The massages themselves were decent enough for a Groupon. The pressure wasn’t as much as I would’ve liked as I stated medium to hard. My therapists stood at the checkout all staring making it awkward for a tip. The location is older. I do not think I will be back.

Every time I make ot back in to Vegas, I make it a point to get to 5 Star. Very professional, discreet, clean and affordable. I've never been disappointed. Highly recommend!!

Don’t go if you know what’s good massage. The next door is a BOXING GYM which let you here the bunching ball noise the entire time. I found this place on Groupon. One hour full body massage was for $39, since I purchased 10 of them, tried to use all of them. I am the one who is getting massage every weekend from all over the world, and born and raised in Tokyo where Shiatsu massage is very popular. So I know all the spots. I also personally sturdied and completed massage courses and had run private spa too. They are all Chinese, they “pretend” they don’t speak English nor understand what you’re saying, but they do, so there is that. I found one lady who was ok, but she quit. I tired all other 4 ladies but 2 of them also quit. One who was “popular” that the receptionist said, was awful. When I asked to focus on head and neck( hey, it’s better than whole body massage for you, you just sit and work on your hands), she Obviously made a big SIGH. Not only once but made more than few times. Many of the therapists tried to use elbow around my neck. Which is BIG NO NO. Very dangerous move. Do they even have massage license??? The other one, Amy(also Chinese) she comes to see me checking out, and trying to see how much tip I will pay for it “right by my side”. Very rude. I paid $20 for my $40 massage. But next time she said she doesn’t wanna give massage on me because I asked her where to focus and not letting her what “she wants”. Why am I paying money there? It’s because of to remove my stiffness and release my stress. Somehow I should care*** what THEY are feeling and not felling very uncomfortable just asking what part I am so tired of. They seem very picky to choose clients. Let them do, this place has no quality but only cheap price it’ll go down.

Effective massage! Great place! We are picky clients since my significant other taught massage for more than a decade! We paid for a 60 minute couple's massage, and we were very happy with our experience! They worked magic on my shoulders, calves, and ankles! Thank you! For never working on either of us before, they definitely deserve a five star rating! We used Groupon and had no trouble. We always tip because massage is very hard on the therapists' body. They literally trade their wellbeing for other people's health. I'm sad to read that some people don't tip and/or try to use expired vouchers. Everyone throughout this experience was great! Again, thank you!

Good place if you're looking for a quick rub down, I don't feel like the purchase was worth the services, should have been cheaper in my opinion. I brought this voucher from Groupon they're nice people, the facility is clean, but the service feel rushed, they seem to rubb the same area repeatedly with the same motion/rotation and force like a relative is rubbing your back and not a professional, the foot rub down was ok as well. It's a pretty tight area. Overall just ok.

I won't go anywhere else now. She started with a head/ scalp massage as my feet soaked and I was already in heaven. Premassage she hit all my facial and neck lymphatic points, and I melted for the hour.

My partner got me a Groupon for this place for my birthday. I definitely wouldn’t have chosen this place for myself. The staff was so rude when I called that I hung up. My partner had to call back to make my appointment because I refused to call back. The massage was decent but afterward, I walked out and the lady rudely stood there until my mother realized she was waiting for her tip. Although we each (three of us) tipped $10 each they gave us dirty looks and was obviously not happy with that and wanted more. This place is trashy, old, with no ambiance or style, and in a strip mall. There was nothing about this place that even deserved a $10 tip so the audacity of them to want more was beyond me. They need lessons in hospitality and an interior designer. My suggestion is it you want to impress someone or be impressed.. GO ELSEWHERE.

So i was going to give a 5-Star Review for the receptionist who scheduled me at 11am and for Lily who gave me a full body massage. She did a more than i expected and targeted the right areas! However, I did feel rushed to get ready for the massage, the curtain was opened three times while i was getting comfortable and it seems as if they only gabe me 1 minute to do it...I also left cash in the room and was going to add more of a tip with a card. The 4star review is because i think they were rejecting my cash and wanted more for the hr massage...and pointed at a sign with some dollar amounts but it didn't say anything about a tip.....so i was confused i felt weird although my massage was paid beforehand. So I tipped them more, on my debit and left them the cash on the register..... but somehow I dont think they wanted my cash and i think they wanted me to tip them more.... As a positive feedback would be to mention the minimum tip amount when scheduling them. For those who bought a massage using Groupon, consider disclosing it on the web page that is eye catching. BECAUSE I personally dont like my cash to not be accepted and I don't like to be asked for money when I had already planned to do it with a debit. I think this could jave been avoided if the done desk girl asked what I needed amd not just stared as if she was to read my mind and then asked if I let cash.

The worst massage I have ever had. I routinely massages so I am familiar with full body massages. I went there feeling no better than I did with back pain. The masseuse barely touched my back or my neck. I am so disappointed with my service. I informed the owner of my bad service and she only said sorry. She did not try to provide better customer service by asking if I would like to another massage. She said when you come back I will assign another masseuse to you. My question is why would I come back.

Very unprofessional. My husband and I had a couples massage and it didn't feel like anything. There was no pressure what so ever me being a massage therapist was still going to leave a cash tip i told her i was going to be right back i had to go to my car and the front desk worker texted my husband and told us not to come back because we didn't tip.

We went for couples massage. Good massage. Unfortunately when we tipped them 20% tip, the two massage therapist threw the money back at us, had awful faces, and chose not to provide us water they had planned on giving us. Very unprofessional.

The massage was terrible. They are definitely not trained well. But the reason for the bad review is the cashier told me my 15% tip wasn’t high enough and I needed to tip them more. And she said it in front of all the other customers which made it awkward. I would not recommend going to this place at all Avoid.

MY HUSBAND AND I WERE GIFTED WITH A GROUPON FOR COUPLES MASSAGE. We booked appointment and when we got there they said the groupon was too old and they could not even give us credit for amount paid. (expired 2 weeks prior). We had just requested that they apply the purchase amount to our massage. So, we decided to pay with our credit card for the couples massage and request refund from Groupon. BAD MOVE! Groupon said the voucher was redeemed and they are not willing to refund. So Five Star got paid twice and we are out our gift. ONE VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. We will no longer support Groupon and we WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THE ACTIONS OF THIS SPA. BEWARE!!!!!!

My wife and I decided to go Five Star Gold Foot Spa for a couples massage, let’s just say that we were better off not coming. During the massage, they provided a bucket of warm water for our feet and it wasn’t even lukewarm so that was disappointing. My massage therapist was breathing really heavy as if they were exercising, which made the experience not as comfortable. The massage alone was more like 1 star instead of 5 because the process felt rushed and they weren’t even gentle most of the time. In addition, it was very noisy to the point we could hear people from other massage rooms far from us so it didn’t give my wife and I the “peaceful” experience we were hoping. What made the experience go from bad to worse was at the front desk. As my wife and I were leaving, I was going to leave some form of a tip but then my massage therapist told me verbatim “You tip $10 each”. When I declined her request, she looked at me and my wife and spoke in a different language (most likely insults) as she was walking away. The receptionist saw the whole thing happened and didn’t even have the decency to apologize. Tipping is EARNED, NOT REQUIRED. This business should be ashamed of themselves, if anyone hasn’t done it already my wife and I will report them to the BBB. Do not recommend coming here again.
