I've been to many different Barbers, and can confirm that my two worst experiences are at Finley's. The people there are nice and generally courteous, and of the five times I've been, three have been okay haircuts (6/10).. Today, I literally got a haircut so bad that I asked the barber to fix it even went as far as to say that it was a bad haircut. I may literally be the first person in history to ever confront a barber about a bad cut, and while notable and perhaps worth some type of reward, I just got to walk home frustrated and above all, with a bad haircut. I wish the people at Finley's nothing but the best, but I can't give this place more than 1-star. I would not recommend going here.

Favorite barber in the city, you can go basic and quick or get the full package. Complimentary beers, drinks, snacks etc. The normal cut comes with a straight razor shave & hot towel treatment, as well as a head/neck massage & style hookup. Ash is the best there is —- worth the wait, she books up far in advance.

I’ve been coming to this location for years. While I’ve always gotten good haircuts from any Finley’s locations, this one has had the most consistent staff. The inside is always clean and well kept. It can be busy at times but that’s a rare occurrence. I live outside the city of Austin but still drive to downtown Austin just about every month to get a haircut here. Yes, I could get a haircut in Georgetown but I choose to come here for the service experience and staff, which are exceptional.
