The day I went for a massage for the first time, I was treated by the masseuse LEO, a very polite and professional person, who knows how to do her job excellently. He is recommended and her work is 100% guaranteed.

Got a massage from Diego a few weeks ago. Excellent. It was really deep tissue, but he checked into make sure I was OK. Would highly recommend Diego and will absolutely be going back.

Diego was a very professional and respectful massage therapist. His massage left me feeling wonderful. I highly recommend Diego. The spa and massage rooms are VERY clean! This was a great find for myself. My only regret is that I can’t give Diego 10 stars, he deserves it!

I just tried this place. It was an excellent massage. I booked with Kris who had a very intuitive touch and great pressure. They gave me the best foot massage i think i’ve ever had, definitely worth the 90 min session. I’ll definitely be back thank you again!

The spa had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were professional and friendly. Kylie did an outstanding job. She carefully assessed my skin and tailored the treatment to my needs. The facial included cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and a soothing mask. Kylie’s extraction process was gentle and effective, leaving my skin clear without irritation. Post-facial, my skin felt smooth and looked radiant. Kylie also provided excellent skincare tips for maintaining the results at home. I highly recommend Kylie at Fifth Avenue Men’s Spa for a facial. I’ll definitely be back!

I’m rating this place 3 stars. The massage with Mohammed was EXCELLENT! An awesome massage therapist, however, It was a WEEKDAY and the front desk women charged me the full price even though you get 20% off on the weekdays. Proceeded to tell me that was only Saturday and Sunday. But weekday means weekday, not weekend.

My 60mins massage was cut short to 45mins even tho the massage was good, I do not want to come back for a full hour but only received 3/4. I was promised the 20% discount at the booking but when check out it didn’t apply. I didn’t argue since I’m not coming back for more.

Do yourself a favor and find a different spa! I had the worst spa experience ever here. I was rushed because it was a Saturday evening and was not given a full 90 minute massage. The therapist only massages my back and feet — didn’t touch my legs or arms or my neck, which I said was the reason I wanted a massage and requested extra attention on. The manager dismissed me. When I called trying to get someone else to listen to my concerns, they hung up on me, talked over me yelling at me, pretended to not know who I was, said they were recording the conversation and threatened to call 9-1-1 on me, and at one point pretended to not understand English. They even blocked my number. They are terrible scam artists here who have no understanding of customer service. I was so disappointed.

I have had 4 massages so far at 5th Ave. The first was with Vlad. He was very intuitive. I didn't have to say a word; he just found all my trouble spots. He even noticed when my lower back started to spasm and he put gentle pressure with one hand to calm it while his other hand continued on my shoulder. My next massage was with Andrei. He did amazing work on my shoulders and back. So amazing I didn't realize an hour had gone by until he stopped. Fortunately, I had booked 90 minutes, so once we cleared that up, he went right back to work on my shoulders and back. So I finally asked him to work on my legs and he did a fantastic job. My next two appointments were with Andrei again and they were both 5 star experiences. The spa itself is very clean and the staff is very welcoming. They don't have showers in the individual rooms like their other spa in Hell's Kitchen, but they provide a robe and slippers for the short walk across the hall to shower.

Just had an appointment at Fifth Avenue Mens Spa, and it was great! They just recently opened, and the facilities are immaculate. Everything was clean, bright and new. Their location is perfect; right in midtown, a 10 min walk from GCT. The staff is friendly and professional, and they do great work. Will definitely be back.
