Kaylee is quite literally one of the most amazing hairstylists I have ever had the opportunity to see. The only lacking this about F&E is that so many stylists focus on blonde hair, which is totally fine just not my personal style, Kaylee is the perfect exception to this! She takes the best care of my hair and always understands exactly what I want. If you are interested in vivids, want to keep a darker tone, or if you are focusing on hair health in particular I cannot recommend Kaylee enough. Also for context she has her own struggles with breakage and damaged hair and personally understands how difficult it can be to deal with them and always knows the best way to work around these issues. LITERALLY AMAZING!

Looked at the reviews for this salon and decided to make an appointment same day and don’t regret it at all! I got a color anf cut + style. Gladys was such a fun and sweet stylist and makes you feel very welcome! She works very time efficiently and the result came out stunning. My hair feels refreshed and healthy again! Will definitely be coming back in the future! :)

I'm from out of town and picked this place because of the reviews. Jackie gave me an amazing short cut, and everyone was so friendly and nice. We are staying in Arcadia next month, and I will get another cut with her at their Babcock Ranch location before I head back home in March. That's how much I liked her. I want to take her home with me. Thank you!

Nina did an amazing job! She accomplished getting my peak a boo highlights to the needed level, to achieve the color I wanted. The final look, I loved! Blowout and curls just brought it all together beautifully! She is no longer at this salon but you can find her at Noble Salon in Bonita Springs 😊❤️

If you’re looking for someone who not only understands the fine art of men’s haircuts but also knows how to make you feel like a million bucks, Julia’s your person. I walked in with a mop on my head and walked out looking like I just stepped off the cover of GQ (okay, maybe not quite that good, but close). She’s got the skills—precision with clippers, a steady hand with scissors, and a knack for knowing exactly how to make you look sharp without turning you into a walking Instagram filter. Plus, she’s got a personality that makes the whole experience feel more like hanging out with a friend than getting a haircut. Highly recommend her to anyone who wants to look better without having to explain the difference between a fade and a trim. Julia’s got you covered!

I am new to the area and was looking for a great stylist. I went once to the Babcock Ranch salon and was very unhappy with the result, so I called and spoke to Pam at the Fort Myers salon. She immediately took care of me and scheduled me with Nicole at the Babcock Ranch salon. Nicole took care of everything, and I am thrilled with the results. I got the Keratin treatment, and it is just beautiful. If you are unhappy with a service at this salon, do not hesitate to call and tell them. They appreciate it. They want to know if something went wrong or if you were unhappy with the service. That is what a great salon does! I will be going to Nicole from now on. She is just AWESOME!

I called in the morning on a Saturday and they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment. Julia gave me the best haircut I’ve had in YEARS! I think I was pretty vague with what I wanted and she did an amazing job. Her assistant’s name was Marissa (or something with an “M”), and she was also great! I will definitely be back.

I came to Tory in a traffic situation with my hair. 15 years of extensions had decimated my fine, highly-bleached locks. She’s been attentive and patient with me, and I’ll tell you, I’m one of the most chic cases of hair repair. I’m happy to say that I’ve been making a ton of progress in natural growth. And Tory has been beyond professional and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend her!

I have been going to Priscilla for a little over a year now - I moved back down here and was always so picky about my hair but after reviewing her work, I went to her and ever since then have trusted her with my hair! She is super accommodating, sweet and all the girls at the salon are super sweet & social :)

Found this salon, came a couple times for touch up root color and blow drying without issue. However, my last appointment, the stylist asked me if I wanted "a trim" I said ok "half an inch". When she was done with my trim, five to six inches of my hair was completely gone. I was in shock as I have had waist length hair for the last few years and was not wanting a cut that short! It will take months to grow back. I called the salon afterwards to speak to the stylist and I was told she and the manager would call back. They never did, which shows they don't care about their customers. I need a new recommendation for hair salon in Ft Myers!

I can't say enough good things about Priscilla! She has been doing my hair for almost 3 years and has done an amazing job every time. She is an expert at blonding and has done my hair ranging from almost platinum to a more natural/lived in look. She also does amazing cuts and knows exactly how to deal with my very thick/ wavy hair. Love her and Fiore + Ela!

I had a below average experience here. I booked here as this was a Kerastase salon and it had great reviews. Upon arrival, I waited about a half hour (receptionist did not greet me, sat there for about 15 minutes before I was even addressed) as my stylist’s previous appointment went over, no worries happens all the time. A different stylist washed my hair and I knew that I wanted a Kerastase treatment but wasn’t sure if I should discuss that with the stylist washing my hair, or my stylist that I hadn’t met yet. I ended up not speaking up as it seemed like it was not the right time to ask for the Fusio treatment. After getting to my stylist’s chair, we ended up going back to the bowl and doing the treatment/rewashing my hair which I honestly was uncomfortable even asking for at this point. The stylist cut my hair extremely fast and did not add long layers as I requested (cut was about 20 minutes). After this, the stylist blow dried my hair, asked if everything looked okay, and walked me out. I did have her touch up my face framing pieces. Personally, I thought that a cut & style included a style beyond a simple blow dry (couldve done that better at home). Part of this is my fault for not speaking up about the long layers and requesting a more finished, styled blowout but I felt sort of rushed throughout every step of the process. I understand the stylist was probably overbooked and super busy and I hate leaving bad reviews, but I really felt that my experience was compromised and not very personalized because of this, especially for the price point of $70 for a cut&style.

