I cannot rave enough about how exceedingly thrilled I am with the eyebrow microshading services I received at Fierce Beauty Boutique! It was my first such service and although I researched the process, I still didn’t know quite what to expect. Crystal was so professional and she talked me through the entire process which put me at ease. Also, the Boutique itself is clean, intimate and inviting. I am overjoyed with my results and wholeheartedly recommend getting all your eyebrow services at Fierce Beauty Boutique! I look forward to my next appointment!

ABSOLUTELY FIRE!! I came and left as a new woman. She absolutely EATS down with the brows and lash lift! I’ve never had my brows look the way they did when she was done with me. 10/10 best in CLT/NC area hands down. I’ve never been so in awe after any beauty appt. Had my lash lift done by Crystal and love it! They were not over curled and crunchy but instead defined and soft. She's so professional and truly a sweetheart. I used her lash serum to grow my lashes back from an extension not done by her. It worked! Not only that, it's nice to use in place of mascara. I highly recommend her.

I love getting my lashes done by Crystal! I first went in October 2022 to get my first set of lash extensions for an upcoming wedding. I scheduled a classic set and intended to use this as a one time appointment with no fill ins. I enjoyed my lashes and the experience so much, I have been consistently going every three weeks for the past eight months! The lashes really do level up your appearance and add a boost of confidence. Crystal being so sweet and accommodating only adds to the experience. There’s always nice music playing in the background, a clean salon, and excellent customer service. I definitely recommend!

I'm so glad I found Crystal! For years, I always got my eyebrows waxed at my nail salon but it wasn't consistent and resulted in my eyebrows not growing the way I prefer. It makes a huge difference when you go to someone who specializes in what they do and where you can tell they truly care. I will be a repeat customer and my eyebrows already look better.

I’ve been going to crystal since oct/nov of 2022, she’s the first experience I have as far as getting my lashes done, she does an amazing job every time! I’ve never had any irritation in my eyes or skin and my skin can be extremely sensitive. Crystal creates a warm and welcome atmosphere, she’s respectful of my time always. I started with just lashes, and eventually moved onto getting lash + brows by her. She’s efficient and does fast AMAZING work -I’ll continue to come back!

I’ve gotten 4 or 5 lash lifts here and they have turned out amazing! I leave with my lashes looking full, long, and curled just the way I want them. She is so professional and a really welcoming person. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to get their lashes done!
