They all were so polite, they educated me about my skin, provided a plan moving forward, and the facial was PHENOMENAL! - I had Deb as my esthetician. I’m gonna always book with her moving forward. I also purchased some great products that they recommended for my skin.

Firefly was the most amazing experience. My best friend took me here as a little pre wedding gift and we got massages and facials. We have both never left a spa feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you to the wonderful staff!! (They even gave us an amazing taco recommendation)!!

Kate is amazing! I've been seeing her monthly for over a year now. She is such a talented and warm individual, and I always leave feeling so relaxed. Online booking is easy and I love that they offer membership pricing on Mondays. I never have trouble finding parking nearby.

Gabe is absolutely fantastic! I’ve been going to him for 3 years now and have followed him here from the last place he worked. The quality of his massages are on par with sports massages. He’s very knowledgeable with anatomy and how to target the painful areas. Great deep tissue work and super helpful to the various injuries I’ve had from lifting weights to just daily pains from work-related activity.

Firefly is truly a gem. From the moment I walk in the doors, I immediately feel relaxed and content. The atmosphere is lovely, with nice dim lighting, pleasant scents, and calming music. The front desk staff is always so sweet and welcoming. The massages, however, are the thing of dreams. I am teleported straight to heaven as soon as I lay down on that table. I have been a member for about a year now (best decision ever) and getting monthly massages from Kate. She is a masseuse magician with the hands of an angel. I swear she has superpowers. She gives the absolute best massages I have ever had. She is great about asking what areas I want to focus on or where I've been having issues, and she seems to always be able to tell when she finds an area of my body that needs a little extra work. I always leave feeling so incredibly relaxed and refreshed. I honestly cannot recommend Kate or Firefly enough. You will not regret your visit.

Just had a deep tissue massage with Monica, she is amazing! Monica got all of the knots out of my back and checked in on the pressure level during the massage which was appreciated. Their massage oil felt high quality and the spa itself was nice and clean. I would highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this location for almost a year now and they have the best massage therapists! The previous massage therapist I used to go to at Firefly left, so I ended up booking a 90min massage with Taylor. I highly recommend her! She did an amazing job addressing my problem areas and was great with changing the amount of pressure when I asked. All of their rooms smell really nice and they have heated massage tables, which is a plus. Booking is really easy and their front desk staff are always very nice. Can’t say enough great things about this place!

Maria was very understanding and even intuitive when it came to my lower back. Not only did I feel better bc of the massage and the work that she did, but I also felt better about knowing more regarding what was going on and I actually felt a lot better mentally about it when I left. Being able to help, but also caring goes a long way and that's deff factored into the 5 star rating

My friend and I wanted to try this place. Deb did my facial and it was wonderful. The service is worth the price. I got my mom a gift card for a massage for Mother’s Day. Also planning to go for couples massage. Felt really relaxed.

The whole ambience is relaxing from when you walk in. The staff is all very knowledgeable and completely caters to your individual skin care needs. Deb was fantastic and my skin felt healthy and revitalized. A much needed pampering every once in a while from here is much needed.

Firefly Spa has the BEST customer service and team. I went in last minute for a massage and had the best experience. There was easy street parking, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, ensuring my appointment started promptly. On another visit, things didn't go as smoothly, but Iris at the front desk quickly apologized. What really impressed me was when Karen, the owner, reached out immediately to make things right. She not only apologized but also offered me a complimentary massage to make up for it. Karen's exceptional commitment to customer satisfaction truly stands out. It's refreshing to feel heard and valued as a customer.

I had a prenatal massage and facial- both were excellent. Taylor was great, listened to what I needed and made sure I was comfortable. Natasha was so kind and I enjoyed the facial, she verified with me that all products were pregnancy safe. I really enjoyed chatting with her throughout the experience. My back pain is gone and my skin is glowing. I would recommend to anyone wanting prenatal spa services!

First off, the spa is clean and so relaxing. The receptionist was very kind and informative. Secondly, Annette was amazing! She took her time to go over problem areas with me before the appointment, made sure to check in on me throughout the massage, and she was very friendly. I would highly recommend her to others.

A wonderful atmosphere and great masseuses (Samaara and Jenny) . The front area is welcoming and the overall experience as a first massage for my husband and our first couples massage was really wonderful! I feel great the next day, just a great experience . We will be going back!

The place was welcoming and clean. My experience was calm and Johanna provided with a consult and delivered on my needs for comfort before and during massage which was very amazing. I prefer deep pressure and she did wonderful with pressure ensuring I was not in any pain or discomfort. Overall comforting experience and will be a regular here. Update: I’ve been coming here for several months as I got the membership and I still think this is the best place to come to for massage. Setting an appointment is easy. The staff and atmosphere are welcoming. Every time I have had a massage has been with a different person (male and female) based on my schedule. I don't mind that at all because everybody there has given me the best service possible. This place is my zen and my favorite place to look forward to every month. Thank you firefly wellness staff you all are absolutely incredible.
