Truly not sure where I should even begin this… my mother was gifted by my brother a facial package for her birthday back in March of 2024. The package was to be used for 3 sessions. The last session used by my mother was in June of 2024. It is currently December 2024 and about to be 2025 in just a few days. We are still dealing with the ignorance of this company and management. We have figured out that after the 3 sessions the package was supposed to be canceled which it was not and that was one us. So my mother paid for another session and then said to cancel it after said added on session. She then used this session on July. They continued to charge my mother’s card as she had already requested for the package to be canceled. After my mother’s final session they double charged her account for one session with proof of her bank statement that it was a double charge. Her and I both have been repeatedly calling to try to talk with management, specifically Wendy to even just get a refund back for the double charge. Every call we both receive the same response of “Wendy’s not here and we will leave a message” to then follow and hear the response of “ oh we have never heard this before and Wendy is still not available”. The last time my mother called was about 2 weeks. She proceeded to ask the woman on the phone her name, the woman proceeded to hang up on my mother. This has been going on for months. The absolute upmost ignorance and complete disrespect that has been delt to my mother in this situation is uncalled for. For something that was gifted as a way to relieve stress has just continued to add stress, frustration and anger. I would not recommend this place to anyone and sadly Google makes me put at least one star when preferably I would put zero stars. The fact of it is we are still dealing with this into a new year. At this point it’s not necessary even about the money, but the disrespect that they have continually shown my mother.

My son bought me a facial membership for three months as a gift , and I was supposed to cancel after this he missed it, so I canceled for him my membership this place charged me again(wchich was on June),so I called and Windy said that can't give me money back so I went for facial and after the fourth time I canceled my membership again, they charged my bank account again on July so I called again talked with Wendy Kopps Nelly why ???she said again that can't give me money back and I have 6 months to use my last facial session so I went back three weeks ago and guess what????Wendy charged me full price including 54 dollars they took for my bank account on July .I have been three weeks i have been calling about my refund they not picking up my phone calls !!!!I wanted to scream HOW, CAN YOU CHEAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS!!!

They charged twice and refuse to give a refund even with proof. Do not send family here they will try to take advantage of them.

Latest update: door was locked when I arrived early for my yet again attempt at the sauna, so I called the Google phone# and left vm asking someone to call me. Then I get a vm after 8pm saying they're gonna charge my card cuz I didn't show for my appt today. Third time lesson learned 2nd time I've had to wait- 1st time saw no staff for 30mins and couldnt stay for the sauna. This time the regular client before me was late, so it was 30mins past my 45min appt start time when the girl came to take me back. The client after me had just walked in, surprised I was waiting for the same tranquility sauna she was. The girl was nice and apologetic, and I get that traffic/lateness is inevitable sometimes, but maybe cut the sauna short then so as not to inconvenience all of your other customers for the rest of the evening Update: I received call from staff member apologizing and addressing the points in my review, and they added a free sauna to my account for the inconvenience. This is appreciated, but I'm not confident it won't happen again, and don't feel that fit america values my time

Great spa. I booked the 1-month sauna deal and have been getting an infrared sauna every other day. These are private saunas. They're always clean. They give you a bottle of water, a cold wet washcloth, and a dry towel for afterward. I feel fantastic when I'm done. I'm probably going to try the vibration therapy next.

My daughter and I booked a session in the salt room today and it was a very relaxing experience. I immediately felt the sinus pressure release and hope to experience continued improvement over the next few days. I would definitely return!

I got a Groupon package for the salt room since the claims of what it could do were quite appealing. I tried a few times and so had my husband. We both feel that the claims for all the wonder their salt room can do were just bogus. Nothing different from simply sitting in a quiet room on a chair listening to some music. I also had a facial there. Didn't feel anything special. I would not go back again.

