The First Impressions Milham Road location is amazing! It’s a smaller, more boutique feel than the Centre Rd space, but just as professional and friendly with excellent service. The water feature is relaxing and peaceful if you’re waiting for a son or daughter to get a cut/color. I’d highly recommend!

I came in months ago, but I had the best experience with Stacy! Not only was she able to fix a bad haircut that I got at a different salon but she even got me with another stylist that was amazing with highlights. They also have very flexible schedules. I have to reschedule my appointment from about a week ago and they gave me dates in that same week to come back in! Stacy truly did amazing on my haircut and fixed it to look so much better.

Definitely recommend Paula for facials and lashes! She's super talented and focused on giving you a relaxing facial and/or a beautiful set of lashes!! She's so nice and sweet as well!

Absolutely love the vibe and atmosphere of this place. Everyone is kind to their clients but even more, I noticed they’re kind to each other. You’ll get a good cut/color at most any salon but it’s rare to find THIS. And Donna makes me feel beautiful when I walk out the door!

I booked an appointment for an express pedicure. Once I walked into the salon I was kindly greeted and showed were to sit. My appointment was with Neveah who came out to greet me and walked me back to the pedicure area. The atmosphere was calm and smelled wonderful. I was able to select the fragrance I wanted for my pedicure which I had never got to do before then she took her time and made sure I was comfortable and happy with my toes. I will definitely be back.

I was looking for a new stylist. When I called for a color appointment they were able to get me right in with Donna at the Milham location. The more we talked the more we found we had in common! I showed her some pictures of what I was looking for and she exceeded my expectations!

I went here and Donna did my highlights (partial foils). Salon was very clean and professional. I told her from the beginning that I wanted very natural highlights and she delivered. She took the time to do super small sections in my hair and stayed after the salon closed to make sure that they lifted properly and weren't too brassy. It took a little bit longer than expected, but this is both because my hair took slightly longer to lift than it normally does and because she took the time to make sure it was foiled and toned right. The highlights look incredibly natural and blended. It honestly looks like I didn't get highlights (in the best way possible - this is exactly what I told her I wanted). It looks like I have naturally perfectly-highlighted hair. Donna is very ncie and recommended products without being pushy - overall a great experience.

I’m beyond impressed with Amber H. at the milham location. She was very kind and did an absolute amazing job. I got a cut and color today. My hair has never looked so good or felt this soft ever. I will forever have her as my permanent hairstylist. The time went by fast and she made me feel very comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend using her if you’re looking for a new stylist. Definitely 5 star rated stylist.

Super friendly and calm environment. Neveah was amazing. This was my first time in a salon in over 10 years and she made me feel right at home. She checked in with me throughout my haircut to make sure I was happy. I got exactly the results I went in wanting. My new go to!

This was my first time trying this salon and I won’t be back. I came in for a cut and highlight. First, my appt time got pushed back from them running behind. Then it took from 12:30-5:50pm to get a highlight, cut and blow dry. I’m a natural redhead with thick and medium length hair but I have never been to a salon where it took them that long, 2.5 hrs at the most with a style. She took 3 hours alone just to partial foil my hair doing only tiny strands. It looked like I didn’t even get a highlight. My friend thought there same thing and if anything my hair looks worse. I mentioned this to her when she took the foils out and she said it would be brighter when I washed it. It looked like I didn’t even get a highlight. I couldn’t even really see the cut because she blew dry my hair using a comb and a small brush which I never would have it was tangled and very frizzy. I have allergies so I brought my own products but I use a much larger brush and don’t have an issue. It would have helped to use a flat iron also. When I got home and pulled it back I found strands underneath were purple. She over toned my hair. Donna was friendly and apologetic for taking so long but is inexperienced and had I known I would have chosen to go elsewhere. Now I have to pay another at least $150 to get it fixed.
