Hannah 2 was amazing! I went in with a vague idea of a winter color theme for my nails and she found a gorgeous image and did amazing working it to fit my nails! Will definitely be back to see her again. She is incredibly talented and wonderful

It took me a long time to find a fabulous nail artist in Raleigh. Then I found Hannah 2 and I love my mani/pedi every time! She just did my holiday nails and they are my favorite! There is no design she is afraid to take on and she does an amazing job every time!

This place is fantastic! I have gotten mani and pedi done here and they’re always great. Recently I was lucky enough to get Hana 2 (specifically 2!) as my nail tech and I will absolutely only be going to her! She is so sweet, meticulous, and can recreate any photo. She also has lots of designs if you’re like me and you’re indecisive. She is really an artist!! Her designs always come out amazing. Highly recommend if you live in or near Brier Creek/Raleigh! Pictured are the holiday nails she just did for me, my favorite set ever! ❤️❤️❤️

Overpriced. I was charged $42 for a gel polish change. I will never go to this place again. I would have left a 1 star, but the man who painted my nails was nice and did a good job.

I went into finger tips for the first time to get a manicure. The person who did my manicure first off I was letting her know what I wanted she pretended she didn’t understand me she kept making motions like she couldn’t understand then I asked to have my nails cut down some that didn’t happen I asked for a manicure the worst I ever seen like she didn’t want to work. Then I had to point out to her that she was only polishing the middle of my nails that didn’t go well once she was done I washed my hands she came up to me said in plain English here’s a towel to dry your hands I was taken back. I said thank you she said you are welcome. I told the other lady I wasn’t satisfied with my nails I showed her that I did get what I wanted she said oh well. Then she had the nerve to ask me if I was leaving a tip that was the icing on the cake. Yes I gave her $5.00 she deserved $2.00. Never going back to this place I would not recommend this place if I could have give them 0 stars I would.

Got a full set and pedi. The set was ok. Went back to get my hair eyebrows tinted and waxed. The sanitation of this service needs to be in osha. They used the same towel for me and another lady. Glad I went first. The tint didn’t tint. The arch was not there . When she finished the wax on the stick she put back in the wax pot. I was so disgusted. My brows been itchy and bumpy every since.

I want to say thank you to Finger tips for a excellent job done, I love my nails. I been living here now 3 months and found this place 3 minutes from my house, and they are amazing, my nails are the truth, I will be returning, this will be my place for getting my nails done, service was fast and my nails was done with in a reasonable time, thank you Finger tips!!

Been coming to this nail salon for 12+ years and the owner is the sweetest human ever!! The care and final result of the nails is much higher quality than basically any other nail salon I've visited in NC.

I had a really positive experience at this nail salon. The atmosphere was pleasant, calm, and relaxing. The nail tech was polite, took her time and did my nails exactly as I requested. The gentleman that did my pedicure communicated the price before beginning to work. He also took his time. I will definitely visit this location again.

I had the best pedicure experience with my new long lost cousin Naylah last night. I've never laughed so hard during a pedicure in my life. Great Vibes and Amazing Service. The hot stone massage had me feeling like I was having a real spa day 😊 This will be my new regular spot!

I have been coming to Finger Tips for 8 years & always have an amazing experience ! All the nail techs are so kind and welcoming! I have been to several nail salons in the Raleigh, Greensboro, and High Point area & this salon is consistently the best! I am getting married in May and the owner, Laura, has been doing nail trials with me. I am so happy with the quality of work and can’t wait to see what we end up deciding to do for the wedding day.

I walked into this salon wanting to get my son's toenails clipped. After being greeted, asked what I wanted done, and the greeter speaking to his colleagues in their native tongue. My son and I were just left standing there. You didn't have the decency to communicate whether you could help or not. Fingertips you never know who is walking through your doors. My son has disabilities and needed your services. You ignored him and me. Shame on you! You don't even deserve a star!.....#BEKIND

I'm on a business trip down in Durham & had some spare time. Laura and Tommy were both great. Laura did my nails (gel fill), while Tommy did my toes at the same time. I was in and out within an hour. They also had a great selection of colors to choose from, and was very reasonably priced. I'd highly recommend!

I've been coming here whenever work allows me. I went in for the first time in months and got a pedicure from someone new James. When I say Ms. Laura knows how to pick them. I had no complaints and I’m very picky and his work is perfect! I doubled back and let him do a fill in for me. I have to say James is my new nail tech!!!

In Durham for a short vacation/family emergency, I visited Finger Tips. I had the best pedicure ever by Tommy. Whenever I am in Durham again, it's a sure thing that I will visit again.

I’m new to the area and I recently visit this shop twice within the last 3 months. The first time I visited the atmosphere it was weird and they barely talk to me but held conversations with other races but brown people. Tommy did my pedicure and he did a good job both times. However both times Hanna-2 did my dip and I did not like them and gave her a second chance and it was even worse this time around . I told her the second time how the gel was lumpy and thick even her co-workers translated to her the issues I had with my nails. Needless to say nothing was done and I left with lumpy ugly nails and to top it off when she rung me up she had a nerve to ask me if I wanted to leave I tip… I look at her in complete shock and said NO! I was not even offered a drink but the other (white) lady was offered and given a drink.I will not be returning to this place. I felt uneasy and treated unfairly and I do not recommend any person of color to go to this shop… and even to other races make sure you check your nails out as they are doing them because you will still have to pay for them even though they are ugly because they will not redo them! I gave two stars because Tommy did a good job with my pedicure.

Joanne has been doing my gel nails for about two years now and she is great! She is professional, kind, sweet, and helpful with colors. She aims to please every single time. She is meticulous and my nails look perfect every time! She gives a great pedicure as well. Every one in my subdivision uses Joanne. The shop is very clean and comfortable.. Joanne cleans her station and chair after every customer! Ask for Joanne……you will not be sorry!
