I really loved going here for the infrared sauna every now and again. But this one time I decided to try cyrotherapy- the man declined my appointment for full body cyro and insisted I do “localized” cyro. LADIES- Avoid avoid avoid. He wants you to completely strip for just a portion of your body to be done. Then he’s going to try to lift your towel. Just don’t bother with this creep- always trying to upsell anyways

We LOVE this spa. The owners are friendly and keep everything clean and tidy. We use the Traditional Sauna once a month and look forward to our visit every single time. They also offer dry sauna and infrared as well as a cryo treatment . Highly recommended.

Book in advance and have 2 rooms to yourself. The traditional sauna has a large sauna room with cold shower and sink inside. The attached room has a table, chairs, fireplace, tv, and hot/cold water. They supply robes towels and slides. Separate showers across the hall when your sauna time is over. Great place. We go almost every week!!!!!

Pay attention to the poor reviews. Maybe it was the day I happened to go? I don’t know. But I booked online, I appreciated the flexibility with the online scheduling. The space was beautiful and clean, and the traditional sauna was all to myself- in the fact whole facility might have been to myself. Odd. Nice and warm. However, ok the website I was promised with being provided a robe, towels, and flip flops. I was given two towels, one absolutely had white stains on them and I shudder to think what that stuff was. There was no lock on the door to the sauna hang out room but there was an “occupied” sign. During my session I was concerned about the security of my things the whole time. I was glad there was a window through the sauna so I could keep an eye on my things. When I was finished with my session and went to leave (thinking that when I gave my card info online we were all set)- the man jumped out of his seat and practically ran at my before I left saying “you think you already pay? You think it free?”. So I paid with the cash I have on hand since my name on my card doesn’t match my identity and everything was already a little icky. The session was $30. I had $40. He had no change. So I let him keep it. It was not the spa-like experience it seems to advertise, but nonetheless I may still go again for convenience and bring my own robe and towel and sandals like they recommend. The traditional sauna with private room was enough for a small group so maybe I will bring some friends. It was not a comfortable experience, but it was a Sauna.

Excellent experience. A bit pricey, but a full-service hot sauna which you can turn into wet banya. One can buy venik and order tea. A comfy large room to rest and sit around the table. You can even listen to your favorite music from your phone - a speaker is provided. Update 10/17/2024: visited dry sauna. Very good experience! Learned that there is an infrared sauna with low temperature but increased healing effects there. We will try it next time.

I've tried every cryo and spa in MA at this point, and this one honestly felt like a violating experience. I came in last year for a WBC and localized session, and my experience was fully handled by an older gentleman [never got his name unfortunately]. Never intended to post a review either, but literally everytime I think of my experience I still get a gross feeling, and other women should know to keep their guard up here. The man had instructed me to stay fully naked for the localized cryo [using the sprayer tool while laying down on the table]. I assumed this was obviously to get all of the areas of the body without obstruction like in massage, but I felt too exposed and was never partially covered with a towel or blanket or anything - this should've been a red flag already because I did not feel safe especially with an older man handling my treatment. To make matters worse, he went over my whole body for the treatment, but kept concentrating on my most sensitive areas - spraying back and forth intensively on my nipples and directly on my vagina. That was sooooo not okay! Especially without consent or at the very least a conversation and heads up that this would be part of the experience. Nothing was explained to me beforehand and it felt so creepy and violating. No customer should ever feel like this and still feel disgusting over a year later every time thinking about localized cryo. I've never ever had another place ask me to strip naked while they spray my most vulnerable body parts without my consent or prior knowledge. And I couldnt say anything in the moment, because I have severe trauma and my response is to freeze when this type of boundary violation occurs, to make matters worse. So so gross! Hope this guy is no longer here but either way this happened under your roof and women should be aware. Every other cryo place has felt safe and respectful thankfully!

This was a great experience overall, a ton of great options. I did the main sauna and came with a few of my friends, we were able to hang out side of the sauna and the athletic made the experience that much better. I did the cryo as well and that experience was so cool, it was my first time I was nervous, but it ended up being amazing, I am now addicted.

Awesome place and nice staff! I train MMA, lift and run alot n have a physically demanding part time job as well as running around for my business and the infrared sauna followed by stepping in the cryotherapy chamber is what I do and I feel 30x better after

Awesome place to HEAL! The owners are so kind. Love everything from the saunas to the cryotherapy. They even have some cool seating areas in the sauna rooms when you want to take a break. What are you waiting for?

