What happened to service in the nail salons? I am tired of rushed halfway to minimum effort service. We just paid to have our feet washed and lotion put on. Initially I requested a mani/pedi/eyebrow arch. The technician who did my pedi grabbed and pull my leg and feet entire time. She was very rude. Barely removed dead cuticles and dead skin. Massage was non existent. All we wanted was a nice relaxing pedi. I don't get gel or polish anymore now that they charge an extra 25 on top of the 45 for pedi. I decided they were not getting anymore of my money so we left right after the horrible pedicures. I am OVER these rude technicians that rush through your service without providing a service. Where or where can I find a nail salon that treat you like a person instead of a piece of meat.

Awful! It was very rushed. I went in for a mani-pedi; they did not massage my feet, legs or hands. It took her less than five minutes to polish both of my hands and she left polish on the skin around my nails. Also when she clipped my cuticles she cut too far and my finger is now swollen and in pain. The cost was $60 and I left a $10 tip totaling $70.00 (I prepaid this total amount.) It was a waste of money, I could have done it better myself.

I love it here! Katie is the absolute best! This is the ONLY place I will go. They are friendly and respectful. I even get to bring my dog in! Definitely recommend this place!!

Made an appointment the day before for 12:00. Arrived around 11:55 and wasn’t seated until 12:20. I was told that I could soak my feet while I wait because they had a more important appointment before me. Paid for the spa treatment and only received hot towels and lotion. She didn’t sterilize the tools or the tub. The gel polish on my toes was uneven and blotchy. I asked for a coffin set with pink and glittery nails and received an almond French manicure with an orange glittery nail. I told the lady multiple times my choice and she still continued to do what she wanted. She cut my real nails down to the nail bed and used the electric file to shave my nails til they were burning. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon.

Overall it wasn't a great experience. My pedicure was fine but I had to walk barefoot across the salon to the manicure station because they didn’t provide disposable slippers which is pretty standard for any salon. And while the technician was cordial, her manicure wasn’t great because there are definitely some spots where the polish is either bubbled up and I even had extra polish on my fingertips that she missed when finishing up. Only reason why I didn't complain is because the staff is actually pleasant but I felt I overpaid for lackluster work.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here! Katie and Nancy are my go-to girls. They both are very personable and do an incredible job. My last gel manicure (by Katie) lasted for three weeks! You can't go wrong here, and if you do go, book ahead with either Katie or Nancy. You won't regret it!

I went here because by daughter got a manicure and said everyone was so nice. Everyone keeps asking about my acrylics, but these are my real nails! Amazing work! I'll be back!!

I wish I can give a -5 star. I went to get my nails done their was a misunderstanding about how I like my nails shaped. The older lady at the shop said am wasting her time, she was so rude and unprofessional.

THE WORST NAIL SHOP EVER!!! STAY AWAY!! HORRIBLE NAIL SERVICE& CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I WENT BECAUSE I MISSED MY REGULAR APPOINTMENT AT ANOTHER GREAT NAIL SHOP AND HAD TO GO OUT OF TOWN FOR WORK. WORST LAST MINUTE DECISION I COULD'VE MADE. THE SHOP IS OLD LOOKING(which is confusing because everything else in Grassfield looks new) BATHROOM REPORTED BROKE SINCE JANUARY 1st and the staff is NOT PROFESSIONAL. I should’ve went with my first mind and WALKED RIGHT BACK OUT OF THERE after I entered last Saturday. Paid $45 for a JACKED UP GEL POLISH. HOW DO YOU MESS THAT UP? I just wanted quality neat polish. Well THEY DID!!! And when I went to them they were EXTREMELY RUDE! I’m assuming it was the Grandma or mother of the shop who approached me and instead of being apologetic after I paid my money, she got loud, blamed me (it hasn’t been a whole week and I have time stamped photos from peeling the day after I got it done) and proceeded to walk back and forth telling me what I did wrong. Instead of acting a fool like them, I walked out. No wonder they just have 3 stars, I’m surprised it’s not -10 stars. Save yourself the time, money and effort, DONT GO TO FINEST NAILS IN GRASSFIELD!!! EVER EVER!!!!

While most places of business within the Grassfield complex are top notch, Finest Nail does not live up to its name. My gel nail polish began peeling less than 24 hours after I got them done and the manager refused to correct the issue. Please save yourself time, money and hassle. Avoid going to Finest Nail!

Absolutely awful!! My toes look like they were painted by my 5 year old niece , the manicure was terrible, some of my fingernails were cut too short and they hurt!!! For a total of $70 . Never again !!! This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

I only receive one service from them and prefer only one particular person to wax my eyebrows. When someone else does them other than who I prefer, they never last long. And when waxing, should I lay flat or sit in chair tilted back? I prefer the chair not lying on plastic with my head on a towel after someone else.

Went with friends. Called ahead and made an appointment for manicures only. They kept insisting I sit and have a pedicure. Each time I told them we are only getting manis. Long story short… they insisted I sit and wait, gave us pedicures even though we kept saying no we are only here for manicures, and they charged us for manis and pedis!! The other customers also couldn’t believe how rude they were insisting we sit in the pedi chairs, ignoring what we kept saying, etc. This was before Christmas and we have NOT returned since. I feel I was robbed.

Driven by a bunch and finally decided to stop in to treat myself and my mom for Mother’s Day. Got the deluxe spa pedicure with paraffin and a mani. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Will definitely come back.

Finest Nail has excellent customer service and they take their time and you don’t feel rushed. They don’t rush you in and out. You are paying for quality service there that you won’t receive at any other nail salon. I go out of my way to the grassfield area just to get quality service they provide

I came to get $15 dollars worth of service $15 that’s it!!! I give my debit that I use every single day to pay it kept saying “transaction canceled” to the lady apparently I have no money. Ok cool maybe it’s my physical card I go to my car grab my credit card still not working (BOTH OF MY CARDS HAVE $15 LIKE C’MON). I proceed to show my accounts clearly there is money up there; which I shouldn’t even have to do. She proceeds to keep saying you have no money and tells me to leave my phone with her until they open in the morning?! That’s ridiculous it took a younger later to notice what’s happening and ask a simple question of can I pay via my phone. I surely can pay via my phone not a problem. The older lady was very unprofessional for telling me I have no money and insisting I need to leave my phone until the morning until I can pay $15. I won’t be back, never heard of any place of business doing that. If your card reader isn’t working take accountability for that.

It’s very expensive compared to anywhere else I get my nails done at a simple full set is $40 for a short length they don’t have conversations with the costomer or answer questions when there asked I feel like they are cheating me out of my money

Simple set of nails are too complicated for them. $30 individual lashes lasted less than 5 minutes! Lady can’t shape nails. Encapsulated nails look elementary.

They messed up my nails at first but corrected the issue next day free of charge. My nails look pretty now. And they made sure a bunch of times when I came back that what was being done is what I wanted. I got a french mani & pedi.
