Left with blood and polish on my hands. My nails are all bubbly and uneven because she used “old” polish and admitted it. Worst $45 I’ve ever spent. Older lady didn’t even apologize or give me a discount. Insanely unprofessional. My hands still hurt. I’ll never go back. Employees are all on their phones or yelling across the room at each other. Worst nail salon I’ve been to in Indianapolis.

So just don't go. I went yesterday to get a fill/pedi. 90 bucks?? I think she could probably do a good job, but she is aggressive & does not want to listen & get off the phone. Today she attempted to correct her mistake hence the one star. But This french tip is horrible and is coming off again & i just left. I just got a pedi no polish I think she charged me for cutting my toe nails down which should be apart of the pedi. Loud rude I've tried but that's it I'll go somewhere else for my 90 dollars. So on Wednesday I'll have to go pay someone else to fix my nails even though I paid 90 dollars on Sunday went back Monday/today to get it fixed. SMH i wanted so bad to like them but they give a bomb pedi to me like old school and I love that & they are close so im sad

Got a manicure last week. My nails have already chip and gel polish has bubble up. Horrible place. And not clean The owner sucks!!! She is horrible!!

I had a full set done, my nails started lifting on day 3. Waste of money and time. Nails looked horrible, not the same length or shape. Not a very clean place

Steve Le is the only one I go to for 2 years now anything I ask for he do it I brought my whole wedding bridal to get the nails done and feet done by him, cleared out his whole day. He is an amazing man do what you ask him to do with no problems. If you got a problem, he will fix it.

The manager Crystal ( I think) there did my nails while on the phone the whole time not paying attention! While removing my old polish she missed a spot of blue polish claiming it was a bruise ,(as if I don’t know the difference) . Then proceeds to pack on overlay over it as I’m tell her to file it!! Then proceeded to put polish on she chose until I stopped her! My nails looked l a child did them. I was trying to keep my cool but seeing them in the light, I went off. Then she tried to whisper a price of 60.00! She new she was cheating me so when I refused to pay that she said ok 55. I told her my nails needed to be redone ! Someone else did them. That shop is horrible ! Black nail techs need to take over ! They are rude and disrespectful and can’t do nails right and they service the black community! Please know that they talk about you in their own language too! It was horrible! Find a better place to spend your money!

This place is terrible my nails are not shaped properly, the paint looks like its spit on and attitudes are terrible. They dont design and they are too over booked to pay attention to work they are doing. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP

Very bad work I thought to give them zero stars but I have no option really very dissatisfied with the work and very expensive the cost my nails seem to have been made by a child they are very thin and very uneven they charged me as if they had put design on my nails very annoying because of the quality so cheap and the cost so high I don't recommend it at all

I came there to only get a nail change because of the time I had but she just had to talk me into the pedicure why.... not at all good my polish was all ugly. Never again plus 50 dollars no way.

I went today and got a manicure and they are very nice but they are AWFUL at doing nails! My left hand and my right hand after my manicure look nothing alike they cut some nails entirely to short so they are all sore now, they have rough edges, and cuticles are choppy and look awful. I wish I could give them zero stars for their abilities. I GENUINELY recommend going somewhere else. They can’t do nails.

The worst! I will never go again. They all yell to each other constantly. They talk about the customers loudly. My daughter was inside while I went outside to get my purse. Unbelievable!!

Was it walking knew I had to wait then mine was getting shorter there were several people that came in after me she directed them to a chair and just get frightened over me they don't have any type of system in order for people who are walking in versus people who are an appointment from what I saw and I would never recommend someone even go here

ZERO STARS!!!! ZERO STARS...I HAD TO CLICK ONE STAR!! MY FAMILY and I WILL NEVER AGAIN STEP INTO THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR ANY SERVICES!! SUPER-SUB-STANDERED SERVICES! WE SPENT OVER $155 for 2 ADULT pedicures ON KID PEDI and one KID mani....OUR FEET WERE STILL ROUGH, BAD LUMPY ACRYLIC JOB, STILL ROUGH CORNERS ON TOES AND SIDES OF FEET, BAD POLISH, PAID AN EXTRA $5 FOR A SCRUB MASSAGE THAT SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN A TYPICAL PEDI, grand daughter was shorted SEVERAL STEPS OF HER EXPENSIVE KIDS MANI/PEDI!!! she filed our nails crocked without looking because she was too busy talking loud and looking elsewhere! .....AND I PAID $50 FOR MANI/PEDI FOR MY 8 YEAR OLD GRAND DAUGHTER THAT SHE COULD HAVE DONE a much BETTER job!!! BUT MOST OF ALL....THE OWNER IS sooooo OVERWHELMLY RUDE especially to an 8 year old....SHE IGNORED HER REQUEST FOR HAND POLISH COLOR!! AND SHE THINKS WE ARE ALL STUPID ENOUGH NOT TO watch or QUESTION THE BAD job THAT HAPPENED RIGHT BEFORE OUR EYES!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! DO NOT GO!!!!! i got a manicure and a pedicure. my feet look HORRIBLE i had bubbles in them and they look sloppy , my nails are chunky looking and thick and the tips of my nais aren’t even straight…. the old man that sits in the front left did them and he rushed them never going back cus tf… paid good money for my nails AMD FEET to look a mess

I went in at 5:14 pm and I had to wait for a whole hour to get my nails done. She cut off my nails and left me to bleed. On top of that I asked for dip powder and they didn’t have it she didn’t even tell me that before she offered gel and I don’t like the gel nails I always got dip. I won’t be returning
