Nelda was attentive, skilled, and genuinely focused on my needs. Every knot and area of tension was addressed with just the right amount of pressure, and the entire session felt tailored to me. By the time it was over, I felt relaxed, pain-free, and like a whole new person. If you’re looking for a massage that truly delivers, this is the place to go! Highly recommend.

Nelda is AMAZING!! I have awful SI nerve pain, she walked me through the process as we went, made sure there was not too much pressure, and gave me follow up instructions to do at home for all of my inflammation. My pain is still gone days later, I've never had that from any other massage therapy before. Thank you so much Nelda!!

I recently had the most incredible experience at Five Elements Massage, and I can't wait to share it! From start to finish, this was hands down the best Thai massage and facial I've ever had. This place is truly a hidden gem and will definitely be my new go-to spot for massages. The experience began uniquely, with a serene outdoor setting that instantly put me at ease. Nelda, my therapist, was absolutely amazing. She took the time to listen to all my concerns and tailored the session to meet my needs perfectly. Her talent and passion for what she does are evident, and it's clear that this is her calling. The massage itself was phenomenal, blending traditional Thai techniques with Nelda's unique touch. It left me feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. The facial was equallyj impressive, leaving my skin glowing and refreshed. If you're looking for a place that offers not just a service, but a truly unique and personalized experience, Five Elements Massage is it. (This is my husband's google account) I, a small female, went to 5 Elements and it was great! Very relaxing atmosphere. The building is adorable. The inside is very pretty and relaxing. Not a clinical or office building "feel". The scents/ smells are pleasant and not overwhelming! IAN was my therapist. He was very polite, open, and made me feel comfortable. I tend to be nervous from previous massages.... I had a particularly bad experience at the last massage place- the man was too rough. Ian knew this and made sure to consistently keep checking that I wasn't in pain. And didn't push me past my limits. The oil felt great. He was also very respectful with how/where he touched me and asked permission in more personal areas- and always made sure my private areas were covered (even while stretching). He talked a little, to be personable- but did not talk too much. And was not trying to push extra products or time onto me.

I woke up with the worst tension headache. Fortunately, Ian was giving chair massages at an event I attended. That massage made a world of difference and really set me up to have a successful day. I was incredibly grateful for his professionalism and for the expert massage he gave me.

Ian and Chelsea were awesome! They were very attentive and professional. I loved the service I got & would recommend them to everyone if you are in town! Me & my friend travelled from Austin & found this place. They were very accommodating and flexible to our needs while providing great tips and information. You WILL NOT be disappointed! Go see them if you are In nearby. Pricing was very fair.

Ian was amazing! He went above and beyond for me, because my shoulders and mid back badly needed it. I will be back with cash next time, so I can tip the man as he deserves!! Even if you see someone else bring cash to tip them! I can't remember who I had the first time I went there, but she was awesome too. Every experience has been lovely. I will be taking my husband here asap!

If you're looking for the best massage of your life, go to Five Elements Massage Therapy! Nelda is incredible! Nelda is helping me work through severe neck pain and has helped me tremendously. More than anything else I've tried in THREE YEARS. She's beyond kind and the massage room is so peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend! Sep 2023 add on: I've never been a big facial girl but when I heard Nelda started offering them, I had to try. All I can say is WOW! Nelda is the best masseuse I've ever seen and her massage skills are very present in facials. Microdermabrasion is not something I realized I needed until she did it. The top layer of my skin that needed to be shedded off is now gone and the products I use at home will penetrate deeper and be more effective! (Thanks, Nelda!) Between the microdermabrasion and the lovely professional products Nelda used, my face is so happy! I left FEMT with a fab face, neck and arm massage and my face is glowing, soft and very well hydrated. I cannot recommend Nelda highly enough for massages and facials!!

Upon arrival, I was already smitten! The relaxed, homey, and intimate atmosphere was so calming. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Ian, my masseuse that day, and offered a beverage. We then sat down and Ian started asking me why I was there, what we wanted to focus on, and genuinely took an investment in the type of care I wanted to receive that day. The massage was phenomenal, Ian was attentive, and checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. It was the best massage I’ve ever had, without any of the soreness I typically feel afterwards. Cannot recommend enough, looking forward to many more visits!

Chelsea is amazing! I highly recommend booking with her. She was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable upon arriving. She had read my intake form and was very familiar with my pain issues before I even walked in the door. She was very careful about which oils she used due to my allergies. She was very attentive, checking in with me throughout about pressure and comfortability. The massage was very balanced, she took her time focusing on every part of my body to include passive stretching. It was perfection. She spent more time on the areas that were more tense focusing on getting out the knots in my shoulders and neck. I highly recommend going for the 90 minute massage, it's the complete package to get everything you want out of a massage. I'll definitely book her again and again! Thank you so much, Chelsea! I really appreciated it. P.S. She is so good, I literally cried. Talk about relieving that built up tension in the body! I'm so grateful!

Chelsea was amazing! I need very deep pressure and Chelsea really got in there to work all the knots out. The aromatherapy and hot stones were fantastic, I really could not have asked for a better experience.

I heard about Five Elements from a friend. I havent had a massage in probably 15+ years. My massage therapist Chelsea was absolutely amazing!! So nice and friendly and did wonders for my upper back and neck area. Because of so much tension, stress and pain in my sholders my arms and hands were going numb and I always had a tension headache. Chelsea focused on those areas and worked her magic. I havent felt that good in a very long time, it's been two weeks and I am still pain free. I highly recommend them!!

I love this place. I originally found them through Groupon and got a massage for my husband and he was really impressed by the massage therapist he saw (Nicole) so we ended up buying a pack of 6 during their holiday promotion and we've both been back twice so far. I had a session with Rahma last time and she was fantastic as well. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

I'm so glad I chose to check this place out for my Birthday today! Chelsea gave me an AMAZING massage and did some great stretching techniques. She was able to remove a lot of knots and popped my wrist, exactly what I was looking for. I enjoyed it so much I made a second appointment before I left. They also had a gift bag for me when I got there for my Birthday. Melda and Chelsea were the sweetist and was very accommodating! Thanks Ladys!!!