I was recommended Jackie Jordan at Fiore+Ela and she understood what I wanted (purple balayage) and has experience and a wonderful personality. I highly recommend her and will always use her services, I even had her for my daughter first salon visit. She’s awesome!

Moved to Florida and was so skeptical to try a new stylist. Gladys was absolutely amazing at making me feel comfortable and making sure I left happy. Making me look amazing in all the cooper tones I feel like doing that day. She definitely goes out of her way to make sure you leave feeling beautiful!

On the left was our inspo photo and on the right is what we got. We went back couple minutes later to tell our hair stylist that we kinda didn’t like it (We wanted it to be slightly darker tone) You can tell she was upset and my sister is only 16 years old and the hair stylist was talking to another stylist and they were just looking over at us (you can tell they were talking about it) We felt so uncomfortable, she ended up putting a toner but she didn’t even style it again so we left with my sisters hair wet and couldn’t even tell if the color was okay. I mean for the price we paid and the service we got. I would never go back.

Priscilla is an amazing colorist and stylist! I’ve been going to her for about 2.5 years and leave happy every appt. I’m a busy mom of 3 and she keeps my blonde looking bright and beautiful every time. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a blonding service, extensions, cut, you name it! She also teaches a lot of the up and coming stylists, so you know her wisdom and expertise is top notch!

Had been using Julia, a few times. Wasn't ever really happy with the results, I felt like she didn't listen to what I wanted and the job wasn't worth the money. I've stopped going and cut my own hair and it's never looked better! Also, when you select a person to go to you expect them to work on your hair, not apprentices taking over. I wouldn't pay to come here again.

I have been to this salon 3 times now and left satisfied every time. I have always struggled with going to a salon with expectations of a picture, leaving with completely different results and just being content. I have been seeing Zara and have given her pictures to reference of looks I like and she (and her team) have done such a great job!

Marissa dyed and styled my hair but did a terrible job blow drying my hair, she also flat iron it and curled it and she left all my hair moist underneath, I also mentioned that I had a photoshoot the next day and she left dark dye all over my forehead and sideburns. Now I have to figure out how to remove the stains and I have to redo my hair at home. I have spent thousands of dollars in this salon but really they don't know how to do blowouts at least on my type of hair. Will not be coming here again.

Today’s visit was my first time at this salon, and my hairstylist was Jackie. Jackie did an amazing job on my haircut and making me BLONDE! I have not been able to find a stylist where when I left, I looked like I actually had my highlights done and felt it was worth the money. Not only did she do a great job, she was super friendly and made me feel welcome. 🤗

Beyond disappointed w the owners after product I purchased there ( $256 for extensions) was stolen & they refused to replace them. Luckily you are already aware that I have my receipt which clearly shows the deposit for the extension $100 & the cost for the pkgs when I came to have them done $156. I clearly understood that was for the product only. Bellismas website has the retail price at $270. Your salon gets an hefty discount. Lying won’t help you. I saw your complaints on the BBB website and you never settle a complaint, and I never asked for a refund. I also recorded the conversation because I have nothing better to do w my time. Around 22 were used from 2 pkgs- there were quite a few leftover. Gabby, the stylist, insisted on holding them in the salon, I had wanted to take them w me. She said it was the salon policy to hold them for customers. Over $400 plus tip spent. Unfortunately, Gabby is no longer there. Neither is the following hair stylist I tried after her. Fiore & Ela’s stylist Liz had been told by Gabby where the extensions were in case I wanted more added in. And now the extensions are gone. First the owners said it wasn’t their policy to hold them. Then they said I waited too long to get them. It was an awful job & I wasn’t planning on returning. I tried to rectify this matter over the phone, but the co owner was sarcastic , kept insisting to whoever was listening that I was threatening her??? She barely allowed me to speak, played the victim & was a bully- stating that I actually didn’t pay for what was held under my name- that the 22 pieces of hair was $256 for the product - the 2 full pkgs w 80 pieces was $300 retail according to mgmt. That doesn’t make sense. I found the website Fiore & Ela ordered from & full retail, w/o their discount, would be $270. I’m completely disappointed in Fiore & Ela’s lack of concern & unprofessionalism for their mistake. But I’m thankful that I found an excellent salon in Naples. SIDE NOTE: the co owner stated loudly that she would call the police if I came to the salon to discuss the theft. Imagine being treated so rudely! You are a Dime a Dozen salon.
