Went to get a trim and got 6 inches taken off. Attaching the hair length I went in and the hair length I left with. If you can’t cut hair, just say that. It’s going to take a whole year minimum for me to get the length back. I don’t get my hair cut often because stylists tend to always over cut it. I know I have split ends but the reason I wait so long is because I know they’ll cut my hair off more than I want. I did not have 6 inches of split ends though. It’s really sad that I just lost an entire year of hair growth. I will admit that my hair does look nice so that’s why I’m giving 3 stars but I don’t think I’ll ever trust anyone to cut my hair again.

Miriam had been doing my hair since I was a kid (30 years). Her loyalty goes a long way. Shes intuitive and open minded when with comes to working with her client’s hair style. She’s friendly and polite. @finallyheresalon had branched out from cut/color hair & waxing eye brow, to now manicure and pedicure. If she’s not able to assist you that day, she’s able to find time around her schedule to accommodate. The salon itself is a cozy atmosphere. It has been her vision to have a contemporary look w/ a Europe style. For me, Mariam, is the “hair-therapy” I need to start my week. 💎

Miriam is a true artist and listens well to know exactly what you want. From wherever you are, it is worth the drive for a first rate haircut. No fancy prices either. You will not be disappointed. She loves her work and her clients. She has 45 years experience and knows what she's doing. I am so grateful to have found her. I have been searching for years. She has a loving and generous heart and gives a discount to seniors.

It’s been a few weeks since I visited Finally Here Salon as a walk-in for a much needed hair cut but I had no idea what I was looking to do. Miriam was so sweet, I had accidentally walked into her salon during her lunch break but she quickly made me feel at home. My hair went was completely transformed into healthy layers and I now look my age, without taking away all the length! She checked in with me before each cut, she is absolutely wonderful. The price cannot be beat!!! I left the salon and someone commented on how healthy my hair was like 5 minutes later, I could not stop smiling. Gracias Miriam <3

Jesus our stylist is very fine cutting our hair. He is attentive, and fast and he does a very nice job. Either if you have an idea, picture, or thought about how you want your hair cut or you don't know any idea how to cut it, he will work with you based on you thinking what is the best cut and what will fit you according to your face and your style. Jesús nuestro estilista es muy fino cortándonos el cabello. Es atento, rápido y hace un trabajo muy bueno. I had the best experience with Miriam(owner) and Jesus. Miriam gave me a jagged bob with side bangs and Jesus, hit it out of the ball park with a gray/silver balayage, with purple ends. I’m so happy with their services.

I think this is the best my hair has EVER looked! I was out running errands by the Morse station, an hour and a half away from where i currently live, and decided to get a haircut here on a whim. Not only did they take me as a walk-in, but everyone there was incredibly nice and quick, and the price was so affordable! The hairdresser, i believe it was Miriam, understood exactly what I wanted when I explained it to her and cut my hair so masterfully, im in awe. I usually have such bad trust issues when it comes to having my hair cut but she really made my hair look perfect, exactly as I had wanted. Needless to say, I've found a new forever salon, and as long as I'm living in chicago I will be coming back here for all future haircuts.

Made a last minute appointment for a long over due cut and highlights. Jesus was warm, professional, knowledgeable, spoke to me from the heart about confidence, and completed a look for me I can finally rock with a smile. Will definitely be returning as a regular! Highly recommend. Thanks Jesus!

Made an appt, was taken back right on time. Miriam was super thorough and did a lovely trim! Also, maybe I'm the only one, but i LOVE that she put her effort into cutting my hair and not useless chit chat! Definitely my new go-to salon.

Miriam cut my hair exactly as I wanted it!! She's great and the prices are fantastic. I will only go to her from now on. She is very kind and really understands what a person wants done with their hair. It's my best haircut by far. You will not be disappointed.

I came here since I live in the neighborhood but also because Supercuts messed up my hair so bad. All I wanted was a long bob but that person made it lopsided! Came here and one of the stylists fixed it so nicely for me. I will come here from now on! The best!

I only get my hair cut about once every 6 months, thanks to the pandemic, but when I do, it helps when the person cutting your hair listens to you and takes your direction. This place has always proven to be professional, friendly and engaging with its customers, They have a variety of staff who specialize in everything from a quick trim to dying and styling and even beard management. There is sometimes a wait, but that's because the service is consistent and reliable. Mid-week is probably best, Go when you can take some time. The young lady who assisted me trimmed my hair, wrangled my sideburns and even took the madman-scientist-spikes out of my eyebrows...in about 20 minutes flat. Conveniently located across the street from a grocery store, liquor store, dollar store, florist and the redline, So you can make one trip, get a trim and a lot more done all within one square block.

Wonderful environment, peaceful atmosphere. Maryann the owner has done my hair several times for about 2 years now. I hv longer blonde-ish curly at times hair. Always a professional gorgeous job well done! No matter how difficult it is to color, cut my hair (I’m kinda picky), I take her advice because she’s that good! The salon is beautiful, clean and her employees are always very friendly. I truly believe establishments in our communities need our support! MaryAnns services go above and beyond the service of a cut and color, definitely not an easy task with my difficult hair .., thank you so much I’ll keep coming back Amy B
