I’ve been going to First Impressions for over a decade and have always experienced excellent service with multiple stylists. All three of my girls also get cuts and color and we’ve been very happy. I would highly recommend.

Kailyn has been doing my hair for years and she always takes such good care of me & my hair. She will give me plenty of ideas on colors and products that are best for my hair type. And not only is she a great stylist but she's also a good therapist when I'm dumping all of life events into her ear.☺️ The ladies at the desk greet you with a smile and are so nice! The salon is has great customer service, amazing products, is clean and so beautiful inside! 10/10 from me!

Kailyn is amazing! She has helped me so much with my hair journey. When I started coming to her over a year ago my hair was badly damaged and she has helped me get it back. I highly recommend her! The salon is very nice and they sell some amazing products!

Salon is clean with great individuals working. Stylists that I work with are Sydney & Stacy. Very reliable and flexible with their availability. Always happy after a cut, too!

wonderful salon!! I love my stylist Erin, she takes such good care of my hair and is always able to deliver exactly what I ask for (like going from a grown out blonde to platinum in two sessions!) I also love that Im able to talk with the stylists and find a plan that works to keep my hair looking great and stay within my budget.

Having a facial with Lesley is THE BEST! Besides using amazing the amazing Eminence products she is very knowledgeable about skin care. I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!! I highly recommend!

I get a hydro facial by Leslie and it is amazing. I come out and my face looks like a porcelain doll. It is like a miracle! It has helped my acne and wrinkles! Plus it is so relaxing.

Lesley is phenomenal! She goes out of her way to make sure you have a great experience. I love the eminence products and hydrafacial. She is very knowledgeable about skin care. She also does a great eyebrow wax! Highly recommend!

This is my favorite place to go when my skin needs a little TLC. Lesley does an outstanding job explaining the benefits of each product she uses to treat my skin and I love to pick up some products to use at home as well. She is so friendly and it’s always a treat to pamper myself and catch up with her.

I got an amazing massage from Kylie this afternoon. She was very thoughtful about what areas I wanted her to concentrate on and which to avoid. She made sure the pressure was good with me, the bed was warm, the room was dim and relaxing. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m not one typically to write reviews in general. Yet here I am. Total transparency I stopped getting my nails done many years ago as I found it generally speaking, overpriced and under delivered for a basic French. With that said. I received a gift certificate from some friends for this salon so I figured I’d give it a try because it was no money out of my pocket. I met Wincie today and she did acrylic nails with a French manicure. WOW, she blew every nail tech I’ve ever come across out of the water. EVER! She really paid attention to every detail and throughout our interaction you could tell she genuinely enjoyed her job. What a breath of fresh air. I will not hesitate to see her again, she is worth every penny.

Abbey (with an ‘e’) did an awesome job on my haircut today! She really paid attention to detail and left me with the most professional looking cut I’ve ever had. She knew exactly what I wanted and made it happen. She was also super pleasant to talk to and offered an overall great experience. 10/10

Agree with all of the other 5 star reviews. Megan has been doing my hair for quite some time and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She does a phenomenal job every time ◡̈ I could walk in without a plan and she already knows what would look best for my hair type, hair goals, color, etc. She’s the best!

This company deleted my original post.It was Virginia who charged my friend $200+ dollars, but didn't highlight her hair at all. Lori refuses to give her back her money or even to just redo it!!! Do not go here. If I could rate them a ZERO, I would gladly do that. This place is awful. They do not take accountability for their mistakes. They charged my first $200+ dollars for highlights she never got! The product was mixed, but she obviously didnt do something right with her mixture, because she left with not a single highlight, but was still charged 200+$ and they refused to redo it or give her a refund. Do not go here!!!

I had hip-length hair I’ve been growing since I was 18. I asked Abby to cut the dead ends, 8 inches at most. She butchered my hair to my earlobes…I don’t know how you could do this to someone if it wasn’t intentionally malicious. She did not style my hair after, either, which is offered as part of the price of the cut. She made me pay full price for the butcher job, none was comped. She knew she did it wrong because she refused to take pictures. This used to be my favorite place, I’d never go anywhere else. I’ve had such a traumatic experience having my beautiful hair nearly shaved off, I just can’t go back.

I needed an earlier appt last minute and they put in extra effort to make sure they could accommodate me. Ashlyn was so sweet and did an incredible job on my nubs (lol). They even lasted through a football game!

I recently wanted to get my haircut and highlighted for my homeschool prom, I booked an appointment and I was given Amanda as my hair stylist. I've never gone to this place before but Amanda did an AMAZING job with my hair. I was unsure about getting my hair lighted because I've never had it done before, so I detailed to her what I was looking for with inspiration pictures of both highlights and my desired haircut and she did exactly what I was looking for! I was SO happy with how my hair turned out, it was the best haircut I had ever had as well. My mom loved my hair so much that she even went and got hers done too and added some color to her hair. All of my friends and family loved my hair, I even had a friend book a different appointment with a different stylist, Erin, and she loved her hair as well. I am definitely looking forward to my next hair appointment with Amanda in the future!

I recently went in to see Mackenzie, she went above and beyond to understand what my hair goals were. She brought my hair back to life and gave me a plan to achieve my hair goals. I highly recommend seeing Kenzie! Also best scalp massage I have ever received!

I went to have a facial and my expectations were exceeded. Liz did an amazing job, from her expertise to her hospitality. She specialized a facial for my skin type and skin concerns and left my skin absolutely glowing. I had my face dermaplaned and then had my blackheads and pores in general extracted. I don’t wear skin makeup and can see a drastic difference in my skin quality, now, and can only imagine what would come out of the pores of someone who regularly wears makeup. If you are looking for somewhere to have a facial, I super recommend First Impressions and especially ask for Liz!

Absolutely love this salon! Erin Hoffman is AMAZING!! I went into my appointment really wanting a touch of blonde and Erin just knew exactly what to do! I absolutely love Erin’s work and I’m so extremely excited to go back today!! I’m even more excited for Erin to do my extensions! When getting my hair done it’s just so comfortable and it’s really nice when you have an idea of what you want but then it turns out even better! Erin is a sweetheart!! She’s so talented, patient and skilled! I always leave so happy and confident!!! Book with Erin today!!!

Montana is awesome. Not many people can make a pixie cut look cute and not at all boyish, but she succeeds! I’ve been to her a few times now and will keep going back.
