I don’t say this lightly when I say that this was the BEST manicure and pedicure experience of my life. We came in (my daughter who is 11 and my sister in law and I) for pedicures and manicures. From the moment we walked in everyone was kind and welcoming. They explained everything that was going to happen in detail and answered every question we had thoroughly. The place was spotless and they even explained when things were going to be a different prices if we changed what we wanted. We got a normal pedicure, 2 vitamin C pedicures, a full set with a French manicure and a cat eye dip/gel manicure. Everything was wonderful and we can’t wait to go back again!

I have been going here for 20 years. First their work is impeccable! They are extremely thorough...staff is SUPER NICE and have worked there for a long time. Give them a try and you'll see what goes service is!

Had the best experience with REBECCA. She was very gentle handed and communicated well with the design I wanted. They also fit me right in as soon as I called.

I was a walk-in today and Lily saw me immediately. I hadn’t had a pedicure in almost ten years due to severe neuropathy from chemo. She did an excellent job. Years ago I used to come here. I’ll be back again. Thanks Lily

I’ve been going to First Lady nail salon and spa since they opened 12 years ago. I have experienced six different owners in that same location. They are hands-down the best of all of them. There is a reason that they have been in business for 12 years. The owners, Anna and Jackie. (Good Morning) and the staff are the best! They are all very good, but my gal Lily is great and a sweetheart! They are so friendly, welcoming, and courteous. I live in Mount Sinai and there are many nail salons in my area however I don’t mind driving from Mount Sinai to Patchogue because it is really worth it! I tell my friends and family I am going to my, “Zen Den”. I asked them please try not to call me unless it is an emergency. lol! The salon has a very relaxing atmosphere. It’s been very nice watching their business grow over the years. I highly recommend the First Lady Nail and Spa. Hope you will Enjoy it as much as I do. 🥰❤️👍

They do a really nice job at a reasonable price. All of the workers are kind and remember me when I walk in. Cindy, Anna and Henry are really talented nail techs. Honestly, whenever I make an appt I say anyone who is available can do my nails since I trust they all will do an excellent job.

I love going to this place everyone is nice and friendly!!!! Anna and her husband are so sweet and treat their customers as their priority. Eight years ago I walked in a day before my wedding and they took care of me right away!! They welcomed me and my bridesmaids. They made us feel special. The people that works there are very professional - especially Henry, Martha, Lucy, sandy, and Amy!!! I recommend this place 100%. They treated me as family and every time I made it there they took care of business. You should try it! You will agree with me.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for years. This place has such a welcoming environment and all the workers there are beyond nice and do their best to accommodate any needs! Anna does my nails and she’s amazing at what she does— I’ve never had any complaints!

Had the worst experience ever yesterday when I went in for my pedicure. Mia literally CUT ME and she kept saying “it’s ok”. I was so excited to have some relaxation time and I could not wait for this pedicure to end. She was not experienced at all, not even in removing gel polish. She kept burning me with the machine removing my gel polish from my toes. That’s has NEVER happened to me before. Such a shame. I kept telling her she was CUTTING ME and she did not care. I only tipped out of common courtesy.

I went in there for gel pedicure and for an SNS manicure. I had an gel manicure previously that needed to come off. All together that would have cost me approx $80. They had the nerve to tell me that it would cost me $5.00 to remove my nail polish. Then we all know they would have expected a Tip for a rush job. This is my issue why are we allowing them to keep raising prices to be rushed through!! Not only that how come these nail salons become angry when we uses credit cards.... Is this another way they could hide money from the US government and not pay their fare amount??? I believe they should be force to have to pay their employees fair wages. I am tired of their workers thinking it's mandated to get a tip when their work is not equivalent. I am tired of them bullying me for tips, running a guilt trip. The nail polish they used on a single purchase cost 13.99 for gel but they are purchasing things in bulk which make it alot cheaper for them. A regular pedicure is 25 dollars now Why do we allow that to happen especially when most of us feel this way. Our vanity keeps them in business so I don't understand their motives with their prices or their treatment
