiny, my scalp feels lighter. I booked this as a treat to myself, I am so glad I did! And my blowout looks great too!!!! It was really affordable as well. I will def.book again!!! Everyone was super nice, and Adrienne was very personable.

I had an appointment for haircut , i was always happy with the haircuts, no complain there. On the morning of the haircut I had a flat tire, there was no way lI could make it 20 miles away from the city I. I called to canceled that appointment and I got a bill of 50 % of the fee for not be able to make it. Month before that the person who was going to cut my hair canceled on me, while I was already on the way for appointment that she got sick. I was very understanding , saying no problem what so ever! So what I am saying it is ok to cancel when something happens to them but when I could not make it it was a different stories.

I have to say this is one of Albuquerque’s best kept secrets! This place is fabulous and so unique! The products they use are with our health in mind. Natural, hand made, I’m impressed! The treatments they offer are fantastic. I had my hair done with the nourish treatment (it was so shiny) and I got so many compliments! This is definitely a must for at least once a month. This place is incredible for self care!

SECOND REVIEW: Another great haircut with Adrienne! This time she styled my hair straight (as seen in last two pictures)! FIRST REVIEW: I highly recommend Adrienne! I'm a 41 year old gal with naturally wavy, thick hair. It can get tangled and fall flat under its own weight. I was upfront with Adrienne that I am not the kind of person that can stick to an every 6 week appointment schedule or put in a whole lot of effort to make my hair look good on the daily. I don't heat style it, I don't dye it. I just let it do its thing. I wanted a cut that worked with my natural hair texture and didn't requite a ton of maintenance. Adrienne delivered! She taught me some new tricks to keep my curls alive and frizz at bay. She took her time conditioning my hair, cutting it, and styling it in a way I can replicate. I have NEVER seen my hair this curly. I got home and showed my husband. I asked him if he has ever seen my hair look like this. He said no. Adrienne is a magician! She is also very sweet and has a lovely personality. Thank you Adrienne!

Leaving a one star review. Booked a service with the stylist Adrienne and she cancelled appointment same day 3 hrs before appointment with no explanation just got text message and when I called the number listed for the salon. No answer and left two voicemails and no callback. Wish I would have gotten the courtesy of 24 hrs or an explanation or try to re-schedule appointment. I’m an accommodating person but no communication is not professional.

Our mother daughter dates usually involve a pedicure but this time we wanted to try something new and our hair needed some real TLC. So we tried the Scalp treatment and it was everything we needed. It was such a great experience from the warm ambiance to the Scalp massage that put us in full relaxation mode. My favorite part was the hair steam bath 💁🏽‍♀️ while sipping on an herbal tea. I had the best time and I can't wait to go back.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Hair was supposed to be dyed black and all my greys were still visible and didn’t look like nothing was done. I paid 250.00 to fix my own hair!! Pathetic do not go here!!

I am very picky about my hair. I want quality work. I want the best.. This place is the best. This is a high end salon in Albuquerque. I have not found any other place that could match the standard I get from here. I assume the best places are hard to get into so I just always prebook. Never had issues. I got a haircut (long layers and face framing on long, mostly straight, fine but dense hair) from Michelle and I am really happy with the result! She was a delight from consultation to blowout and is very skilled. This might be my best haircut ever. My 9 year old daughter got a haircut (bob with curtain bangs/side swept bangs on straight hair) and hair tinsel from Madeli. She looks adorable and is thrilled with her new hair. She’s quite shy and introverted and Madeli made her feel very comfortable. The salon itself is very nice-clean, well decorated, and bright.

I just was looking for a salon near where I worked. I was able to book an appointment quickly with Adrienne. She was sweet, listened to what I needed and fixed a mess my last stylist created. I have found my go to. And I asked if she could fit me in for an eyebrow wax, and boom she did it right then and there. Very quiet and cute salon.

Just had a wonderful facial with Madeli. It was Ike a massage for the face and neck. My skin is glowing and I left feeling so much more relaxed and calm. It was a truly wonderful way to start this 100+ degree day.

I tried to book an appointment with the salon multiple times because of the great reviews and competitive. I want to support small, local business during this time (pandemic). I called the salon during business hours, was sent to voicemail and I left a message; I never received a call back (their website says they are open and it appears that they are taking appointments). I then used their online appointment booking service and my appointment was sent to "pending." I received an email the next morning saying my appointment was cancelled (with Michelle) with no explanation. I drop by a day later because I saw their signs saying "OPEN" and the lights were on. I knocked on the door - no response. I called the salon while standing outside and was once again sent to the answering machine. If this salon is not taking new clients, then they should just list it somewhere. I wasted my time trying to give them my business. Very disappointed and I consider this very unprofessional. I'm an understanding person and just a simple "not taking new clients" and I would have understood.

I made an appointment online, Michelle called to change it, no big deal. Confirmed my new appointment the day before, no problem. The morning of my appointment no Michelle. Got there at 9 for a 915 appointment, thought maybe because I was a little early. 930 still nobody, no call or text. Called the salon left a message, still no call back. Extremely unprofessional. Waste of my time, and gas.