My friend and I booked a two hour sauna session and we had such a lovely time. Everything exceeded our expectations. As new moms it’s very hard for us to get out of our houses and have “me time” and I cannot think of a better we could have spent our afternoon. Everything was clean and cozy. The sauna room was private and the gas fireplace was a great touch. It did not feel like we were in Dedham but in a beautiful vacation cabin deep in the woods. I cannot wait to go back and try some of the other services they offer (such as reiki and reflexology) and will be recommending Fire + Ice Spa to my others friends so they too can enjoy some relaxation and self care.

Reply: No, this was not a personal attack on Brenda or the business Mike owns. It was an honest review of my experience with her while I was a client, which she clearly has difficulty accepting, but it's the truth. It's how reviews work. I have shared with her multiple times in person that I had clearance from a doctor to go to higher levels, but there was continued pushback. There was never once a request for a doctor's note, until I proactively decided to send it on my own thru e-mail, after she continued to be difficult. It's as though she assumed I was doing WBC carelessly, which couldn't be more untrue. Assuming needs to be replaced by listening and communicating. The fact is, when I told her I went to level 5 with Mike, her exact words were "You're crazy" with an incredulous and disapproving look. She was also nosy about my health. I chose to go to level 5 as a client who paid for the package and I'm glad I was able to experience that with Mike, who was awesome and a pleasure to interact with. It is clear that she is the one who needs to find the healing she seeks. Healing is so important for everyone in different ways. I feel joyful and grateful that my family and I are 100% healthy and happy. I feel fortunate that I have the luxury of a work/life balance and that I am always finding new and fun ways to nurture self-care, like spa days! I have found a new and amazing place. Thanks Universe :) Not just feelings, but FACTS. === My original plan to give 5 stars (because of the wonderful owner Mike) unfortunately turned into 1 star because of the other employee, Brenda. Please use caution with her. I tried a variety of options and purchased packages for sauna and WBC. I was excited for these self-care packages to help me feel better overall. I had some significant joint and muscle discomfort and I was recommended WBC as a complementary therapy. My sessions with Mike were most excellent. They have six levels. After trying level 1 without feeling much effect, I got permission from my doctor to go to level 5 and 6 to improve the results. I would not have chosen this on my own without the ok from professionals. From the start, Brenda called me "crazy" for wanting to go to higher levels and showed intense pushback, both verbally and thru facial expressions, even though it is safe and I had full clearance. I repeatedly told her in person this is okay for me, but she kept pushing back and made my self-care experience extremely awkward and uncomfortable. Just because she is not brave enough to go to higher levels herself, it is inappropriate and annoying for her to dissuade others from doing so. On a side note, even though I did not have any contraindications, I noticed not all contraindications are listed on their website. For my final session, she refused again, even though I told her so many times in person I have the clearance to do so. Did that not register? I even e-mailed her a copy of the clearance. This became increasingly frustrating and I asked for a partial refund on the session that I chose to not ultimately use. In addition, I had a reiki session with her. While this was mostly uneventful, I picked up a smoky smell from her. I cannot say for sure whether she's a smoker, as I have no idea, but I definitely smelled the smokiness, but didn't feel comfortable asking her directly at the time. I just waited for the session to be over and took a shower when I got home. I did enjoy my sauna sessions at this place, especially the music hook-up in the infrared sauna, although there is no hook-up in the dry sauna. Again, it was a wonderful pleasure to see Mike the many times I did. He is a lovely man, even though Brenda said he made an "error in judgment" in letting me try a higher-level WBC. That is bogus. Mike was incredibly professional and consulted with me with care before every session. I'm glad I tried the higher level with him. Keep up the great work, Mike. I wish you continued success, but I had to be honest in sharing my experience with Brenda when you were away on vacation. You are a kind gentleman.

I do not mess up with heat, sauna and cold treatments but I am happy to follow my wife's direction. They have Himalayan salt sauna, cold treatments etc... listen check them out. Private room, nice and clean, quiet and reserve. Plenty of parking. I will recommend this place, maybe for a sweaty date night.

It’s a great experience all round, whether you’re going with a group or alone there’s no doubt you’ll leave the facility feeling relaxed and invigorated. The traditional sauna was very spacious my video didn’t do it much justice. I felt comfortable the whole time I was there. Highly recommend it, I’ll be back! Quick notes/tips: Eucalyptus Oil was provided, all in one soap and shampoo provided, you can utilize your HSA and FSA. Recommended bringing your own towel if possible. - Restroom (2) - Changing Room (2) - Showers (3) Review updated with videos and pictures of new showers.

If you miss Russian banya that is the right place. Regular steam room with big relax zone, dry sauna, and cryo smth. To my taste doesn't keep hot enough but it was easy to get steam if splashed on the rocks.
