Yesterday, I visited Finesse for the second time, and I feel a duty to report to any man reading this: a pampering salon experience isn't just for women. Great Clips is fine and all, but for a few extra dollars, the ladies at Finesse will have you looking and feeling your sharpest. Specifically, ask for Chelsea, sit back, and let her perform magic. 😁

Finesse is by far the best salon I’ve been to in Colorado Springs. Not only to they offer exceptional service and make sure that their guests are well taken care of, but they go above and beyond in the chair. Chelsee is AMAZING at color and truly knows what she’s doing! She communicated everything she was doing at every step, and helped me achieve my ideal hair goals. I cannot emphasize enough on how amazing of a job she did! This salon has some of the best staff, company, and results. Do yourself a favor and book as soon as you can! ❤️

From the moment I walked into this salon, I was greeted with warmth and compassion. The lead stylist, Dawn, is AUHMAAAAZING. Her upbeat personality is priceless and welcoming in the salon. Dawn is amazing! She is very knowledgeable about hair, related products, and makeup; and she stays up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques. Everyone in the salon is friendly and welcoming as well. I've been going to Dawn for over a decade and have always been a happy customer.

In ten years of working with Dawn, I've been happy with my cut every time. She's skilled and consistent, and is infinitely patient when I say I want the same cut but "slightly different". Ha! Lisa who manages the front desk and all Dawn's appointments is also wonderful.

Dawn's cared for my hair and me for many years. She took my hair from being bleach and perm damaged to healthy and beautiful. She continually and proactively educates herself on the latest in hair care, from the science to the latest styles and trends, allowing her to provide the best client service. She listens to your needs, offers honest feedback, and uses her extensive knowledge to help you realize your hair goals. She's passionate about her work and exceeding your needs, and she's a compassionate, amazing human who really cares about all of her clients and staff. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I have been coming to Finesse since 2020, and have always gotten the best services and care. My hair is always better than I imagined (thank you Dawn), and my kids look stylish and clean cut (thank you Chelsea). The conversation is wonderful, and the vibe is comfortable, clean, professional, fun, bright, and relaxing. Lisa, in the front office, is kind, happy, and accommodating. No pushy sales, and online appointment booking for convenience. Worth every penny!!

I have been going to Dawn for over 15 years! She is quite excellent at what she does! I have never been disappointed in my haircuts and she does exactly what I want her to do! I do get highlights and she is so talented in making them look very natural, even as it grows out! I highly recommend Dawn and Finesse Salon. You will not regret it! Plus her salon is very clean and welcoming and Lisa, her front desk gal is always so cheerful and helpful!

The gals at Finesse make me feel like royalty, even presenting me with a Valentine cocktail of bubbly! Chelsee takes a personal interest in her clients, remembering things mentioned in conversation. I leave feeling like I look 100%better because I do!! Thanks ladies for accommodating us so well!!

Dawn is simply THE BEST. I have been getting my hair cut and highlighted by her for years. She listens to what you want and makes it happen. I have NEVER walked out of her salon disappointed. Her and her staff are warm and welcoming; and her salon is kept extremely clean. I cannot tell you how many people have asked where I get my hair done. I always point them to Dawn. She makes you look expensive. 😉

I have been seeing Dawn for over 15 years now, And she is absolutely incredible! First and foremost she is the best hairstylist I've ever had with my hair coloring, if I go in and show her a picture that outcome is exactly what the picture looks like. She takes her time and will get you the end result no matter how long it takes! Second her hair cuts are amazing, She provides volume and layers that are unmatched! Third is that Dawn is always smiling, happy, and the office environment is up to date and relaxing! They always have amazing products that are well priced. Lisa at the front is always taking care of you and making you feel relaxed!

Love Finesse Salon and Dawn! Great cuts, color, great listener, knows how to handle different texture hair and Dawn stays current with the latest techniques and styles. I have wildly thick hair and I’ve never found a stylist who could cut my hair well. Until Dawn! You won’t find better!

My wife has been coming to Finesse Salon for just over two years. She has never had a bad experience. Dawn typically colors, cuts and has even put extensions in her hair. She loves it, the color match is perfect and commonly receives compliments when we are out. On a pinch, she saw Chelsea and was very impressed with the outcome!
