I visited this salon just before I went out of town for the holidays and had such a wonderful experience! Guadalupe was my artist and her attention to detail is impeccable! I had my nails done on 12/15/24 and they are STILL on! My mind is blown and I'm so sad I didn't take pictures. The full set of apres/gel x was beautiful and I will definitely be back for a fill soon! Thank you Guadalupe for saving my nails and making them beautiful before the holidays - I wish I took pictures! The salon is clean and decorated so cute too! Def go check them out if you're in East Harlem!

Great service, very clean salon. I always get the spa pedicure 😍 Always executes my ideas and comes with complementary drinks !!! All of the nail techs are very professional and very friendly definitely a good self care spot !

I have been trying to find a nail spot to go to and THIS IS IT. 10/10 would recommend ! I called on a random Saturday to come and get my nails done and they immediately accepted my appointment. They were prompt and Gudalupe was very attentive to my nails. They turned out amazing and i'll never go to another salome besides Fierce!

My nails chipped almost every finger from day two onwards. And the after care service was rude and terrible. She filed my files down with irregular shaping. It’s awful. I will not be going back.

Awesome customer service, they take their time and they CARE. The shop is beautiful and VERY CLEAN. The owner is so sweet. I would recommend for anyone and all! Great experience and attentiveness . I was definitely pleased

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!! I wish zero stars were an option! My (adult) daughter left this salon this afternoon after receiving a Brazilian wax that left her red, raw, bleeding and bruised. When I called and asked to speak to the owner or manager I was told she was the manager but she refused to give me her name or the name of the person who waxed my daughter. She said she was refunding my daughter which is the least she could do after this brutality which clearly shows not only is their customer service sub-par but clearly they wouldn't know competency if it slapped them in the face!! The managers defense of this provider makes her an accomplice to assault as far as I am concerned. ~ one very angry mama bear

I can't even with how awesome my visit to Fierce Spa in Harlem was. Literally from the moment I walked in, Guadalupe, the owner, was like the sweetest person ever. We had the best chat, and I just absolutely LOVED her. So, I decided to go all out and get a full set of acrylics, and omg they were perfect. Like best nails I’ve ever had, and I’m not even exaggerating. Guadalupe made sure every step was on point. The shape? Perfect. The length? Just right. And the colors, perfect. And let's not forget the way those polishes blended – it was like magic. And that chrome finish? Flawless. She made sure I was happy with each part along the way too. And can we talk about how cute the salon is inside? Like, seriously, it's adorable. It adds to the whole experience, making it even better. Plus, the fact that Guadalupe has been in the neighborhood for over a decade makes her even more trustworthy. If you want nails that are not just beautiful but like actually perfect, Fierce Spa with Guadalupe is the spot. You won't be disappointed! 💅🏼

I would love to support this Latina owned business. But on numerous occasions the service was poor. I scheduled appointments online and once I had to wait over a hour to be seen. And the second time the person I scheduled with wasn’t working there anymore. Another time I was bounced around with technicians because they were short staffed. Second of all their skill isn’t great. I only liked my nails once after getting it done here. And the worst of all the owner isn’t friendly. She’s not mean but she’s no warm at all. I did follow her on IG and expected a welcoming personality. But she always looks so upset. You do so much better with the right attitude and management.

This place is more than a nail salon and google should list it as a spa. It also offers massages and waxing services, which I both tried. Outstanding services and very friendly staff. Great place to relax and take a break in East Harlem!

Best location in Spanish Harlem!! The service and attention is worth every penny. Erica is highly recommended for pedicures and Guadalupe is amazing when it comes to making my hands look amazing for a long period of time.

Pretty clean. Atmosphere isn't warming. The owner isn't friendly at all. Very over priced for o.k. work. Theres always someone new doing nails here so don't get use to the same nail tech doing your nails at this nail salon...

