I had powder dip to be removed the ashes from the remover was still on my hand as well ask the technician. She just started putting lotion over my hand and rubbing it in with all of the dust like sandpaper. When I told her no then she said go wash. What's a good nail shop has gone down. Took less than 10 minutes to do a manicure on my husband. And yet we were charged over $80. I'm staying away.

Mimi refused to shorten my nails, after asking 3 times she still wouldn't make them as short as I wanted. My son started to get a pedicure while I was going to get my nails done. They wouldn't even turn the massage chair on for him. We ended up leaving. I'm sorry but if I can't get my nails done how I want them I will go somewhere else. I'm so glad I did, they look so much better than this place ever did. Watch out for the owner though...

I am so disappointed I’ve been coming here off and on for twenty years. My nails looks so bad. I came back because my nails before looks so bad. They are all different sizes. It was not worth $75. And I really love this place. I love the workers maybe this new New nail tech is straight out of school. Needs way more practice.. My daughter is now great, but Owner and His wife did hers. Everyone usually does really great here but mine look really bad. Them growing out looks better than when I first got them done.

I just like this place. The staff is more experienced and my nails are just beautiful! I would suggest more pedicure options but other than that it was great.

Literally the most lazy pedicure I’ve had. And I paid 80$ for it. Didn’t even get the dead skin off of my feet. Left nail polish on my skin. I asked for a sharp square shape. I even showed her a photo to make sure and she gave me oval shape. She skipped the pumice stone completely. The lady that did my nails was great. But purely because of my pedicure I will not be returning. Truly disappointing.

I got my nails done at another salon about a week ago and three of my nails broke 😔 I came to First Hollywood Nails for the first time and ask if they could repair my broken nails. Tina did a phenomenal job, she put acrylic on my broken nails and added a tip to my thumb. Then replaced the cat eye polish all for $20 10 out of 10. Thank you, Tina

I walked in and was greeted immediately. The nail technician was kind and courteous. I had a gel pedicure and I love it!! I have found a new nail salon!! Salon offers several services. The salon was very clean.

If I could give a 0, I would. Tina was supper rude. She snapped at me when I asked a question and went on and on about how she knows her job. Honestly, I was with a friend, and if she hadn't been with me, I would have walked out of there. I won't ever be back. Let's talk about the ridiculous prices. Plus they did add on services without even asking if I wanted them and charged me.

I’ve been struggling to find a decent nail salon and I think I finally have. They took their time on my pedicure and full set and it was well worth it!! It was a little more than I’d pay some where else but it’s worth the difference in better results! My nails lasted almost a full month before chipping or anything! That literally never happens I’m so hard on my nails. Will return! Thanks again! Your team is awesome!!

My mom has been coming here for years, so I started coming here a few months ago and I love it. They have always been able to take me last minute, or a.s.a.p if not.. love the people here! And it's the perfect location to go shopping at ross and eat at sonic after!

this place destroyed my nails. the woman who did my nails was rude, rushing, and the gel lasted not even 24 hours before I saw some cracks. She was so rough trying to get my old gel polish off with the drill, my nails are so thin and brittle now. I went here cause my usual place was booked. I won’t be back. And this place was more expensive. Trash. Do NOT recommend.

I love how Tim does my nails. I have been going to him for over 5 years and he always seems to manage to get them to grow (which I have never been able to do on my own). He does an amazing job. They are however limited on colors and designs.

If I could give zero stars I would because 1 star is too much credit for these scam artists. This is probably the WORST place I’ve ever been to get a pedicure in my life! These people do not know what they’re doing and do the bare minimum. They only offer one type of pedicure and do not do any maintenance to your actual feet! $35 to have my feet soaked for 2 minutes, nails cut crooked and polish thrown on is a rip off! Then I asked for a square shape and the lady obviously doesn’t know shapes because why are you rounding my nails when all edges should be straight?! The polish was so sloppy a child could do better. If you want to waste your time and money then be my guest to go there but I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I ended up having to go home and do my own pedicure MYSELF!

Went in to get my nails refilled and waited an hour to get seated , they seemed to want to rush to get done. I got a simple nude color and they don't look bad but they definitely do things differently here. I spent $50 for a refill normally thats how much you would pay for a new full set.

This is a great place for the money. It's a quaint looking salon with pleasant hard working manicure and pedicure technicians. Had an appointment and they were right on time. The pedicure and polish was about a half hour.
