I have visited Ferganic Nails about 5 or 6 times, and each experience has been outstanding. Every nail technician I’ve worked with has demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail, consistently delivering beautifully even nails with clean, precise lines. It’s clear they take immense pride in their work, putting in 100% effort every time. Beyond the quality of their nail services, the team provides remarkable customer service. They are genuinely kind, humble, and attentive, ensuring every client has a positive experience. Additionally, their pricing is the best in town, making them an excellent choice for both quality and value. I’ve gone to many different nail salons over the years, and this one wins by a landslide. I don’t leave reviews often, but this place deserves it!

If I could give a zero, I would. Came here on my birthday with my mom. Both ladies were not friendly and ignored us. The one I had kept getting distracted by her phone. My manicure looked awful. The pedicure looked ok but I ended up getting an infection in my toe (you can see the progression in the photos) that required an urgent care visit, antibiotics and later surgery.

Jennifer and Tyra were absolutely awesome. I went in for a pedicure and hard gel fill. It might have been one of the best pedis I’ve ever gotten. The salon is super clean and I felt extremely cared for and not at all rushed the entire time. 10/10!

I was very unhappy with the services. I was given nails that were the same quality as Walmart. I asked for acrylic nails and paid 75 dollars for press-on nails that are ugly and not filed at all. I could have gotten the same nails at Walmart for 5 dollars. When I asked them to refund my nails because I was leaving town the refused and were very disrespectful.

Amazing pedicure from Tyra! I have had many in Scottsdale and this is the best! Very peaceful, they use so many different scrubs, lotions, and the massage is the perfect pressure. Plus it’s very affordable! Will definitely be coming back ☺️thank you!

I made an appointment same day and they got me in with no problem! All workers were so nice and GREAT service, my nails have never came out better! I got a full set and the workers did my nails so fast it was amazing! I highly recommend stopping by! :) new favorite nail salon.

Vivian and was amazing with assisting me with a nail emergency at the last minute. I would highly recommend the salon for services. I had never been there but the environment is relaxing and the vibe is perfect for a spa day with the girls or guys! I will be back. Thank you Vivian for saving me at the last minute:-)

I had a pedicure here after randomly coming in, and this is probably one of the best pedicures I’ve had in Scottsdale. They treated my feet with lots of care. I got the signature spa pedicure, and really enjoyed it!!!

Tyra did an amazing job on my pedicure! I get the signature gel polish pedicure every time. It’s a full service pedicure with gel and I feel like I am transported to somewhere else every time. Tyra has such strong hands and is so friendly! I will be requesting her again. I’m very impressed and I’ve done to so many salons in the greater Phoenix area! Highly recommend! 10/10

Just visited Ferganic Nails salon for the first time and I won't be back. I made an appointment at 10:00am with specific technician and ended up waiting for at least 30 minutes. My nails weren't done by the technician I booked online. It wasn't acknowledged or communicated at all. I guess they figured I wouldn't notice. It looked like the tech I requested based on the reviews was in the middle of the manicure when I arrived. The other tech did a decent job, but they put a lady with her laptop and on the phone for work right next to me while they had plenty of empty chairs right across. The experience wasn't relaxing as she was talking pretty loudly and I could hear her even over my Bluetooth. I left disappointed as I had high hopes for this place. The lady on checkout didn't bother to ask me about my first experience there. I'll continue to look for a salon with good customer service.

Tyra is amazing! She goes above and beyond. She’s always super sweet and she pays attention to detail. I’m always pleased with her work, and I’ve never had any concerns about cleanliness, professionalism, or anything else. I highly recommend Ferganic Nails. Also, they have a new client discount on certain days. (I think it’s Monday-Thursday but call to be sure!)

Tyra and Jennie are both so sweet! communicated well with what I wanted! the pedicure I got was honestly the best I’ve ever had and it was the cheapest one! high recommend! jennie also did my french tip set very well!!! this is the only place i go to and i literally drive 25 minutes for it! highly recommend

Having my manicure at Ferganic Nails is like a wonderful vacation! The salon is so clean, all of the equipment is sanitized, and the staff is so accommodating! Even their live plants are amazing! Vivian does my gel nails and they last three weeks! She has beautiful manners and makes me feel so special, never rushing me!! I highly recommend this salon, conveniently located in Scottsdale, off the 101 freeway!

Tried this place twice now and had a bad manicure and pedicure both times. Nails are uneven, polish wasn’t cleaned up around the nails, cuticles weren’t done. Overall these were the worst mani pedis I have ever received. Tried different technicians both times and they all didn’t do a good job. Unfortunately nails look awful and need to be redone. Confused on all the amazing reviews, and will also note that the 20% weekday discount was never applied. Would recommend folks look elsewhere for a nail salon.