Update: Changed my review to 3 stars because the polish last only one day on my hands. You can see in the pics. I ended up having to remove my polish and repaint my own nails with colors I have. If I go again it will be only to do pedicure because the treatment for that was worth it and my toes still look good. I’ll save myself money. I was skeptical on trying this place out because of all the negative reviews. Then I decided this week that I didn’t feel like going to my regular spot and needed something new pedicure and manicure experience-wise. I saw this spot had a site to make appointments with, which I loved. I got there early but once the owner noticed me she let me in within 5 minutes and started preparing my order (I got the pink crystal pedicure and regular manicure). Chose my colors, and I was seated quickly. A lady named Ericka took care of me after the owner set up the water. I had to tell the owner how beautiful her spot was because it really is, but she doesn’t seem to be the type to enjoy conversing much (very serious and almost cold..). Ericka, on the other hand, was very sweet. This Pink crystal treatment was AMAZING. She put a mask on my legs, scrubbed my feet so well, making sure to get a lot of my dead skin off, and when fixing my nails made no negative comments - just did her duty and did it very gently! (I’m used to so many nail techs making comments on how short my toe nails are..which over time gets annoying…I am not paying you to comment on length). Ericka also massaged my legs and feet and she took her time with the treatment. My toe nails came out beautiful. Now, the only reason I give 4 stars is because of my experience with the manicure. Ericka was the one who started preparing my hands. I assumed at first she would be the one to finish off everything, but suddenly she asked me to move to another table where a young man ended up being the one taking care of me. First I was confused but then I realized more people were coming in and Ericka was taking over another customer. The young man looked new to everything. They thought I only spoke English but I understood everything they said. I noticed the young man didn’t even know the difference of base coat and top coat and asked what to do. He also forgot to lotion my hands properly before the nail prep and then when painting my nails I had to tell him to do another coat because the color was off and didn’t look the way I wanted it to. He was nice, he just seemed to be a beginner and I would have preferred Ericka’s work on my hands. It appears it’s a family run business though, so I understand if that may be a brother, nephew, or even son trying to learn the business to earn some coins. It’s also HIGHLY rare to see men doing nails, so I’m happy they’re breaking that barrier. In the end I was satisfied with my experience. Their prices are on the high side, but for a once in a blue treatment special, I think it was worth it.

Update: The owner is a complete liar and completely a joke. Just read her replies to other customer reviews. I stand behind what I said. The products are horrible and her customer service even worse. AGAIN, if you value your money… Don’t enter this salon. It’s beautiful but not worth your money. BIG 🚩: Almost all her customer has to come back to fix what she did. The quality is not there and It’s too many amazing nail techs to waste your money here. The quality of products being used are horrible. It don’t last on top of them not doing a good job. This establishment is overpriced for the horrible service. Never come here! For nails and feet it’s close to 200 dollars when it doesn’t even last a week. No design just simple nails. My nails chipped the same day. My nails and feet looked better when I came in than when I left.The manager is disrespectful and stands behind her horrible job. She won’t do anything to help. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. GO TO ANOTHER SALON. I PROMISE YOU, THIS IS NOT THE SALON YOU WANT TO GO TO.

Got gels done and three days later my thumb chipped. Five days later and most of my nails are chipping. Very poor quality. They are chipping like regular polish not gels. I paid too much money for this.

The first time I went, I got a full set. I usually only get gel manicures but I wanted my real nails to grow out a little more. The young lady who did my full set literally buffed my nails down so low that when she started to put the acrylic powder on, my nails felt like they were on fire. Every single one. I go back (maybe) 2-3 weeks later to get the acrylic soaked off and get a gel manicure. The entire process was painful. My nails were soooooo weak and thin that the new nail tech had to skip over two fingers (so two of my fingers weren’t filed nor were my cuticles cleaned). It is now almost two months since I’ve gone there the first time and I have not been able to get my nails done since. I have to let them fully heal first (they’re half way there). I’ve only been using nail hardener for 6 weeks, which only helps a little bc my nails are still very weak and don’t retain length at all. Beautiful space, but this is literally the WORST experience I’ve ever had in my 15 years of getting my nails done.
