The salon is beautifully maintained, and the stylists are incredibly talented and attentive to every detail. Rhonda truly cares about her clients, ensuring each visit feels personal and special. Ive know Rhonda for a long time and can say she has the best salons. Her and her staff are always friendly and professional. They know their stuff when it comes to hair and products! GUYS even if you don't go to a salon for your haircuts, you need to stop by and check out her wide selection of products, they make great gifts. My wife always loves getting items and gift sets!

I chose to try this place out due to their great reviews. I wanted my balayage touched up since it was grown out a bit and needed toned. I was incredibly disappointed with the results, especially since it cost approx. $300 without tip. Not at all what I had asked for. I will probably go back to Trios.

"Well I didn't do that, what do you want me to do about it? I can't put hair back." Actual quote from awful service. I am beside myself. This was a horrible experience and it wasn't even my haircut. On 1-28-25 my fiancée went in for a full lift. I've been asked to not say anything negative about her stylist. It was a mistake. This review is on the experience and communication overall. My fiancée is an almost 50 year old blonde. Her hair is fragile. She's had it lifted, colored, highlighted many times and even at least once before with her usual stylist. This time a different technique was used and her hair couldn't handle it. There was breakage and a lot of hair loss. She was horrified, embarrassed, wanted to just eat the $300 she had just spent and not go back. The next day I took it upon myself to call. I first spoke with Dani. Dani is a manager but not a trained hair care person. This was super helpful during the complaining phase. "I want you to tell me what happened even though I don't understand but i can speculate." I managed to get my fiancée speaking with the owner Rhonda. Rhonda assured us that my fiancée could come in, would be treated nicely, their trainer would offer suggestions on a refining cut and give a hair strengthening treatment. Their trainer is a snotty brat. The only time she smiled was when she walked around the corner to take my fiancée back. I from the waiting area actually heard the trainer say at one point: "Well I didn't do that, what do you want me to do about it? I can't put hair back." At that point the trainer was past the point of coming back to helpful. She couldn't be bothered to hear what had gone wrong. The not hair trained manager then wanted to hear about what went wrong that time. The managers want to hear what's wrong but don't tell the stylists. You know, the ones actually holding the scissors. Anyway by that point I just said I wanted to have a refund because their bedside manner is laughable. The manager told me that despite the trainers lack of empathy and customer interaction, she has unparalleled talent. okay. What a nasty attitude.. Got the $240 back.

Gabbi did an excellent job on my daughter’s hair. It takes talent to deal with think and long hair and it was no challenge for her. The salon is gorgeous and the staff is the best!

Love Five Salon! The hair stylist are all very talented! It's very clean/vibrant inside and the customer service is great! Having your hair salon/ stylist, I think is important! This is that place! Rhonda is amazing too! 5 Stars!

I have finally found my forever Hair Dresser!!! Gabby is amazing! She knew exactly how I wanted my hair cut and I had been cutting my hair myself due to not being able to find a Hair Dresser that would understand what I wanted. She also did a fabulous job coloring it as well. I'm so thrilled!!! I also love the atmosphere of the shop.

I came to the salon with a wedding party. My updo, along with everyone else’s looked amazing. We all loved the experience, everyone was great and the salon was beautiful! Would absolutely recommend any bride brings their wedding party here for hair and makeup.

I recently visited this salon, eager to transform my natural hair color to an ash brown shade with highlights, as inspired by a reference photo. Regrettably, the outcome was far from my expectations even, resulting in a yellow tone instead of the aspired ash brown. The stylist did offer to apply more toner after drying hair, which the yellow tone would have been noticeable even before my hair was dried, after 5 hours I was eager to leave and I declined the offer. During the extensive five-hour session, the stylist did offer me something to drink, a gesture I appreciated. However, this positive note was overshadowed by several discomforts, including the use of uncomfortably hot water during the wash. By that point, I was too tired to voice my discomfort. Moreover, the stylist's application technique was unexpectedly rough, especially when brushing in the color, contributing to an overall unpleasant experience. This combination of physical discomfort and the significant deviation from my desired hair color added to my growing dissatisfaction. Despite these challenges, the stylist's lack of communication about my comfort, such as not inquiring about water temperature or apologizing for any accidental spils, was noticeable. These are basic courtesies I deeply value and consistently practice in my profession. In conclusion, I compensated for the stylist's efforts, including a tip, and thanked them for their time. However, the stark difference between my expectations and the service provided—both in achieving the desired hair color and in ensuring customer comfort and satisfaction—was disheartening. While I understand that not every service experience can be perfect, fundamental customer service principles, like acknowledging and apologizing for any mishaps, could have significantly improved my visit. ---Marlene

I get my facials here and would HIGHLY recommend!! The bed is heated, the esthetician massages your scalp/neck/shoulders, and it is so incredibly relaxing. Well worth the money!

Hope was my stylist and she did such an amazing job on my hair!! Absolutely recommend her and the whole staff are so nice and friendly. 🥰 I’m admittedly picky about my hair and she always does an amazing job & makes me feel so confident! I was asked to do a permanent jewelry pop-up and had the most amazing experience. I was blown away by not only their salon that screams cleanliness with nature accents everywhere, but by every single employee that I came across. Everyone was so welcoming and fun. The owner Rhonda surprised me the most. From the way she threw this event together so quickly and professionally to the fact that she treated me and all of her staff with kindness and dignity. We had great conversations and a really good time. this place has a really great vibe!

I was at Five Salon on Saturday 9/16 for their "birthday party" and had such a great experience in that 15 mins in the salon that I booked my first appointment that day. Tuesday 9/19/23 was my first appointment at Five Salon. I was randomly matched with Hope and had an incredible experience from start to finish. She was warm, welcoming, and made me feel so comfortable! She listened to what my visions were for my hair, and executed with complete confidence. I can't wait to book my next appointment with her!

This salon is incredible, from the moment you arrive they offer you coffee or tea, they make you feel like you are their friend from the first minute, the girls and boys are very professional and do a wonderful job, in half an hour they changed my self-esteem and helped me with my hair disaster leaving me with a wonderful result

Wonderful and professional. They offered me a drink when I arrived for my appointment. They got me quickly to the back with my stylist Reina. We talked about what I wanted and that is what she gave me! The massage with the shampooing was a dream! Thanks!