I liked the girl that gave me the facial very sweet and it was relaxing. The problem i have with this salon is i called today. It took me to call 3 times for someone to pick up. When they finally did all the girl said was "hello". Wouldn't you think to say hi thanks for calling for america or like for America and then their name. Nope. I cancelled my appointment and before i could say anything else she hung up. So i Called back and asked if i get a text to confirm. The same lady i spoke to first was the one who picked the phone up and said yes I asked who i was speaking to. She said "I'm the manager" not sure what her name is i didn't hear her. Maybe Renee?? Something with an R i think. Either way she was rude, especially for a manager. Y I K E S Edit: unfortunately the owner was very rude on the phone when i called a second time hoping to clear of the fact that i liked the facial i just didn’t Ike the phone mannerisms i received. She didn’t like that either. IN FACT she threatened me with her “business attorney”. For what? Using my first amendment right to post a truthful review. I wasn’t friends with the girl that gave me a facial either. I knew her via Instagram and never met her a day in my life until the day of my facial. It’s very childish and unprofessional to start yelling at a customer over the phone. Another tip!!!! When you answer the phone you should say the place of business and your name instead of just saying hello. Tacky. She also let me know that she didn’t want me back at her place of business but you don’t have to worry about that, i don’t want to go back. Update again: if i called your personal cell why do i have a voicemail from that same number at the same time i was on the phone with you saying it’s for America that you guys missed my call and to call back. Why is it on google when you type in fit America? And when i returned the voicemail a different lady answered with was so so nice and said hi fit America! So that’s weird to have your employees answer your personal cell

I lost 3 pounds in just a short week of doing their 7-day easy and relaxing detox and I never felt hungry because the program allows for eating as much of you want of the guided items. I’ll keep going back again and again and again.

I'm completely addicted to their sauna. It is absolute heaven and I feel amazing afterward each session and for a good bit after (regular sessions are a must!). The staff is helpful and extremely professional. They never push additional services and I always feel more than welcome when I walk through the door. The place is so cute and clean. It is a wonderful spa experience. And scheduling is simple online - Makes it easy and flexible to fit into a busy schedule!

I wasn't completely happy with my first treatment (peel) but decided to give them a try again. I booked an appointment for a facial and that day I couldn't make it. I was pretty shocked when I received a call from them saying they were charging my credit card for a full priced facial, even though I would have come in with a Groupon. I was told that's their policy. They are not a medical facility. I've never heard of a spa charging customers for their services if they can't make it. They should do a better job of informing customers.

Loved the clients but was frequently late paying employees and made clients wait for long periods of time. Currently waiting for my last paycheck that was supposed to come today. And you only have to deal with my disgruntledness because you haven't paid me.

Refrain yourself stepping in the service address. There are no consultants but a Sales Lady who will try all her capabilities to pull out money from your pocket plus will waste at least 2 precious hours from your life.

I just had baby #2 (8 months ago) and I’m proud to say that I weigh 135 and I look and feel fantastic! This is in no small part to the healthy lifestyle that I adopted as a member of Fit America. Wendy taught me how to eat clean, meal prep, prioritize self care and SO much more after baby #1. I went into my second pregnancy in the best shape of my life....so the weight was much easier to loose this time. People ask me about my “diet” but I always say I don’t follow one because clean eating is my life. I never feel deprived. I don’t count calories. I love every bite I consume because the foods I cook are so delicious that I now prefer to “eat in” rather than go out. If you have unwanted pounds you’d like to shed, choose Fit America. Wendy will help you get on track with a plan made just for you to suit your needs. She will hold you accountable in a loving way and cheer you on towards your goals. You will be thankful that you invested in yourself! I know I am forever thankful. UPDATE 2 years later: I love the friendly staff and the new location. It’s so clean and beautiful. I maintained a healthy FAPA lifestyle, but put on some weight as a result of stress an hormone imbalances. Thanks to Fit America, I’m back on track. As a reinstated member, I’ve lost 6lbs since mid December! Wendy has reiterated the importance of clean eating, drinking water, daily movement and managing stress. I have also been using the sauna, power plate and fit belt weekly to help me reach my goals for a thin and toned body. I’m very happy 😊 with my results, and so glad I have Fit America as a resource when I need extra support.

Today was the first time my husband and I went to fit spa and we have nothing but great things to say about this place! We used the infrared sauna and it was extremely relaxing! The inside of the spa is beautifully displayed and simply gorgeous, the equipment was top notch and did exactly what I was hoping it would! After the 30 minute session my face was purging post acne marks noticeably. After 20 minutes the marks faded away to a much clearer complexion! I will be revisiting the spa forsure ( thank you to Wendy- I ran out the door because my face was so red but I wanted you to know how much I loved the spa and I will be back soon!)
