I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience I had with Heather at Fig Salon. I have seen her several times and she is the type of stylist where I can say “just do what you do best, I trust whatever you decide!”. I had previously been with another stylist on the eastside and the drive just became too much. I was reluctant to find a new place but I can tell you that Heather is a rare gem and she will be my person for a long while! Cut, coloring, styling is amazing and her place is so cute! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my experience at Fig Salon with Heather. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly that! The salon is cute and relaxing on the inside and pricing is not outrageous! I felt like Heather took time with my hair to style it in a way that fits me and my lifestyle. I would highly recommend her!

I recently visited Fig Salon to see Robert. I drive to see Robert from Everett, and he never disappoints! He's amazing with color, full of personality, and gives the BEST blow out. Visiting him at Fig was a whole new vibe and experience, in the best way. Fig is relaxing, clean, bright and tucked away just off the street and feels like an oasis with the previous covered patio. I highly recommend the salon and Robert especially.

I’ve been seeing Robert for a few years and I highly recommend him! I never know exactly what I want and he somehow manages to interpret what I’m saying and makes my hair look amazing. He’s great at blending my grey hairs away, getting the shade of blond just right, and is the sweetest kindest person on top of that. I have various allergies and sensitivities and he is so accommodating and always checks to make sure a product will be ok for me. Oh, and Fig is such a cute salon and even has a super sweet dog who can provide therapy.;)

Every time Heather does my hair I am absolutely delighted. Street parking is easy, the salon is gorgeous and calming and the outdoor patio is tranquil. Lovely experience every time.

I wanted to try the salon based on the good reviews, but alas. Note, their online appointment system doesn't actually allow you to make an appointment--you're only allowed to make a " request." I made a request, but no one confirmed or even acknowledged my request for four days, at which point I opted to cancel.

Robert is an A+. He does incredible color, and is thoughtful about a great haircut. Also, he is so sweet to spend the time on a solid blowout!!

Heather does incredible work. She's one of only 3 people I've found in the last 6 years who have done a great job on my hair every time, from day one. (No offense to other stylists, barbers, and so on whose work I have not seen.) She's been doing my hair since the beginning of the pandemic, right before the lockdowns started. She's as precise as I need her to be, and she doesn't ever seem to be annoyed or offended when I have suggestions, catch something that seems off, or ask her to change something. Fig itself has a chill, welcoming studio atmosphere and a cute custom sign hanging on its outdoor waiting area/patio shade overhang thing. They've got social media too, but I don't do Instagram and the like, so I can't remember which sites they're on other than the 'gram. Check it out for examples of their work and cute memes!

I started seeing Heather after the pandemic I don’t think I’ll ever go to another hairstylist ever again a grown-out roots from a blonde that I had , she switched me to balayage , She was super attentive to my needs I’ll forever be a client of hers.

Gosh. What can I say to convince you? Heather is a magical, wonderful human who has worked so hard to get to where she is. She does incredible hair cuts and hair coloring. The experience is great. The prices are so reasonable for the quality you get. The atmosphere is chill and peaceful. Overall, if you need a new hairstylist this is the place you should go. You will not regret it.

Very good experience as a first time customer with Heather, and Fig. The salon is quite small in the best way, and the atmosphere is light and relaxed. I love that they offer the ability to book online, because it was so easy to do! They also offer quite a few product lines, but there is no pressure to buy them. I had a great cut from Heather and will be going back!

Heather is fantastic! I'm always super happy with my haircut & styling here, and the products they use smell sooo good. Fig is a wonderful salon - stylish & calming interior and a gorgeous covered patio, plants everywhere inside and out. Highly recommend.

Heather is incredible and does magic with my hair each visit! She takes time to listen and work with you to land on your desired results, I can’t recommend her more, especially for color.
